Robert is a very helpful sales representative and very pleasant to deal with. The used car manager, Chris was also a very helpful and reasonable. The Finance officer who processed the sale should probably smile a little bit more. He looked and acted very serious all the time projecting a tense atmosphere - a "by-the-book" employee maybe good for business but not for customer relations and customer loyalty. Just my opinion.

The car was posted for a price, I agreed to the price and they backed out before the sale. They blamed it on a system error and would not honor the sale price. Bait and switch.

This dealership has very arrogant sales people. They act as if they don't need to sell cars. They create fake posts about cars that don't exist just to get you to come to the lot. I was treated like I was nothing. Don't recommend the dealership to anyone at all

Was told to see a vehicle twice I believe that in reality has been sold. I work graveyard and was offered a noon appointment and was bothered in my sleep deprived mind to learn that the car that I wanted to buy wasn't there no one informed me and I wasted my day. I was emailed a day later asking me to make an appointment to see the car so I emailed and called the following day only to be told again that the same car was sold. Not sure why this happened but the process left me feeling like I just didn't matter to this dealership.

I scheduled an appt at 9:30am on a Monday. I showed up at 9:15, they could not find or get a hold of the sales guy that I was scheduled with. I gave it 15 min since I was so early. They eventually sent me to someone else, she was very nice. I had to walk back into the employee parking lot a quarter mile away in 100 degrees to see the van. It had damage that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Best of all, 2 days later the sales guy I was scheduled with emailed me and asked me why I missed our appointment and claimed he was there ready to go with the van pulled up and ready to see. Absolutely hilarious. They then proceeded to send me a quote for 26k. The van was listed for 16k. 10k in fees, taxes, etc? Again, hilarious. I bought the same exact van with less miles and no damage for 15k somewhere else. I've had a ton of awful experiences at dealerships, this one took the cake.

Horrible experience as the dealership doesn’t have the correct year stickers on most of their vehicles and they’re not providing correct pricing on their vehicles with one salesperson quoting a different price than the manager.

This dealer was terrible and made up a story about not selling vehicles to people from California. Crazy, since it's funny how it's fine for someone from CA to spend their $$ in the Casino's in Las Vegas, help create local jobs and expand the local business economy, but can't sell them a car. Something is really wrong with Henderson Chevrolet management.

They won't pick up a person who has no vehicle. You can't test drive a vehicle unless you have full coverage. How can I have full coverage for a vehicle I don't have and haven't had since last October? Not going to go to them for vehicle

Just contacted me and I responded that I lived in Flagstaff looking for that type I have car or another Dodge, but that I visited and came through that area often and wanted to pay cash. The “sales” person responded by just simply saying well if you want to see the car let me know and that was it. Nothing else if I do stop to see that car or if I call I will not deal with that person not helpful in any sort of way at all I completely DUD I have a percent to be helpful or continue the conversation or ask me any other questions!

Viewed the vehicle. The person that contacted me was not the person I dealt with. Sales person constantly talked over me when I discussed the vehicle and only wanted to sell the vehicle. Wanted all my information prior to even discussing an offer. After my offer, below what they were asking, he returned with a counter offer of zero dollars off what the asking price was. Didn't like the experience and probably won't return to this dealer.

I didn't love or hate my experience at this dealership. Very straight forward, quick to get me in and out. Very patient too. Sometimes my questions about the vehicle felt unimportant though. The salesman could have been better prepared to answer them. With that being said, the vehicle had only been on the lot one or two days before I purchased it. I FEEL like I got a GOOD (not great) deal. But it's the best price for the miles and current condition of a Honda Odyssey I'd seen after shopping for about six months.

A bunch of liars at this dealership. They say they reserve a vehicle for you to test drive and when you come in to see it the car is not even there. They lie to you and give you the run around trying to sell you a different vehicle. The sales person was extremely argumentive and disrespectful. I highly recommend going to purchase your new vehicle at a dealership that actually cares about you.

Bought the vehicle cash. Salesman was very attentive. Met with credit Manager for exit interview and he was a real AH. I believe he was pushing the extended warranty (on a new 2015) and I declined, and he didn't like that.

Waste of time! Told me the vehicle was available. I explained to "Roy" I'm across town and would call again before I drive down to verify the cars availability to avoid the drive. I called Roy again and everything was good, the car was still available. I arrive, Roy isn't present. Just a sales manager explaining sadly the car had been sold about 3 hours prior and apologizes. This dealership is 3 for 3 with me on disappointments.
