Yes, very prompt. Sent out everything I requested but I was out of
town and wasn't able to go look at car so it was sold.
Very helpful in trying to find me something I would be interested in.

Nice and helpful
Emailed about the truck on a Saturday. Salesman told me the truck was a recent trade-in and that it was going thru there inspection and would be out Tuesday. So I scheduled a test drive for Wednesday. Apparently the inspection finished earlier. Got an email that Monday saying it was sold.

service. Mr. Doug called me within 15 min after I
sent a message about the car. We set up an
appointment for the next day and I drove away in
my new SUV! Thank you for making my car

I received an immediate response from Doug Smith both by phone and email. He was very, very nice. He answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. He followed up by a subsequent phone call and answered my emails promptly. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, I would recommend Hebert's to anyone and would personally deal with them myself.
