I drove down from Bakersfield Ca which was about 90 miles to the dealership. The vehicle on the lot was completely different than what they had on car guru. The color was different and the paint job was shot.

My point of contact was Clay. I lived a considerable amount of miles from Valencia, so he provided me videos of the car, which was helpful. He proved his honesty to me when I asked if there were absolutely any issues with the car, he responded back with a photo of one paint blemish, that I would of noticed and a small scratch I probably wouldn't have. I would say 9 out of 10 times, car dealerships lie and say anything to get me to show up, so it was nice to know he wanted to be honest with me about the car. The downside was in an effort to show my interest in the car, I was willing to put $5,000 down until I could physically look at it, 2 days later.... I've never ran into so many issues trying to give someone 5 grand. We simply could not make the transaction happen and in my opinion, they may want to give more than 1 option to pay an invoice. At any rate, I finally made it to Valencia, Clay had the car spotless and parked out front, it was everything he said it was. Happy Customer.

I usually don't write reviews unless I'm very satisfied. These ppl are truly amazing. First contacted them to get an inquiry for a Lexus RX but I ended up buying a Lexus ES from them. I was a
first time buyer at the time and had a hard time finding a place that could approve me with a reasonable interest rate. Fahad Mohammed the sales rep helped me a lot in finding my car and

I would not be paying extra fees. She assured me in writing via text what I was paying.
She agreed. we drove far, got the car and drove away with an awesome deal. A great

I went in with my bank financing. Handed this dealer one page to fill out to receive payment same day. They were SO persistent about trying to get me financing through THEIR bank that they refused to send in the ONE page I gave them. Six days later they still haven't filled out the form. Amateurs.

day before. They tried to find a like vehicle in their inventory for
me but they where a little out of my price range.
I then received a follow up call on 2 days later to see if
they can help me find a vehicle. But I told them I had already
purchased a vehicle.
