I was pleasantly surprised with the 1 year warranty given with the remainder of the manufacturer warranties. Customer service was excellent, friendly and trade appraisal process was easy and fair.

Amazing, haggle free experience. Went to look at a specific car and came home with a different one. The sales team was very thoughtful and customer friendly. This was my first time buying a car without going through a dealership. I absolutely LOVE it!

I went in with no money and no expectations to buy a car. I simply was going to take a test drive and get paperwork for my bank. They advised me to do a credit app to see if I could get a better rate than my bank had offered and to my surprise I was approved to trade in my car and drive away no money down. It was a very pleasant experience and I now own the nicest car I've ever owned. I would 100% recommend them to friends or family.

Happy with my purchase and the overall experience. The people are great and didn’t really feel pushy, after all its sales so I was expecting it. Wish the car was professionally detailed over spray on windows, both bumper color mismatch, over spray on truck.

My experience with Osaid was great. He was very helpful considering I was driving from so far away (NE,DC). It was great knowing there were no additional hidden fees unlike ALL of the other dealers I had visited. I test drove the car Tuesday and returned to purchase the car Thursday and it was incredibly helpful that I could e-mail my information ahead of time so I wouldn't have to sit around all night filling out paperwork - I was in and out of there! I would highly recommend Hertz car sales & I recommend that anyone go visit Osaid for help with a car.

I was very interested with the car and planning on making a 300 miles trip to finalize the deal. But before I had few questions just to have all the information I need, so I was emailing the gentleman his name is Osaid, It took him 6 hours the get back to me. As I can't use my phone for work I sent one more email no response, used the CarGurus website non response. So waisting 2 days. Specially i was planning on traveling Saturday and have the car. You know now that is not going to happen

I did visit the Hertz store and test drove the car. The salesman was very nice and somewhat embarrassed that the car had not been detailed. The engine bay was dirty, the glass had writing all over, the vehicle was never vacuumed. What an extraordinairly poor way to try and sell a car. The car was NOT shown in its best advantage. Because of this, I wouldn't consider purchasing from Hertz Car Sales.

Sidney was a God send. He called me within hours after I sent my inquiry about the car I was interested in. I traveled a 150 miles from Yorktown, Virginia to buy a car at Hertz and it almost did not happen. Sidney went more than an extra mile to help me get the best price for my trade-in. With Sidney's help, I felt very relieved to complete the deal and drive a new car back to Virginia. During the entire selling and buying process, he kept a smile on his face. Such a pleasant person to work with.

Salesman from Hertz Car Sales contacted almost immediately after I submitted my inquiry. Very polite on providing information. Didn't visit the dealership, because I found a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot for about $1k more at a dealership closer to home. IF you are looking for a one year old vehicle with low miles and in good condition, check Hertz Car Sales.

The team at this Hertz were wonderful to deal with. I was in and out with the purchase of the vehicle in an hour and half.

Went in for a look around and found something I liked, a 2015 altima. I had financing in place already with my bank so the process was fairly easy. Drove of with my vehicle same day no hassles. I'll rate my experience as good. Thanks Mr Wolly

only got one email, no call, bought elsewhere, after no response.

The car was advertised as a Tuscon Limited but when we got there the model was not a tuscon. The dealer didn't even know what model it was or the capacity of the engine. I feel that the advertising was a "bait and switch," as I wouldn't have even come in to the dealer ship if I had known it wasn't a limited. Also...there weren't any floor mats and they only had one set of keys for the car. The price was not negotiable even based on these shortcomings.
