This team is great and exremely helpful and great on communication. They went above
and beyond on keepign me informed (even when the first car I looked at was sold). I
highly recommend workign with them if they have a car you are lookign for you will not be
let down at the very least makign sure the car is what you are looking for and coordinating
a purchase.

Heritage was wonderful. Car I was interested in was sold. However manager sent me new listings. I bought one. Salesman was very thorough, professional and courteous. I fact everyone I had contact with was great. I highly recommend Heritage Mazda.

This was our first visit to this dealer and, overall, we had a very good experience. The sales rep who worked with us, Craig Chappell, was
great. There was never any sort of hard sell. We did end up buying a vehicle from this dealer and the overall process was smooth. We
purchased a 2020 vehicle that had been a service loaner and there was an upsell to "certified pre-owned" status. It was a little annoying
when, later, there was another upsell to an additional warranty/service plan on top of the Certified Pre-Owned deal. As buyers, we would have
found it more helpful to have all options presented at once. Not a big deal, though. It is their job to sell stuff. Ultimately, it is up to the buyer to
determine what makes sense for them. I would shop/buy here again.

Great experience -Bo Hudson was easy to work with! Went in for a test drive, traded in our old Miata and left in a 2017! Only issue was the amount of time to meet with Billing person -otherwise an excellent experience even during the pandemic. Highly recommend this dealership!

I went out to this dealership to buy a car. Everything started normal and I got approved for the loan, I asked them if they could get me any better payments, they said yeah I'll try and left for 20 mins. They came back and said I cant get the car, I cant be approved and they need double the money that I was gonna put down in order for me to get the car. A few days later, I was contacted by their general manager apologizing about what happened and saying he still wants me to buy that car, so I agreed and he told me he will work a deal out for me, I haven't heard from him since, even after calls and texts. And to top it all off I have 4 new hard inquiries on my credit which brought my score down a few points. Never deal with this dealership, it's the worst one I've ever been to. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Excellent experience! My first contact with you with web sales was pleasant and the following phone calls were perfect. I got every question answered promptly. BTW they don't dance around with numbers this jeep was priced to sell and the quote I was given before the test drive was even better The sales consultant (Rudy) was a pleasure to work with. The manager (Mitch) was up front and courteous. He met me when I arrived. Thanked me for coming. And introduced me to Rudy. The financial office was pretty fast and efficient. Best warranty in the market also. Best purchasing experience you could ever ask for!

I felt the sales dept was in an immediate rush to sell the car. The dome light on the drivers side does not work, there is moisture inside the headlight, and the tires were not properly balanced upon purchasing the vehicle. The sales manager and auditior were trying to extort more money from me and my sales rep was not truthful with her statement. There was not an alternative key available which made me more suspicious from the dealership. I will not recommend this particular establishment and I will always recommend CarMax!

I drove in traffic for one hour and a half , It was a waste of my time the sales man completely lied to me , and they did not have the car , I requested. It was an awful experience.
