Do not waste your time with this dealership. The advertised prices are only for those who qualify for special discounts and trade in assistance. They advertise the extremely low prices to get folks from San Diego or Los Angeles to drive out there and when you arrive the vehicle may not even be there. There’s a reason they have 3 stars. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
This dealership is not the one that is very friendly. My wife and I recently drove up over 80 miles to test drive the GLB the staff was very cold and unwelcome in when we got there. The sales manager, whose name is Barry was not friendly and invited and or willing to work with us. He told us to make him an offer we made the offer he told us he would be right back and he did not return.

If I can give them negative 5 star I would have, I called for a jeep my 70 year old dad wanted Lilly said it’s still available and that she will have it ready for us till we get there. We drove 3 hours in traffic only to find out she lied and that car are was not even in stock!!! My dad was so sad and upset. Yes California is first come first serve but don’t lie and say you will have it ready for us get us excited then let us down! DO NOT GO HERE ITS ALL FAKE ADVERTISING

I give these guys ZERO stars. After talking to them drove 2 hours to get a car that happened to not be there when I got there. Then proceeded to deal on another. Found a problem and they wouldn’t fix it. Said it was going to auction. I left empty handed and 4 1/2 hours of driving. Funny how the car is still listed and not gone to auction. Unless it’s just bait to get someone in like they did me w the other car. Shady. Unprofessional. I’ll never step foot in that place ever again. Buyers beware!!!

Jake the Sales man was very helpful, he's good at what he does. I enjoyed working with him. I was going to trade in my vehicle for a jeep gladiator because the deal was so good. However the sales manager offered me $10,000 less than what my vehicle was worth. I explained what the kbb value was and how Subaru is the #1 re sell value in America. I came to the conclusion they wouldn't give me what it was worth because it would've been to good of a deal for myself and not for them. I get it business is business but there is no business if you don't take care of the customer.

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. So I called. I was passed on to 2 different sales consultants, and they couldn’t give me a price prior to driving out there for purchase. Because of there actions I will not buy from this dealership. Very unprofessional, and unorganized.

These dealer is the worst in misleading advertising. Drove for an hour just to be told that a truck that msrp was 62000 and price dealer was 54000 but when you get there price goes up to 67000 buyers beware.thanks for wasting my time and expensive gasoline.

I called the dealer regarding a new Charger Scat Pack
which was posted for $41k and some change. Upon
speaking to the sales manager I was told that there is
a market adjustment of $10k on top of the asking
price. I asked them if that's not the selling price then
why is it posted for that much and was told that
Dodge had told them not to post for higher than
MSRP. Asking 10k market adjustment for a scat pack
is just ridiculous. Glad I called before heading out
there.
I would rate Zero stars if I could. My daughter and I drove in an Uber over one hour after discussions with Joselyn on the phone with exactly what vehicle we wanted and we discussed the no hassle price. On arrival I was IntroducteJared the “manager” the ad and he said we will make that work of course. After test driving the vehicle we need to just pick the color. Long story short we choose the color and get to finance options to find out the price is $5,000 more than advertised. It’s no wonder almost 50% of the reviews are 1 star. They bait and switch the pricing from online false advertising and then even in person I was told the price verbally and then when given on paper it was not the sale price quoted. Do your research and get the VIN # they will tell you “we careful guarantee pricing from a 3rd party source or online as incentives and prices change daily…” I told Jared what they were doing was very disheartening and He shrugged his shoulders “write a bad review— he didn’t care.
Was told vehicle is in stock for posted price went in to look for vehicle was told it is there then told not there but have same vehicle but different color difference in price was more then 5 grand then wouldn’t answer any questions I have asked multiple times be prepared for 36,000 price
Don't believe in this dealership for whatever they
are saying. they called me twice to come over to
check on the vehicle. they confirmed it that it
was in the lot and available. I drove 100 miles
with horrible traffic just to get there before they
closed. and when I got there the salesperson
told me the vehicle was sold a day ago. he said I
should've called their actual dealership not the
internet sale reps. so beware. its a trap.
Awesome. Boughtmy dream car here. Bill and Jim was great. I bought a used Audi Q7 from here, drove it back home to California. It has three recalls on it. Brought it to dealer to had them taken care of. Car blew black smoke upon WOT so it failed smog but other than that car is nice, I love it.

I took my partner here because she wanted a Kia Sorento they had. To start off the ad was a bait and switch. They never actually had the vehicle yet they refuse to remove the ad. Then they try to sell my partner a cpo car for more money. Oh but the best part was the cpo (certified pre owned) car had obviously been in an accident lol. The bumper had overspray all over it and the colors didn't blend from bumper to quarter panel at all. The engine was noisy as if it had a lifter or rocker arm issue.. Man I told the "sales manager" hey man we don't want your wrecked junk. This dude says and I kid you not, "but it has a clean carfax?"...As if I'm supposed to close my eyes and turn off my brain because the internet says don't worry about it lol. When we showed him he just shrugged man. The dude just freaking shrugged. I don't understand people these days. Just pathetic.

First of all, I was very hesitant to work with this dealership because of the negative
reviews I read. We were having to travel from Vegas to Hemet to do this deal so my
Son and I were ready to complete a backup deal at another dealership miles away in
case the negative reviews were true. So we leave around 5:00am to get there by
9:00am to meet with internet specialist Brandy, as we came to terms before we set out.
We confirmed that Brandy would be there by 9:00am. We were about 15 minutes early
(but obeying all speed laws) when we were about 2 miles away from the dealership we
got a text from Brandy inquiring about our ETA because she was there waiting. Ok, I'm
starting to be a believer now. We could not find a blk/blk Dodge Charger in Vegas with
the trim level we wanted anywhere, and prices were super inflated. Brandy was waiting
with the car and deal ready! She went over and above and created a stellar experience
for us until we dove back in my son's new car. Kudos Brandy!!!!

Great experience from start to finish.
I spent days trying to get in touch with this dealer about an SUV they had. Finally, I was able to talk to a Manager cause
getting a salesman to call me never happened. I live out of state so was trying to do this over the phone which the dealer
said that was fine. We agreed on a price and ask them if was ok to ship the SUV they said sure just find a shipping
company that can give them a Bill of Landing. I spent time researching different shipping companies and finally found one.
Spoke to the dealer again and now they said they will provide the shipping which they quoted was 1000-1500 more than
what I was going to get it shipped for. They then told me I could use the company I found but they jacked the price up on
the SUV by almost 2k. They said they had to increase it because now they got it serviced and clean. Is it my fault the
owner was using it for a bit? I even tried to offer to split the fee and giving them an extra 500. No Response. I would not
recommend them.

responded to ad of vehicle priced on multiple sites. Spent a day communicating with multiple messages with a few from the dealership. Following day, the price increases over $4k. Dirty business practices. Saw this happened a few times from other posts about this dealership. BEWARE
This dealer was the worst dealership I have ever been to! I repeat DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING!! They like to advertise a certain price online and then when you get there they want to add on fees that you shouldn’t have to pay for such as the care package. I drove over 70 miles to look at one of there vehicles which was priced at 25k and when I got there they jacked it up to 35k which is insane! Also the sales associates were very rude to say the least; when I told them this is not the price they advertise online he said well you should buy a cheaper car which was very condescending after that I left. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! I recommend going to the BMW dealership I just bought a car from them and is was such a friendly and easy experience.

This site advertised a good deal on a ram 1500, a dealer discount of over 8k on top of all of the normal brand incentives. When I called to check on thie car, they wouldn't talk price on the phone. I let them know that I was calling becquse it was over 50 miles away, and said I just need to verify the dealer discount and make sure that the discount didn't have any strings attached, and if I showed up, I would get that discount. I had a feeling it was not going to go that way so I called back on my way. After being frank with the salesman that I was interested in buying the car with the discount, he told me that they could not sell the cqr at that price. I asked how they could advertise it and not do it, and the salesman hung up on me. I called back a day later and was eventually told the same thing. They were not selling the car with the dealer discount, AND I would have to buy the dealer add-ons which were over 3k. I reccomend you skip this dealer.

Does not have product as advertised and wasted time going down there. Watch out for huge maintenance package they try to sell you which
you don't need. When I arrived they were all standing outside smoking and joking around. When they saw me they all ran back inside and
pretended they were doing deals. Very weird place.

They requested my phone number and never called me. I tried calling dealership several times and couldn’t even talk to anyone or leave a message. They emailed me a few times but never talked about the vehicle I requested
Very poor customer service. Went to look at a specific vehicle and it wouldn’t star due to the battery being dead. We waited for them to jump start the vehicle. Eventually we purchased the vehicle but they said they would replace battery and deliver our vehicle the next day. No one called to let us know a time or updates until I called and left multiple messages throughout the day. The car was eventually delivered at 9pm. The only reason I gave one star was some of the folks there were friendly and polite. It was worth the hassle of driving the distance to save a little money. The car was clean and a very nice car. Make sure you read fine print as they have hidden fees too.

The worst car buying experience ever, the price tag on
the car we looked was 31k ,we loved it ,started the
purchase Paperwork, the final price ended up to be 47k
!!
And guess what the tax calculation was based on the
MSRP price !

DIshonest! Price on their website was actually 8,000.00 more in person. Website failed to show the particular car had the âoptionsâ already installed. So once we
inquired there was no such car that existed. Dealership failed to own up to it, claiming I didnât read the small print....no such thing on my end! Why would anyone
want to deal with this dealership anyways...donât bother, save your money and go elsewhere, we did.

This place is a joke. Their online advertising is a joke. Their sales tactics is a joke. So let me keep this story short. I went for their online advertisement for a car that I am interested in. I go and I qualified for the 3/4 of their discount promotions. It went from 28,000k to 42,000k ! Such a ridiculous discrepancy. Horrible experience, numbers all over the place , they added things I never asked for. A complete joke. I suggest going elsewhere unless you have nothing to do and want to waste your time for nothing.
I chose to communicate with this dealer because they advertise good prices. The
advertised price went up by over $9,000 when we sat down to start the purchase
process. They added over $4,000 in dealer options and took the rest of the rebates
away when I said I was interested in the promotional 0% interest financing. Basically,
brining the price of the vehicle up past MSRP. They then tried to use the manager to
come over and strong arm a deal. I am hoping Stellantis will look into this dealership's
sales practices and make some big changes. I have two other FCA/Stellantis vehicles
and purchasing both of those was a good experience. This dealership is not worth the
time unless they change their shady sales practices.

Zero follow up communication, no one answers the phone. I asked multiple times for at least a picture of the truck I was interested in. I was told by Mitch the sales manager that someone would be in touch, no one was. I was emailed by Chrissy after the initial CarGurus inquiry. Never heard back. I don’t feel like they care and I shouldn’t have to beg someone to take my $50k. I’ll look elsewhere.
Horrible experience. We drove from LA to Hemet to purchase 3 cars. The manager did not honor the price we found through CarGurus. Was charging above MSRP and wanted us to live in Canada... Are you serious! I don't know what kind of employees they have, but both the sales and manager we're horrible. The sales guys kept speaking using bad words while we were there.

Dealer is unable to give out the door pricing on a used vehicle over the phone. How difficult is it to add sales tax and registration on to the advertised vehicle sale price? Dealership communication with customers needs to be improved. I have called and emailed the dealership several times, response “is this your correct information?“ “Yes I sent it to you more then once”. Over all my personal experience dealing with this dealership was a TOTAL wast of my time.

They advertise a car with a certain price and when you call them they throw about $6000+ on top. Licensing and registration and taxes, no problem that’s normal but they hit you with over $3000 in aftermarket installed extras. They do however advertise the cars with those extras at the lower price so it’s a bait and switch don’t even bother their prices are not legit

READ! WARNING! DO NOT GO!
Drove 2 and a Half hours because of the astonishing prices. Too good to be true is an understatement! When i got there I was handed the keys to drive the car by myself with no sales person in the car with me. No one explained anything to me. Liked the car, so I stayed to run number came back with 12%taxes and 4K in extended warranty and 4K in STAR security/protection that was already “installed” in the car?!? I was expecting to walk out with a $450 dollar payment to not budging $781 offer? Dude said they could work with me on the security and only knock off 1000 when I said I don’t want it. News FLASH consumers are not required to purchase extra protection like this bogus security. WASTE OF TIME. Then in the end I was made fun of by the sales guys saying I wasted 2 hour drive not walking away with a car and that I should drive my trade in off a cliff? Unprofessional and condescending to say the least.
Car advertised at $3,304. After tax and license it’s was boosted up to $8,900. What the hell! Kept asking the sells man why it was so high. He insisted tax and license was an extra $5,600. Non sense. Salem’s was pleasant but the sells technic was very questionable. I drove almost an hour out of my way for this deal and left empty handed.
I would give it one star if I could , the price they advertise is not the REAL price that they give you once you sit down and want to purchase the car, they add a good 4K just cus they want to (supposedly cleaning / gps & stuff it already came with but wanna charge it to you ) the car I was going for was 36k and it went up to 46k ??? (I understand the taxes but 10k ?? Really ? ) & on top of that the manager is the rudest guy I’ve ever met , he talks to you like if he is doing YOU a favor by selling you a car , How in the world ?? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE , go somewhere else !
Dealership is advertising a lower price than what
is actually offered. They add 4K in preinstalled
dealership options to all their advertised pricing.
So if it looks to good to be true, it is. No
customer should be surprised in this manner as

Terrible . The third person that I spoke to (Bere) decided they were going to add a $4,000 security package that the first two people never mentioned. This fee was not listed anywhere in the price or on the website. She said it was for gps, paint protection, tire protection, and some other petty bs. So whoever shops here for this car just realize that after adding taxes and fees you are hitting $40,000 for this vehicle which is fine. It’s that ridiculous charge making it $44,000 that’s nuts and suspicious. Good bye

Terrible email and text communication. They would not talk finances over the phone and when we got there we found out why. I had a certificate from Hemet for $23,991 but in the fine print it says does not include dealer add one’s or upgrades. They wanted to throw on $3995 for nothing. They said they upgraded the alarm, and did something to the clear coat. The alarm was the stock alarm from Dodge, the clear coat had nothing done to it as the black looked faded and the car was still dirty in the back from being on their dirt lot. They keep their cars on empty and want to charge you $140 in gas fees. They moved up the price two days after we called on it and said we were interested. The middle manager was terrible and had zero customer service and couldn’t even try to explain why the $3995 was being added on. The regular sales guy tried but still didn’t have a good explanation as to why the fees were added. Overall I see why they have a 2.5 rating on yelp. Spend your money somewhere else

People at this Hemet dealership are LAZY I would give them a 0 if there is. I requested for more pics, they keep saying yes we will take pics
but they never did. This 2014 Chevy Silverado has been on Cargurus for over 1 month I believe it was July 24th or so first time I saw this
truck. On August 28th I called this dealership again regarding this truck cause I really wanted it, I requested some more pics, they said will
do but they never did, about 2 hrs later I got email from them stating this that Silverado Truck on the auction now cause it did not pass their
safety inspection. That I understood that they don't want to sell it to the public but why wait for a month. As of today 08/29 This truck still on
their inventory why ????? I though this truck did not passed safety inspection..

If we would have told you that it was for sale and sent you pictures that would have been misleading. The customers who traded it in their financing fell thru while their paperwork was at bank and therefore why the vehicle has been online for as long as it has and we could not sell that car to you or auction.

If I could rate these guys 0 stars I would. I don’t know why are they even advertising to be in car sales business when they are not making any efforts to actually sell vehicles. I expressed interest in a $60K vehicle through every possible avenue- car gurus, their direct website, called Dealerahip multiple times and even communicated via emails. Every time I would talk to different person and none of them would be the sales manager, who seems to be the person everyone of them would be telling me I need to speak to. Not to mention that each time I would be given different information about the same vehicle. I even sent an email to someone named Chrissy Martinez, who signed in the email as the manager, informing her that I want to purchase the vehicle and asked to be contacted, and no one ever reached out. This is not the way to treat potential customer. Once this crazy demand ends, and it will, this dealership will close their doors due to their non existing customer service.

They tried to add a bunch of other fees that were not listed and was told I had to pay for them. The price listed was after all the rebates that most people do not meet. The manager was rude and arrogant. Don’t give them your business.

Do not refer this dealership to consumers. They made a purchase agreement with me and promise to deliver the car by the following Tuesday. After 15 days of waiting and trying to get answers from more than 10 staff members there. The GM Tommy Pillo wouldn’t respond. I had to contact Their service Dept to hear from her that she looked into the situation and had to tell me that Tommy decided to retract from the purchase agreement and I would have to contact him. Now, what the hell was that.....a nightmarish experience and wasting my time and having to drive there twice and a total of 7 hours to get nothing. Didn’t get possession of the car on day of purchase and still waiting for aN overnight refund check $6000. that they were quick to cash and cleared my account the very next day after that late night I spent signing the purchase agreement. THIS DEALER IS A SCAM! Absolutely a bait and switch.
I tried to buy two advertised jeeps from them and they always added in a $4.000 dealer add ons fee that was “required” with every vehicle they sell. They will not sell anything at the advertised prices.

Not a productive experience. Contacted the dealer on numerous occasions and left messages. Each time a different person would send me an e-mail either asking if they could answer my questions or assist me. This has continued for over a week. The last four days (7/24-7/27) I requested the status of the vehicle. On 7/26 I sent a text to one salesman and an email to an online service rep. asking if the vehicle was still for sale. I explained that I would have to drive 3 hours one way and would like to set an appointment to view/test drive the vehicle. It is now 6:00 PM on 7/27 and surprise, no response from anyone at the dealership. I have communicated with a minimum of 6 different people at the dealership and was unable to get an answer to one simple question. It appears that there is no communication within their organization or they are not interested in selling the vehicle. I went online today and reviewed their ratings with the Better Business Bureau, not good.

My experience with this dealer has been consistent with what people giving 1 Star have said. They advertised a really good price for a new Ram 1500. I sent an inquiry about it and they quickly responded with a quote explaining the price. The quote had more rebates than I have ever seen, so I responded asking about them. I never heard back. I then received a follow up email about my original question. I asked again about the rebates. I never heard back.

Total bait and switch. They advertised a price of about $23,000 on a Jeep Grand
Cherokee, but after they added back in a bogus $4,000 fee for paint and touch-ups,
$3,000 for discounts I suddenly didn't qualify for, and a bunch of other stuff plus taxes
and title, it added up to $39,000!! There was zero willingness to bargain off the MSRP
and they played the game of scribbling things down on paper quickly to try and confuse
me. Plus they didn't want my trade-in (which was the same car in great condition). Very
bad experience. Do NOT believe any advertised price from this dealer. Needless to say,

Quick to call you back, however, the vehicle was not sold as per the advertised price.
At first glance the advertised price was $42,658 for a fully loaded, leather interior Rubicon unlimited
with matching color hard top. However, once they send you their deal on paper the vehicle had a mark up
of an additional $3500 in nothing but up sell. i asked for them to remove the items to leave it at the advertised price
but they were not willing to deal. Not very up front if you ask me with advertising one price and then when the deal is on paper
they add the extras. Sorry, i wouldn't buy from here, i thought driving out of the way and going here would be worth it given the advertised

Warning to anyone shopping for a Jeep. This place is the worst I have ever been to thus far. Their online ads are fake, so if you are seeing low prices, thats because they are adding all rebates and taking off of the MSRP. You will not qualify for all the rebates! So before you think of coming here, call first.. because they will either not answer, or will not reply to your messages for days.. Do your research on the vehicle, look up the invoice prices, look up hold back prices, don't fall in the trap with dealer add ons, and be ready for them to just substantially offer you a very low price for your trade to make up for the discounts they gave you on the new jeep.. 0% APR is only for a couple vehicles. Does not include the Wrangler at all, so keep that in mind. If you think you can walk into this dealer and try to negotiate a price, be ready for them to tell you to your face they will not go down on the price. No pride at this dealer, mud inside new vehicles, worst experience.

I have bought many cars over the years, and this was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I received an email

Super shady experience. Called several times to make an offer on a Fiat that was listed as $3274. Took 4 times to actually get someone to discuss the vehicle and when they did, they told me the vehicle was listed at $10k and dropped so that there was no wiggle room. This model and year would be so over priced at $10k, then they had the nerve to tell me in addition to the $3274 the vehicle had. $1900 in dealer options allegedly installed and that would be added to the price! The car is completely stock and has no additional options. What a joke, glad I dodged a bullet of dealing with these clowns.

Been reaching out to this dealer before Covid 19 happened tried to get numbers and info and got the run around until the beginning of april when car prices increased, no one really cares for you unless you have a big down payment and or great credit score. They wont help you when you need a car only when they need to sell it. I've talked to different people and they said they have my credit then I get a new email and a new person and they need to ask you the same questions they already asked and ask you to run the credit again. So I wrote a previous review a few days ago that described a very dismal and unfortunate experience I had with HEMET CDJR. Well a LOT has transpired in those few days surrounding my relationship and outlook on HEMET CDJR... and I’d like to share them with you.
I believe there was a breakdown in communication between myself and the sales staff over HEMET CDJR and a lot was lost in translation in the many text and emails that transpired during this inquiry. BOTTOMLINE the management staff in particular Ernie G. Got involved and not only cleared up all misunderstandings but fought to win my business. And he didn’t do it with a lot of fancy sales tactics / and broken promises. He meant what he said, said what he meant and best of all followed through and kept his word. A very hard characteristic to find in this world of selling cars. BUT HE DID.... thank you Ernie.
And to Steve Hernandez who also had a huge impact on our experience once we arrived.

This dealership hides its real prices and makes you believe you are getting a good deal. Every new car comes with dealer installed options that cost $3,985 and you have to buy the car with those options. They are the ultimate bait and switch business. They also are very slow and unprofessional. They play games and waste your time. Do not go there if you are looking for a new car. Not worth the trip.

I went in today after a lengthy discussion with salesperson Brandy last night. We
agreed on a price and made an appointment for 9:30 this morning. I was not greeted
by Brandy but some other clueless salesman, who jacked the price up by about $9K. I
then met with the sales manager who tried to close me at about $5K over the agreed
price. This is after driving 70 miles (about 1.5 hours) to their crappy dealership in
godforsaken Hemet. I asked the sales manager how they can get away with this bait
and switch, and he said that he has this conversation with customers 10 times a day,
but justifies it because they sell so many vehicles. I refuse to do business with

I contacted dealer let them know that I was interested in buying the car. They sent me a quote by email. I called them back let them know I wanted the vehicle and they told me I needed to put 5k down to hold the vehicle for a few days until I got there. I was put on hold to give them my credit card for over 10 minutes. I called them back and they then told me that the price I was given by email was not valid for me they gave me the trade in and military discount. Needless to say the price they quote you is not the price you get when you are ready to pay for the vehicle.
A sales person contacted me with a higher price than the one advertised. Then another representative contacted me with another price even higher. Both of the prices would go up once they add up the dealer options, fees and taxes. They just use unethical advertising to capture new coatumers

Jeff Leigh of HCDJR made my car buying so smooth, so easy and without àny pressure. I was extremely pleased with their service.
Horrible service. Went to the dealer to look at the vehicle and sat around 15-20 mins waiting for the people to pull the car up to test drive. I was getting irritated so I asked the salesman what was going on , apparently they could not find the keys to the vehicle. Very unprofessional on the dealership end. Sales people said they would call me back when they found the keys and they never did. Either their customer service is horrible and I am not valued as a customer or they still can find the keys, either way extremely unprofessional.

If you ask a question through the contact seller don't expect them to answer your question. This dealer (Hemet Chrysler) sent out generic messages from 3 different on-line sales reps without anyone of them answering my questions nor did they reply to direct emails back to each. Went to the dealer to consider the truck purchase and discovered the posted price did not include significant dealer upgrades. They tacked on $495 for nitro in the tires, $895 for surface protection, and $863 for Karr Security. These unnecessary items added almost 10% to price of the vehicle. Its no wonder why they would not what to reply to the questions by email. If you go, hold your ground and don't let them cry to you that they are not making a profit or are selling the vehicle at a loss.

Management lacks of customer service, I stop by and talk to sales managers for used and new cars and after they said they would call me to follow up I never heard from them ....Thank you! Not!

I called about a car that they were advertising for
sale actually said selling price of 90,127 so I
called and talked with a salesman name Richard
and was told by him as long as its advertised on
line for that price they would have to honor it so
he transferred me to the sales manager and I
asked I would like to purchase the car we are
talking about for the price that the salesman just
said we would honor and the sales manager said
no Sir that car has a 50,000 dollar addendum on
top of the sales price that’s not listed anywhere
in the add for the car and I reminded him that the
salesman I already talked to agreed on the price
listed on line “selling price” the sales manager so
we will not honor that price and hung up the
phone on me. If that’s the type of business you
want to deal with go ahead but if they can’t
honor a price that their own salesman agreed to
then good luck.

Internet associate and initial salesman was helpful and courteous not trying to push the sale on me. Then second salesman came over and completely took over. This guy was trying to aggressively and not working with me to get the price I was promised online

Called to see if the truck was still available they said yes however they couldn't sell it just yet , however they did have another one with less miles and better options for a little more ... so I drove 2 hours to the dealership only for them to say the vehicle was not on their lot and it would be another hour for them to get it so we waited only to have them never go get it and say that it couldn't be sold .... because they just took it in on trade in. If the vehicle cant be sold yet dont list it on your website !!! Then when someone calls about it dont lie and say yes we have it worst experience at a dealership yet
Terrible experience. The sales rep over the phone was friendly but the
service once I got there was nothing but deceit and trickery. They had an
internet special for new 2018 dodge charger lease 2,999$ down and 339$
a month for 36 months with no fine print any where on the advertisement. I
go in and right away they start trying to trick and get more and more out of
you. Taking over two and half hours until they declined me for not wanting
to pay first trip 500$ a month with the 2999$ down. Then 30 minutes later
came back with 515$ a month another 20 minutes later 535$ and then
another 20 minutes to 549$ a month which not any where close to 339$.
They wanted an extra 62% more each on top of their advertisement which
had no fine print on it. And one of the sales rep specifically said this exact
words, "Those are usually the ads that we make just to get people to come
in the dealer." Needless to say be careful going in that dealer, its a big
name dealer so they will try and trick you anyway they can.
I bought my car through this dealer because they bent over backwards to find what I wanted, and never tried to force me into something that I didn't. Awesome customer service!!! James West is the guy to go see!!! He is super sweet, calm, gentle, and understanding. And the number one thing I loved? He LISTENED. I never felt pressured or pushed to look at something I didn't want. When I said "Hard Limit", that was it. And as a woman, I felt RESPECTED, which is definitely a difficult feat when it comes to car salesmen.

I was contacted immediately, which was nice, but when I arrived at the dealership for an appointment the next day, the vehicle I had inquired about was not ready to be test-driven. It was still being inspected and was waiting on replacement parts. The salesperson who had made the appointment with me was still busy with another client when I arrived, so I was shuffled to another salesperson. A high volume dealership where the customer got lost in the shuffle. Altogether a very frustrating experience--I would not go back again. :-(
