This was my first time using a dealership to purchase a car and my experience was amazing. The process overall was smooth and easy going. Anthony and Steven were extremely helpful before and after the process. I was able to buy my dream car with Hello Mazda- Temecula and I would definitely recommend using them!
I got the extended warranty and did not feel it was for me. I was told I could cancel before I used it and get my money back, but I was never
told, nor did I see anything about a cancellation fee. They said it was $25, but somehow, it cost me $270. They could not explain why it was
$270. All I got was that I had already made a payment. I still have 7000 miles left on the warranty the car comes with. This is just a way to
scam people out of money. I wanted the extra money to get a car for my daughter.
Dealerships make lots of money. They need to stop this practice. It's also been 2 days, and I have not seen any money yet. Never buying a
car for them again. My car payment was and is $395. But $245 went to the warranty. WOW, that makes no sense. Too bad I did have a
good experience till they ripped me a new one.

Fast and friendly! Great experience with staff. Offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. Only thing is I couldn't get my vehicle that day because two tires had to be replaced and aligned. But I understand they also are taking care of a chip on the front window for fingers crossed .

Called about a CX-5 and spoke with Katie Gardner. She had the car waiting for us as soon as we got there and we took a test drive. We wanted a better deal and we were able to get the price down by $500 and the car was also equipped with a GPS security system that came included with the car. We were very happy with our purchase, with Katie, with Rene the finance guy and even the manager that recommended a good BBQ spot nearby. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had and we will definitely be coming back for our next car. I highly recommend Hine Mazda.

Warning! Bunch of liars. The dealer named Magaly from Temecula
Hine Mazda/Subaru told us that the car we were interested in was at
their dealership for 16 days. In reality it was sitting there for 83 days-
that is first lie. Her second lie was she told us the car looks and feels
new. In reality it had terrible cigarette smoke stink inside and
electrical problem that the dealership was unable to solve. Their lies
accumulated as I tried to resolve the electrical problem issue. At the
end the dealer named Anthony promised to find a solution but
instead left me, my wife and our three years old waiting and simply
disappeared.
If you want to experience the UNBELIEVABLE-go ahead and deal
with Temecula Mazda/Subaru.

Temecula mazda was the best dealership I visited during my search for a
mazda 3. I wish I would have visited this dealership first. The salesman
are very professional and are not pushy at all! Temecula mazda made
buying a car smooth and you didn't feel like you were getting screwed
over. They actually helped me get a very good deal. I totally reccomend
this dealership!
