Bought my first ever car from here. I was nervous at first but the service was quick and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Overall had a good experience and any damage to my car prior to purchase was fixed in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable and overall a good reliable dealership to shop at. Only thing is, I wish they could have told me more about the features available in my car.

It wasn't bad, but wasn't exceptional. I paid about $2,000.00 to much for my truck.in addition the tires on the truck were worn out. However it's just the world we live in. On the posative side they did get me in and out of the dealership very quickly. The real mark of a good dealership comes after the sale. We shall see

I spoke to Heartland via email and phone. They were prompt with replies. The salesman, Parker, was great and happy to answer questions. I thought we had struck a deal on a truck, only to find out it was sold by another salesman. I was pretty disappointed. They do not take deposits, so if you see a vehicle you want, go get it. I was frustrated and upset to say the least. They did have other trucks on the lot, but none that fit what I was looking for. Overall, minus the truck being sold by another, they were easy to work with and friendly. Gave 3 stars because the truck was sold after I thought me had struck a deal, which I thought was crappy. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars

This dealership had the truck of my dreams that I got to test drive. They had the 1500 Ram Laramie Longhorn priced right. They were just a little shy on what they offered for my trade.
They explained that they might be able to offer more for my truck the next morning. They called me that afternoon and managed to offer more for my truck but had sold the truck of my dreams. I was distraught and devastated!!

Bro ask for Austin. Very good service, down to earth people, chill environment, and they FOUND ME DISCOUNTS for my vehicle. After the poop shoot experience I had with my last dealership they made this experience look like a cake walk. I didn’t get the price listed, because obviously you have to use their financing for those deals. But even after using my own financing they managed to get me close to 4k off. This is honestly my lifetime new car dealership. All around amazing experience.

Called to purchase car. Sales rep verified the low price tag and would call me the next day due to her not being in the office. Price increased the next day. Would not honor the initial price.

The feed from our IMS does not update in real time. It can take 24 hours or more for changes to reflect. For this reason, our disclosure instructs customers to call for a price quote! Heartland Jeep is the reason people hate buying cars. It was a classic used car experience. They had the
Jeep I wanted. I emailed them. Their sales rep called me. I finalized and told them I would be in at 11 am the
very next morning. I emailed them all the documents including the pre-approval letter from their preferred
lender at 8:30 am. She texted me and said she received the docs. Then we agreed I would be there at 11
am to pick up the car. I was on the way to the dealership when she TEXTED me saying someone came in
and was test driving it. This was about 10:30 am (they opened 2 hrs before so the car should have been
held as sales pending). No call just a text telling me. Then her sales manager called and tried to upsell me
from $19,500 to $24,000 (with all the rebates). Even then it didn't have the features of this car. So before
you buy a car from Heartland, beware its the classic bait and switch. They blamed communication issue. Do
not buy from Rena. Trust me its classic switch

Disappointed. Came close to buying a ram 2500 from Heartland last week but couldn't buy it for the price advertised, it was suddenly $3k higher. Truck wasn't at dealer but they were pushing for me to sign a buyers agreement and give a deposit. I decided to pass. 2 days later they dropped the advertised price $4k. I called to buy the truck, they said they weren't taking deposits on it. I offered to complete the paperwork and purchase the truck and take delivery when it came in. They refused and said they would call me when it comes in but they have a lot of interest in the truck. I'm sure if a truck shows up the price will suddenly be much higher. Hate when dealers play these games....

Horrible. I called and the trashy woman who answered was horrificly rude.
I was shoved through a spammy workflow that never addressed the questions I asked in my initial communication. Their phone went to nondescript voicemail, and when I finally reached a person, they were very rude.
I purchased elsewhere, and the other dealer was fantastic. The contrast was profound!

Didn’t like that the truck they had on CarGurus wasn’t on there lot,
which they explain had sold. But three weeks later it hasn’t been taken
down. I think they use it to get people to call, then try and sell them
something else. Don’t appreciate dealerships that do such things.

The price listed isn't what the car costs. I contacted Heartland about 2 vehicles, each around 17000, and the price they came back with was over 21000 each. Also, while I initially got a quick message, I then was ghosted for a week, before being told what the true price is.

I received a return phone call and great service until after the sale. This is where things went south. The vehicle I had purchased had a recall that hadn't been performed due to Heartland not being a Ford dealer, so while in the shop at local Ford dealer, they informed me the vehicle had a bad wheel bearing that desperately needed repair. I noticed the noise when I test drove and mentioned it to salesperson. They presumed it might be due to the part recall, so I let it go at that. I tried to contact dealership about paying for the parts/labor and they failed to return phone calls for three days and would only pay for half the cost. They were quick to return my phone call when they wanted my money/business, but the service went away quickly after the sale. Poor way of doing business. Supposedly they inspect all vehicles, so I'm not sure how one leaves with a bad wheel bearing

There ad shows a selling price of $27391.00 with 0% for 84 months. They said there is no possible way they will sell this truck for the ad price. If you want 0% add $8000.00 to the price. Bait and Switch deal. On three different emails I asked for the paperwork to get the ball rolling for this truck, they just stopped replying to my request.

They are a BUNCH of liars. You have to qualify for all the rebates in order to get this price...... The salesman and I had the price close. Then while they were pulling credit reports salesman started asking me the questions 1) I don’t have a leased vehicle in my name lost a $1,500 rebate 2) I’m not military. $1,000 rebate lost. (Chris salesmen I think) so they lost this deal a month ago.. I’m HAPPY as HELL seeing they still have it.

Very nice but when I got there the vehicle I was there to look at was sold. Which is fine seeing as how car dealerships are first come first serve unless there is a deposit, just sucked since I drove almost an hour and a half to test drive it. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer, but Justin was still great at keeping in touch and continuing to keep an eye out for the vehicle I was looking for.

The salesman Chris was great. However 1st pics showed a big sound system speaker got there wasn't there, next a part was on top of engine, oil leaking, radiator hose was leaking, grass, weeds, dirt on top of intake. Was disappointed drove 2 hours to be a bit mislead and SUV not fully up to par. However our sales man was great. Will not go back to that dealership

This should actually be negative stars. These are the most
dishonest sales and service people my husband an I have ever
dealt with.The car broke down while we were test driving and they
told us three times they got it fixed. The first two we gave them
the benefit of the doubt and went back only to have it not even
make it out of the parking lot. Ashley had the nerve to call my
husband the next day and say they finally fixed it by putting high
octane gas in it. That type of car requires premium fuel anyway
which a car dealership should know. When we didn't fall for that
one, Rich called us a week later to say that they had actually
found the problem and fixed it. Needless to say we passed on the
car but are still getting harassed by emails and ridiculous phone
calls. They also can't even read is the door panel to figure out the
correct tires to put on the car, which matters in a high
performance car. Jesse, Frank and the Youngers would have just
shot them all!

Asked to contact us about a car and when they finally responded, we where told that they had added some service to the car and the price would be now higher. Not the way to keep a customer!
