The salesman was professional and low-pressure. He was prepared to show me the truck as soon as I arrived. It was an overall good experience during what can be a very frustrating experience. I would have bought the Nissan Titan that day if the trade-in value for my F-150 had been equal to what I had just been offered 3 to 4 weeks earlier at a local Ford dealership.

Basically gave me the runaround and basically made me waste my time and my gas driving all the way from Texarkana to Shreveport when they told me they could make a deal and then try to put me in a different vehicle and then still told me that they basically lied to me

Jeremy called got our info then called again while talking he said oh go to go my manager just walked in..he claimed he'd call me back in 15 minutes. It's been two days and have not heard back from him at all.If he can't keep his word on a call how can he stand behind a vehicle. Bad business

Was good experience but I’ve decided I want only the platinum model may hv to wait 2-3 months for price drops in 52,000 range when 2021 ones come out

Dealer called and stated he was negotiable with the price and would work with us. We drove 83 miles to get there. Once there, the dealer stated the truck was not negotiable and wouldn't budge. He wouldn't even in life tax, title, and lisence in the price! He flat out lied to us, just to get us there!
