Hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found the car online, messaged them about being interested, and Tim contacted me right away. He met me at the door with the keys to the car for a test drive. By the time I returned, he had valued my trade and put some numbers together. The credit app was incredibly easy and before I knew it, I had a monthly payment I could use to make a decision. We handled almost everything over text messages and, again, Tim was incredibly transparent and responsive. When my husband and I arrived to finalize the purchase, he and Liz had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes (I’m not exaggerating). Skip the big dealerships. This place is the real deal. Thanks, guys!

The dealer was very open and honest about the car's history and what the dealer's mechanic had found on inspecting it. And our mechanic confirmed that it was a very clean car. I've been
driving the car for a week now, and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Don got back to me quickly when I said I wanted to come look at a Tahoe, he said they just sent it out to get some rust taken care of on the bumper and that I was the first to inquire on it and he'd let me know as soon as its back, 2 days later he sold it to one of his repeat customers, I was very upset, he gave me a bunch of excuses. Not good business practice. But that's a shady car salesman for ya!

I did call Lovette first on the Tahoe, but they were not prepared to test drive it until later in the day. Due to the amount of inquiries, I moved on to the next customer, who happened to be a previous customer. With the low inventory and high demand, customers should be prepared to buy.

slow to respond but did get photo's and info requested. Would be nice to find
dealer that showed what you are looking at with all info so you don't waste
time on something you are not interested. For example. Rust! if it has it, list it.

I contacted Don via email and his response was prompt and courteous. He was able to answer all of my questions and after dealing with SEVERAL other dealerships his honesty was refreshing. Even though this wasn't the right vehicle for me I will definitely be purchasing from Heartland from now on.
They did contact me by e-mail. When we arrived to look at the vehicle no one
ever came out to greet us or see if we needed help. The vehicle was not in
the best condition and was missing the right side mirror which I think should
have been repaired before putting up for sale.

We are sorry that Dave feels that way. We do offer a free Autocheck at our business at no charge to the customer. We do refund the expense of a Carfax if the customer buys or the vehicle proves to be a total loss. We hope Dave gives us another chance down the road.
