The photos of the car online did not accurately reflect the car we saw when we arrived. The tailgate had stickers on it and there was
chipped paint around the wheel well. The pictures online included the tailgate and the wheel well but did not have stickers or chipped paint.
The video sent by the salesman was also shot in a way to ensure we didn't see these issues.

Caution: this dealer has a real issue with transparency & intentionally leaving information out of their listings, and when asked they stop answering altogether. Contacted this dealer on two occasions (few weeks ago and again last week) about the same vehicle as the listing lacked the amount previous owner history which ads on CarGurus typically have along with accident history, fleet history etc. I asked on both occasions and was met with complete silence after. It’s been weeks and it still missing on the ad itself, which shows they are willfully and intentionally hiding this basic info from customers. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails to the same sales rep (who used to answer quickly), asking for a simple answer to my simple question of how many total owners does this vehicle have. I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. Takeway: deceptive, lack of transparency, intentionally misleading. Stay far away from this this dealership!

Unfortunately I scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle. The dealer had no idea the car had sold . I would think if a car is of interest it can be put aside until my drive and then if I didn't show up then release it back to the general public. Extremely unfortunate and unprofessional.

Got a call shortly after emailing them. Not a pushy dealership at all. Min was very helpful and friendly.
Naturally they offered extras but were totally understanding in wanting to keep within my budget and
tailored things to my needs.

A sales person replied the next day. The problem was that by then the car was sold. I would have thought someone would be hungry snd want to sell cars on Sunday.
By Monday this car was sold. It was the exact year. Color. Model. Equipment package and wheels that I was looking for. With low Milage. It was perfect.
I has $9,000 cash and a credit rating of 820. I was ready to buy then. If your able to duplicate the car. IE exact same color. Low Milanese. ETC I would buy it.

Called dealership in the morning they pulled the car from the lot and set it
aside until I arrived. Randy was our salesperson very personable, because
of covid they gave us the option to test drive either alone or with him. Once
we decided on the car we were in and out in about 2 hrs. Would definitely
do business with them again.

I wanted to have my wife test drive the Ascent I drove last week. We went outside after he pulled
the vehicle around to the side of the building. My wife and I walked around the vehicle by
ourselves talking about it. We then got in for the test drive, the salesman informed us we needed
to go and get gas since the tank was empty. We proceeded to the Shell station, my wife turned
the car off so the salesman could put gas into it. Apparently the salesman had to jump start it at
the dealership to get the car running, after we tried to turn it back on at the gas station the battery
was still dead. He scrambled for a while to get a jump start to get the Ascent running again,
eventually on the second try he got one that worked and the car started again. We headed back
to the dealership with an alarm ringing that he couldnĂ¢Â€Â™t figure out how to fix/silence, my wife and I
both had enough. We pulled the Ascent into a spot out in front of the dealership and left it
running. Avoid!

Abby was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I asked about. She allowed me to drive three models to compare them. The Outback Limited XT is a great car. Although I chose not to buy at this time, I had a great experience at Heritage Subaru.

Vehicle sold but is still on web site. Then they kept calling asking me if I wanted test drive a vehicle that’s been sold a week ago.
Easy to make a car purchase. Very helpful and open to answering all my questions. Would buy from them again. If I lived closer I would have performed my maintenance there. They take care of their customers.

Yes a gentleman named Nick texted me back. I asked him about a price on a car he said that he would talk to his manager and text me back in a few. a day went by I heard nothing so I contacted him back he said he was sorry that he got busy with a customer that he would check on that price again. I didn't hear from him that day either. So I texted him again on the third day he asked if he could talk to me I said yes he called me on the phone went to check on the price of the car and it was sold that was my experience

This was the easiest car purchased! I Found the car I wanted on Car Grurs and contacted the dealership. They called me almost immediately, matched the price I needed on the phone ! We went in and the car was ready for us. We drove home in the car that day ! It was a fair and easy purchase. The staff was great!
