Had a car listed and set up an appointment for me just for the car to never be on the lot and have “warranty” issues that needed to be worked out. For some reason after our “appointment” the car ended up being sold online so I’m sure it was just a waste of time for me. I wouldn’t recommend the dealer or the people that work there. Specifically Dylan Franco for setting up an appointment for a car that wasn’t on the lot to begin with.

Excellent dealer! This is my second experience with Hello Subaru. In both cases negotiating was easy and straightforward. No games, no add ons, all the information correct and avaliable. The transactions were friendly and quick. Their price was competitive enough for an hour one way drive. I recommend them and would be happy to do business with them again.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I spoke to the dealership on a Monday morning. We reviewed the used car I wanted. I said I definitely wanted to buy the car. I live in Northern California so had to plan to get to So Cal to purchase it. I asked if they could hold the car for me. After checking with management the salesman told me yes. I bought plane tickets that night and texted the sales agent Tuesday morning to let him know my plans for getting there to buy the car. He confirmed everything. Then an hour later he texted me, not even a phone call, to say the car was sold. I spoke to a manager who told me they can’t hold used cars. If this is the case, shouldn’t the salespeople know this. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

They responded right away saying the vehicle was available and set up a day/time to test drive but then said the car was at the body shop for touch ups. So another time was offered but the salesperson was off work that day!! Do they want to sell cars or just mess with people's schedules? There seems to be a discoordination with the leadership at Subaru. Weve moved on.

Ok so I was very interested in this car. I had been prequalified when I was contacted by the salesman. He asked me to set up a time to test drive. I realized how great of a deal the car was and decided to make a move to secure it. I completed the online purchase and just needed to finalize by signing at dealer. When I go online the next day the cars price had increased by 2,800. That’s a huge increase especially when taking into account my previous online purchase. Let’s just say I was not happy. I will not do business with this dealership nor would I recommend them.

Very quick response. However they did not have the car advertised online. Very disappointed. What’s worse is they continue advertising it as if they do have it.

I never felt so humiliated and bullied in my life. This dealer gave me the runaround when I asked for the option contract. I had provided pre-approval letter from my bank and my loan officer spoke to the online sales manager. The sales people in the office played their usual sales tactics for almost 2 hrs when I refused to provide my social security number. I informed the sales person I didn't want them running a credit check because I was not interested going through their lenders. Everything else they asked I provided including the deposit check and nothing came to fruition. They lied by saying they needed my ss# to do a background check. Little did they know they had already done this when I provided my drivers license. They lied. I left feeling bullied by all 4 men. This was my worst experience ever trying to purchase a car. Interest rate they were offering was higher than my credit union. They also started questioning the funds in my bank. This was humiliating. Women stay away.

to follow up or make my way over there. Looked like a great deal, though. That's the extent of my experience with them. Will definitely keep
them in mind for future potential purchases.

The salesperson was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
A dealership salesman contacted finally me after about three request for additional information. I requested a walkout the door bottom line price. That was provided rather quickly, but it was higher than the KBB high quality vehicle price. There were additional monies added on, some labeled as miscellaneous.

they were great, no pressure. price was what they said it was. The finance guy Jonathan was great along with the salesman Jonathan. We had a extended warranty on a car we traded in and if not for them we would have been out over $1000.00 but because they said that it was a prorated refundable policy we could go back to the original dealer and get a refund....Thanks Jonathan and Jonathan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great experience with NO stress.
We drove 3 1\2 hours to get there!

I had the pleasure of working with Giovanni. Everyone was very professional
and pleasant. The original vehicle I was looking for was priced differently than
first posted but the manager and Giovanni worked out a fair deal that worked
for everyone. I was very pleased with the outcome and I didn't have to sit for
3 hrs trying to haggle. Everything from the sales to the finance went very
smoothly. I would recommend John Hine Temecula to anyone looking for a
fair deal on a car.
