Nice folks with decent prices. Won’t work at all on price. That’s why they get a low rating from me. It’s important to me to negotiate no matter what your price your cars at. They had a car on the lot over 50 days that I offered $2k less on they won’t even take to corporate for an attempt. They have already made money on the cars by renting them out for years, but still try and hold price on the sell side. Double dipping if you ask me. Nice selection of cars though.

Absolute terrible customer service. I made an appointment days in advance to test drive a vehicle and after I took off work and got there the salesman Mark said sorry the battery is dead. Never offered an alternate solution. Just well it is what it is. Then when asked why this wasn't checked when they knew we were coming in, he blamed everything and everyone else. Took no ownership of anything. Even his manager was terrible and completely unprofessional. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Save your money people@

interested in. Unfortunately, this vehicle also did not have all the options I was looking for, but it was nice to drive the vehicle to see how it
handled. My salesperson will notify me if something comes in that she thinks I would be interested in.

Everything was fantastic until the day came when my car was supposed to be delivered to me. I messaged them early in the morning to set up a time and they told me they would let me know when they were done getting the paperwork together. 2PM rolls around and I get a message saying that corporate sold the car to a business and it would no longer be delivered. Really unprofessional to sell a car to another business that was already had a promised buyer and delivery date set. Especially since my credit was ran for the car already.

Michael was absolutely amazing he made sure I knew every detail about the process, treated me like my credit score was a 800 when I know it's seriously damaged. Not only did I not know Hertz sold cars, but honestly this has been the most transparent and welcoming car purchase in my life. If you've never bought a car from Hertz give em a chance their prices are unrivaled and their customer service is

Tom went above and beyond. No pressure whatsoever. There was a problem with the car I wanted it would not have been available until after the weekend. They offered me similar car which was $1000 more expensive than the original at no extra charge. Great deal I am so happy with my purchase.

Called and they wouldn't give me a price, I asked for buyers order and he told me they don't send that to anyone they could send it to the bank directly, I asked why I couldn't know what they were exactly they wanted me to pay for. His answer was that's just how my manager does things around here. My bank never got the buyers order either, didn't want to do business with them after that interaction

Went out and test drove a vehicle - had no issues with that. The salesman took photos of my vehicle and related information so to provide a trade-in value but he never provided a value. I sent a couple of remainder emails - no response. Finally called him again and spoke with him. He promised he would provide me with a trade-in value - never heard anything back. If the dealer is not interested, I would rather you tell me rather than stringing me along. Not a good business practice... Very disappointing...
