This car had damaged passenger seat. It would be nice if they would take a photo of the damaged areas also. We drove 100 miles to view this vehicle. You need to look at the vehicle very closely, because if you don’t, you will be surprised when you get home.

These are the worst dealers i have ever had contact with. I spent a week calling in regards to a vehicle and none of them picked up. after they finally answered my call they instruct me to visit their website in order to input my information so they can even consider talking to me about the vehicle. They finally answer the phone after lazily not doing their job and i ask to speak with a dealer so i can purchase a vehicle. I get ignored for another 3 days just to hear that the vehicle sold. I spent 2 weeks trying to contact this lousy dealership just to have them sell a vehicle that they could have sold 2 weeks in advance. Do not purchase from these clowns they barely know how to answer a phone more or less to sell a car.

Wouldn’t work with our lender (USAA) and insisted we use theirs (4% higher interest than ours), so we didn’t buy from them.

Yes they did contact me, unfortunately the vehicle I wanted had already been sold.

My whole car-buying experience at Hertz Car Sales on Bell Road in Phoenix was very positive. Brian Cruz, the salesman, contacted me that same day and we made an appt to see the RAV4 the next day. There was no high pressure, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the car and I was extremely pleased with the personal service I received. I would definitely recommend them to friends looking for a used car.

Terrible. I called a week ago for a value on a trade in, nobody has bothered to call back after they took my information and said they would.

Did not contact me. I contacted them. Overall they were very sweet. I guess at car rental places they do not offer any perks other than the low price of the vehicle.

Good quick service they handed me the keys as soon as I got there after they took a picture of my I.D. and they did not even go with me to test drive it.

The whole experience was simple and pressure free. It was the first time buying a car and i had been to dealerships that use tricks and mislead you. With Hertz everything was great the price unbeatable and the salesman was honest and flexible the process was quick and easy. They earned a customer for life.

My entire adulthood, one thing that I've always heard about buying a car is that it is a nightmare. Car dealerships were supposedly profit leeches willing to say and do anything just to make an extra dime off of you in a process that would nearly take up your entire day. For someone like myself, who had been driving around the same auction bought car since high school, steering clear of all of these tales of horror was a no brainer. That is, until that my car was on its last leg. To ensure an investment into a longer lasting car, I began to shop around car dealerships for the first time. Once I found the car I wanted, I decided to visit the dealership equipped with the best ward that I knew against scammers...my dad. Interestingly enough, it wasn't my dad who put my car buying nightmares to rest. It was Dan Turner of Hertz Car Sales (1133 W Bell Rd, Phoenix, Az 85023). From the very beginning when I sent inquiry of a 2013 Chevy Cruze I saw on their website, Dan was very friendly and never pushy. I scheduled to view the car the next day with him and the car was already parked for us in the front by the time we got there. He allowed us to test drive the car alone, which was surprising for me because I thought for sure that would have been his cue to become that monster car salesman I had heard about. Upon coming back to discuss further details of the car, Dan never became pushy with trying to close the deal like his life depended on it and he never tried to sell ridiculous "must have" extras. It was always about the car itself and what made me comfortable. All together, I don't believe it took much over 2 hours to close the deal. It was a seamless and super efficient car buying experience that even my dad, the anti-scam expert, even agreed was top-notch. I'll definitely be holding all car dealerships to a new high standard from now on thanks to Dan Turner and the Hertz corporation. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
