Zero stars all around. Multiple calls and texts asking if the vehicle had damage, was in good condition, all the usual questions and was ignored or lied to. Vehicle had damage and smoked in, neither of which was mentioned when asked. Tires didn’t match vehicle. Dealt with 4 different salespeople I guess lol

The dealer tried to 2015 BMW X5 with critical mechanical problems (not disclosed on their description on CarGurus) and that should be deemed unsafe to drive until proper maintenance is conducted. During the test drive (conducted under supervision of the sales associate), the vehicle showed multiple maintenance alerts (e.g., overdue brake services, low fluids, etc.) and suffered a severe transmission failure while making a U- turn on 4 lane road - the car basically stopped on its track and was unable to move. The sales representative shrugged the problem off and claimed to "not know" about the situation. While it is understandable that used vehicles can have issues, three weeks after my visit, the car was never removed from listing and continues to be advertised by the dealer. For those looking into buying a vehicle from Hayward Mitsubishi - STAY AWAY as the dealer is trying to get rid of vehicles in poor mechanical condition without properly disclosing the details to customers.

I checked the day of my appointment 6 hours before my appointmenttime. When I get to the dealership the salesperson helping me did not know where the car was and took 15 minutes to find it. This is a 2015 black Escalade ESV on a Mitsubishi lot. The car was so dirty it looked like it needed to be repainted. The 3rd row was missing the head rest, missing the headsets for the dvd, missing remote, passenger door speaker was broken and looked kicked in. The salesperson does not know anything about the vehicle. When asked about the issues the manager said that they could not do anything about the speaker. If they could find the missing items they would send it to me in the mail. Talked to the service manager and he told me that the vehicle just finished going through reconditioning. If this is what they think good service looks like I do not know how they are still in business. They looked more interested in the watch I was wearing than selling me a vehicle.

I really appreciated learning that I could purchase this car. It is a great car, which i purchased 11/28/21. I most appreciate CarGurus which connected me to this car. Renewable biofuel is our future along with EV cars, so this car means a lot to me, as I learn how biofuel will be part of our future. THANK YOU CarGurus for getting me to this car. It is a real wonder, and I look forward to Diesel Hybrids being sold here in the US!

The gentleman was nice but they post a car for sale without pictures for weeks and say tocall them to find out more details. When i called they say they don't know when it will be ready and it's a hassle for them to keep calling me and visa versa.

These people were great. They did not try to change the price. I was pre approve so the financing process was pretty easy. I was sold an extended warranty for for 4 years for the price of 3. Kudos to destiny and I don't remember the name of the finance lady but she was great as well. They made my 4 hour plus drive worth it. I love my car.

the manager set up a test dr with him when he got a customer that selected a more expensive vehicle just left us standing there and pawned off a kid who was actually a good kid straight told us i did not what he was doing and we test drove nice kid but manager was horrible.

Plain and simple. I inquire for a 2019 Super Duty truck . Tommy a sales rep. contacted me in less than 24hr. The truck was been deliverd to their place. As soon as it arrived. Tommy sent me text. And the next day a went a made the deal. I went in there about 5pm. Talked to Tommy and I belive tbe sales manager both were great and was out by 6. The whole processes was smooth and up front no hidden gimmicks. Highly recomend them. Tommy is the man to talk to.

We saw a car advertised on Carguru and drove 72 miles to the dealer to look at it. We were told it wasn't on the lot yet, but would be there in a few days. The following week we communicated with the salesman again; he told us that the car was on the lot. My husband drove the 2 hour drive again, only to find the vehicle was NOT on the lot, and no one seemed to know where it was. It was finally determined that it was in a body shop down the street. They took my husband there to see the car, which was getting some extensive body work done. We felt deceived. Not a great experience.

Older gentlemen who claimed to be the floor manager was terrible. Asked him if he could drop the price since the drivers side quarter panel had a dent on the trim. He said no since it’s plastic it’s not a huge issue. Lol. Not to mention the paint chips on the rear bumper and trunk. He’s rediculous. Said he would raise the price if he was gnna Fix it. I told him to drop the price since he was not going to fix it and he was upset lol. No wonder the car has been on the lot for the amount of time it’s been there. Poor car is gnna rot there aslong as he’s in charge.

Sales rep was horrible!! Besides the fact he used a cell phone which continually dropped calls, he did not return my message until almost 2 hours later(almost 9pm). When I checked inventory the next morning in order to contact another rep the car that I was told was still there, was now gone. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! I would give it zero stars if it was an option.

George and the entire staff at Hayward Mitsubishi did an excellent job. They heard me when I told them what I was looking for and did not try to steer me into a different vehicle. The car was exactly as advertised, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. These people should hold seminars on customer service!

I have never dealt with more professional, honest and hard working car guys like the folks at Hayward Mitsubishi my entire life. There is so much in positive energy and excitement, I just want to visit them every day to get pumped up. The General Sales Manager George Najjar is surely one-of-a- kind.

Discuss the truck over the phone due to over a 2 hour drive away, they were very helpful. I spoke with Daniel and the owner of the company, both were very friendly. I was able to send pics of my trade in and they were able to give me a ball park value of my trade. Went down the next day and was only there for about 2.5 hours with all paper work complete. I will be returning to this dealer when my daughter needs a car

Horrible customer service financing manager didn't even give me the time of day over the phone when I inquired about this particular vehicle . Basically said I was wasting his time for showing future interest . Straight up told me he wouldn't bother pulling the car out if I wasn't ready to buy that day, wouldn't even allow me to test drive. Don't think they even know the cars they have available including the price and features. I was tempted to drive there but decided not to after my telephone interaction.

I called to let them know i wanted to test drive the car, when i got there the car was already on in the parking lot and before I was about to drive off to test it, the dealers begged me not to turn the car off and when I looked at the dash board the check engine light was on.

Multiple problems. 1) They don't manage their customer service emails well. 2) They wanted me to drive off in a car where the dummy light had just gone off and then lied to me saying it would "be fine." 3) They don't have a service guy to who works Sunday to help clean or do last minute fixes for the car.

Dealer auto responded to my initial e-mail inquiry, with no details of the vehicle and stated that they would be following up on my inquiry. Dealer followed up with a phone call Monday the 9th, I asked for pictures of the vehicle and was promised to get the pictures within a couple of hours, it is now Thursday the 12th and still no pictures. I have now moved on to other like vehicles as Hayward Mitsubishi is obviously not interested in selling this vehicle.

No date discuses to start making payments Only received one key for car. Calls to manager not returned. We had to keep calling till we reached Kenny.

Well, I actually called them (twice). The first time was approx. 9:15, he said he would call back in 10 minutes, because they opened at 9:00 and all the workers went there yet. I back at about 10:30, because no one called me. I drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership. I was highly disappointed The car was not properly cleaned and it just seemed dirty. The Carfax only had 2 entries. one when the car was manufactured,and one in the last few months showing it was sent to auction. That was it. There was no indication that it had ever even had an oil change. I felt uneasy about that. I could tell it hadn't been cared for, which was a shame, because I would have bought it. They were obviously busy, and I saw very little of the salesperson. He handed over the keys, didn't ask for a driver's license or anything. The whole experience was disappointing. I was not impressed. I would not recommend this dealership. I bought a Lexus elsewhere.

Awesome experience. The entire team there were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Great selection of used cars. Ill be going back to them to by anotner car. Jackie was awesome too

Was contacted by dealership and responded to them but never heard back. I called them to set up time to come in but the car was sold. Received a strange phone call a few days later from someone named Junior who was asking me to come in but I told him the car was sold. He then shifted to some pitch about helping me locate another car similar to the one I was interested in, keep in mind it was a used Porsche at a Mitsubishi dealership. He then got confused and hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times to find out what was going on and eventually I got through and requested to speak with the owner. The owner apologized for the experience and said that I'd be removed from their call list.
