This place needs better communication with the whole process. It needs to be more smooth and the staff there needs to have better customer service in my opinion. The Sales Manager did not keep his word on a credit (based on me having to go back multiple times for their error) he was supposed to give me. I would not refer anyone here.

The amenities on the car was not accurate. I was ready to make the purchase and found there was not a sun roof although it was advertised, so that makes me wonder what else was not on the car.

Communication was good the first day via text. Then dropped off completely the 2nd day, apparently the sales person I had talked to was off that day, but an appointment was made to do a call with an out of state specialist. Never got the call. No text, no explanation. This was going to be a cash sale where help with shipping had been discussed. I bought a local car after not getting the phone call. It was very disappointing.

Car was not on lot when I got there and a bumper was being painted and seat belt replaced. Car was not in good condition, shifting was off and looked like some type of rodent had been left in car. There was animal feed under a mat in rear seat and chew marks on rubber back seat protectors as well as material/fabric around moonroof.

Overall, the dealer has been very good. A few glitches that have been worked thru. At this time, the issue is with delivery. You as stated $415.00 for delivery of the vehicle. The transportation company said $500.00, and stated it is up to the dealer and CarGurus to assist with the difference. I called my contact at the dealership this morning (he stated yesterday that he would be working today), and was put into voice mail. It is now 6 hours later, and I have not received a call back. I’m hopeful he ERP still get back to me with an amicable resolution!

Brandon was wonderful ... explained the vehicle in question, sent me videos, talked to me about what to expect in the process. Sunny in finance was fantastic as well, explaining the finance options I had and the unique options the dealer offered. The gentleman who finished the trans actual process, DeWayne was phenomenal! All in all, I recommend them to anyone wanting to buy an EV or specialty vehicle!

On January 23, 2025, I communicated with Hanna about a 2021 Ford Expedition, confirming a test drive appointment and receiving a text that the vehicle would be reserved. After a three-hour drive from Virginia(dealership was made aware I was coming from 3 hours away) to the Raleigh dealership, I was informed upon arrival that the car had just been sold, despite prior assurances. The sales rep suggested a 2022 Expedition instead, priced $10,000 higher, and offered a $1,500 discount. Upset by the treatment and feeling misled, I left without a resolution. The rep promised to follow up on Monday with updates, even offering to deliver the car to me, but when that day came, there was no communication. I was hurt and frustrated over the lack of customer service and felt dismissed after being promised that the situation would be rectified. Be warned, this place pumps out car a high volume of car sales but unfortunately does not value customers nor their time. I suggest you go elsewhere.

I created the deal with them online-willing to pay asking price. I received a confirmation email that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. I didn’t hear from them so I called. They said they didn’t have this in their system. On top of that they just sold the car. Terrible terrible!!

Never returned a call concerning a vehicle I purchased. Dealership told me they will get the service department to contact me concerning a light that was on when we bought the car. It was discussed and understood they will fix the problem. Call the 5 time with text messages. They gave the same response. Service department said they never received a word about the car. I don't recommend this dealership.

Went to check out a car I saw advertised. Price looked too good to be true and I found out why. My car is totaled so it’s not like I’m just browsing. Salesman came out, I told him I’d like to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee he immediately started asking money questions. Before even showing me where the car was. Are you paying all cash? How much money down? What monthly payment? After all the money questions he pointed me out to the car and said he’d follow with the keys. I waited 15ish minutes outside for him to come unlock it before I came back inside (should have left) to wait another 15ish minutes for anyone to ask if I needed help. Turns out he went to get lunch. Told me he was following with the keys and went on a lunch break. Total waste of time! I found and bought a car at a dealership the next day where they actually value customers.

They sold the car before I arrived and i had an appointment with them. They never called to tell me and I live a hour a 40 mins away, When I arrived I found out they sold it and they tried to sell me other cars after a long hassle and being there 4 hours I finally just l walked out. Worse place ever. I ended up buying a 2020 black ford explorer with way lesser mileage from a different dealership. I will never shop from here ever again !

I may come back and change this. But we are in the process now for a purchase. We live full time in an RV. We gave my business as my address. Which I do all the time. Of course we needed proof. I need to go home to get this information. We were advised to just change our address on our paperwork to one that was already confirmed. (an old address). Then after the loan we could just call and changes it. Well, it didn’t go that smooth. Now the financial company is looking into this because it looks scratchy. Still waiting for the final outcome. I do have to say everyone is super nice! They go out of their way when you are there. I would recommend them. I my opinion they give great deals in spite of the car plan you have to purchase. The deal they make you makes it very worth it. Our situation is unique as I’m moving between three city’s for my business.

Dealer made the deal near impossible and ultimately ended up not responding or letting me know the car was no longer available. This dealership also wouldn’t accept deposit on a car and explained a car wouldn’t be held at all the car wasn’t mine till paperwork was done. Shady stay away. Update: As this dealer noted this is “policy” not sure this is fair to anyone but them and I still stand by my agreement that it’s a shady practice. In the current climate of internet purchases and them claiming to value their internet based purchases this practice would force a possibility of people to have a hard credit pull on a car they believe they are buying only to find out at the last second someone else has purchased it. Most every other dealer out there accepts deposits for this and many other reasons. I seriously hope this dealerships owners rethink this poorly thought out policy.

Was not pleased that they tried to insist I take a $985 Hannah advantage warranty on a used vehicle. And they wanted another $1,000 if you did not finance with them. These two issues cancelled out the price reduction they were advertising. I would have purchased the vehicle if not for the Hannah advantage warranty.

I reached out to Rebecca to confirm the vehicle was available and on the lot. She confirmed it was. When I arrived the vehicle was not there. “It was being serviced at the BMW dealership”, I was told. I left and came back in two hours. The vehicle was there and I took it for a test drive. When I asked about the out the door price I was left waiting for 20 minutes while the salesman went off to help other customers. I left not to return. Bottom line: unprofessional personnel.

I did not visit the facility. I was back and forth with the facility for a few days as they claim to be very busy so feedback is a bit slow. I was finally given a FaceTime tour of the vehicle, Jaguar IPace. The agent himself was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was for export as I do not reside close by. After the Face Time tour, which was around 5:00pm, I agreed with the agent that I would FedEx the check following morning. The following morning I received a communication from him that the vehicle was sold earlier the same morning. Shipping was already arranged by me. Sold car right from under me while busy closing the sale. Not reliable.

Pros: -large inventory of used cars -great with initial communication -Percy was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. If he had still been there when we came back to purchase, the rating might be higher Cons: -the initial salesperson we worked with was not there when we came back, so another man was assigned to help us. He did not seem to know what he was doing and was running around doing other things, leaving us sitting there off and on -they automatically add on a LoJack system with each car for an additional charge of $995 that is not reflected in the price -they will add on a warranty to your price that is not initially disclosed so if you are financing, the monthly payments won’t add up. -they were reluctant to budge on the warranty -once we signed all the paperwork, we were handed the keys, then had to track down someone to help us find the car, and then again to switch the plates

We had a wonderful experience with Hanna Imports! We live in another state and needed to travel 2.5 hours to visit the dealership. Jake was our first point of contact. He made all of the arrangements for us to test drive the vehicle the next day. He was polite and informative, letting us know what to expect. While driving the next morning we received a txt confirming our appointment. David called next to let us know he would be the sales agent that would be meeting us and let us know he would have the Ascent ready for our test drive. I can’t say enough good things about David. He was personable, helpful, honest and a true pleasure to work with. We were able to take care of our out of state tags and plate transfer right at the dealership, which saved us hours at the DMV. We have been purchasing vehicles for decades and I believe this was one of our best experiences. Thank you Hanna Imports for great Subaru!

Fast on the initial response, but that’s it!! Won’t call back, not attentive or aggressive with making a sale. The biggest issue is, they will add unwanted add ons, ie: LoJack that will add a extra $1000 to asking price! This was a dealbreaker on a almost done deal. Read all the fine print. Buyer beware.

My sales guy Tony was great the only reason why I selected to only give 5star is because of hidden charges that they didn’t make me aware of (the tracking device charge of over 1,000) thanks to SECU Megan made me aware of the charge and they removed the tracking device and removed the charge from the bill of sale but just what if my bank wouldn’t have told me Hanna Imports wouldn’t have told me

Easy experience I sent them an email and I was contacted the next morning. They had the vehicle ready to test drive upon my arrival. Everything was good as described on the vehicle, the only thing was an issue with the tail light so I couldn’t take it home that day I had to wait until it was properly fixed. I was happy overall with my purchase the only thing was that I had some food left in the vehicle which wasn’t a good look.

My sales person, Nick Christman, was FANTASTIC! He was very professional, not at all pushy, very patient (finding the exact car took a little time), extremely responsive, and knew what was important to me in my vehicle purchase. If I asked questions about a car and he didn’t know the answer, he would find someone that did and get back to me quickly. He stayed late one afternoon to adjust to my availability to drive a car they had just gotten in and arranged for me to bring the car home and ensure it would fit my family comfortably. Nick also helped me reserve the car another day to take it to BMW for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection was solid and the Service Team at BMW said they don’t see cars come in from Hanna with issues - they are known for striving to put good quality vehicles on their lots. There was one thing found (minor - a control button that needed to be replaced). Hanna will have it fixed at no cost to me. I would purchase from Hanna again!

Maybe they were having a bad day, but there was no service. I mean, NONE. A nice enough young woman finally came over and it immediately apparent that she didn't know a thing about the car. Off she wandered. Finally somebody came over a stuck a temp plate on it. The car had a lot of questionable issues, but nobody bothered to hear them.

Interesting. The first question I was asked by the salesman, was what kind of payment I was looking for?? My response was, that I would not be financing. He looked completely confused. When I looked at the car, there was damage on every door. Would you pay 26k cash for a vehicle with dings on every door? Not impressed at all.

Staff was great. However the vehicle I looked at had not been detailed and the motor was ticking. Not to mention the is clearly marked with a 12 month warranty on line but when you inquire they tell you it's just a marketing tactic and the vehicle is sold "as is" . SMH! They told me they would get me this car then told me two days before I was supposed to fly out that, "someone in Texas purchased this vehicle." How do you tell me for a week that the car is mine then sell it out from under me without any discussion with me about it, knowing I was flying out 2 days later. That was disappointing as I was really interested in that car and was told it was mine.

I came here first out of several dealerships because they have the specific truck that I wanted and because of the good reviews that I’ve read about them. I had great expectations coming in but, sad to say, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED by the experience. I intended to trade-in my mini-SUV but they recommended that I sell it outright because trading it in would make my car payments really high. They even suggested that they would buy it within the KBB price range. I bought the truck but when I came back to sell my mini-SUV, they were asking me to pay in full the difference of what I owe the mini-SUV; something that they didn’t inform be beforehand. Otherwise, I would not have bought the truck. They didn’t even call my insurance to add the vehicle in my policy. I tried to communicate with the sales rep that I talked to but he never replied back. I would never buy here again.

I enjoyed working with Iggy, the salesman that I worked with. I drove the car I was interested in buying twice, on a Friday and the following Monday. On Friday I got the carfax and everything looked good - “no accidents or damage reported” at the top. However, on Monday, I was presented with the carfax again except this time the phrase “structural damage announced” was handwritten in in pen at the top. They couldn’t give me any details on what had happened specifically or where the damage was, other than letting me know they’d fixed it. I checked out the car on a lift and couldn’t find any obvious damage, but it seemed like a bait and switch tactic and I was uncomfortable buying the car without details of what had happened. Ended up finding a different car elsewhere that I’m super happy with.

We test drove a 2017 Mercedes GLS 450. I found the dealership to be very clean, well organized and welcoming. Most importantly it was non- intimidating. Emmett A. assisted us with the test drive. As a car enthusiast myself I found Emmett to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle, offering a surprising amount of details about its features. Understanding my experience so far was limited to the test drive, I left with a very positive feeling about the dealership.

What an amazing car purchase experience! From the “check in” process to “delivery “ the people at Hanna Imports of Raleigh made this so easy! Nour (my salesman) was professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy and comfortable to deal with! The absolute best “test drive” experience. Nour told me to “drive it like I stole it”! Ken (finance manager) was also very professional and personable and made the paperwork go quickly and smoothly. Nour delivered my car to me halfway between Raleigh and Pinehurst on his day off from work. Now that’s customer service. Highly recommend Hanna Imports, you won’t be sorry!

“ I was really interested in a 2019 Volvo XC60 T5 Momentum that HANNA IMPORTS had for sale for $31998....around 30,000 miles. I made my feelings known to both Desiree and David.  I had the most difficult time contacting anyone at HANNA IMPORTS than I've ever had in my life...and when I did contact someone I felt disrespected because it was many hours....even whole days...before I heard back. I have called Desiree's phone at least 6 times and nobody ever answers.  I drove 90 miles...1.5 hrs...to see the car. I got there only to be told the A/C wasn't working. I couldn't even test drive it! Hanna Imports lost a definite sale! I purchased a 2019 XC60 T5 Momentum elsewhere. I feel that if I'm having these problems now, why should I purchase from HANNA IMPORTS if I can't contact anyone and don't trust people there? I paid a little more but the vehicle had no dings/scratches, has only 6500 miles, and the A/C & EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS! I see that they reduced price to $31,348. ”

I was interested in test-driving a car on the lot. As it turned out, someone was taking it out for a spin when I called and ended up buying it immediately. They contacted me as soon as they knew. They were very professional and courteous. They have some of the best prices I have seen for the cars they have and I will definitely try them again if another Nissan Murano at an amazing price pops up on their website or Car Gurus

Pleasant experience at the dealership and on the Initial test drive. I was taking the vehicle home for an overnight test drive and the check engine light came on as soon as I left the dealership. Turned around to leave the vehicle at the dealership. Was told I would be notified of what the problem was once the mechanic checked the vehicle. They never called me. Guess they didn’t want the sale.

Made appointment to look at car, drove 90 miles to look at it. Called while on the way to ask about condition of car, they said it was in great shape. I also read the description and addition description, it said nothing about damage. However when I get there I get some one to get the salesman I made appointment with, while waiting I see the car and it has damage on it from bumper to bumper every rim is curbed. It was so bad that one of the mechanics walked by while I was looking at it and laughed and said “someone did a good job on that one”. Another salesman comes up and I ask why they didn’t say anything about the car being tore up on the phone or website he said well the cars are priced accordingly(which it wasn’t a great deal). My salesman never came out the other guy didn’t care or try help with other car. It was a huge waste of time, Shop there if you’d like but maybe Call and ask for a sales manager to confirm condition of car, if you have to make a long drive to look at one.

JB was very helpful. Car was cleaned and sanitized before we left the lot. Temporary registration was already in glove compartment for us. The tank was filled to 3/4. Would have liked for them to be a little quicker with the paperwork. Waited 45min after we agreed to buy the vehicle before we even started signing anything. Would've given 5 stars if this had not taken so long.

Communication was confusing. The first person sent me an email and thanked me for being interested and referred me to the second person. The second person referred me to a third person. The third person told me I had to have a credit check. When I emailed why did I need a credit check to drive the vehicle, no one replied. Finally, I reached back out and got someone to help me. He did bring the car to my house for a test drive. He shared how busy they were and I felt like I was a bother at the time he took to come to my home for the test drive. I was really turned off by this. He also challenged me about my trade-in value for my car and was a little rude about it saying my car was not worth what I stated. When I finally shared I come from a background in cars and car salespeople, he told me I was not going to get that price. So I said we were done and he drove off in a hurry. I felt like they did not want me to shop, but I just buy and was annoyed with the process instead.

They have beautiful cars but very poor customer service. No smiles, thanks yous, no warmth felt. I would definitely never do business there again. I wasn't made to feel as if my business was even wanted. They need a course in customer service.

Horrible! Drove an hour to get talked to like crap. Talked to the GM & he asked me to give him a chance to resolve next day & when I called I was directed to his voicemail which I left a detailed message as to who I was & how to reach me & he never did. Thanks Luke for nothing, moving on!

Well, when I got there. It took an 20mins before the rep told me I came for nothing because someone was buying my car as we spoke! I was furious of course. The rep explained that, even though one of the banks they have a contract with had already approved me, the dealership wants to run my credit through the dealership's finance to see if I could just use them instead of the bank I had already been approved through. What a scam! I felt humiliated. On top of selling the car I drove all the way to Raleigh to get financed, the rep then tried to, upsell a car that had way less updated features, it was older and cost more than what I was looking for. So again, how dare he. Then, i had an hour nap while the rep left me and my friends sitting at the desk, claimed he ran my credit check that whole time and I just didn't make the financial cut. I even showed the rep the email that one of their financial lenders sent me. I will not be going back there, unless things change.

Salesman made a big deal in the beginning how great their 12 month vehicle warranty was for this vehicle. The vehicle had a 12 month warranty piece of paper in the vehicle itself on the dashboard. At the end of the transaction during signing with the finance manager, the finance manager told me this vehicle was "sold as is" and no warranty. Dealership will lie to your face up until signing. There was also blood in the interior of the vehicle that the salesmen promised to get cleaned which never happened. Don't trust anything promised until it's on paper and signed. Vehicle had damage on the rear bumper that was not disclosed in the add. Staff were not wearing face masks including the finance manager I spoke with. Several of the staff laughed at me because I was using a face mask. I was using the face mask to protect myself and the people around me due to Covid- 19.Not sure why safety was a sense of amusement for them.I would not recommend this dealership to my friends & family.

Most our vehicles come with a 12 month or 12000 miles limited power train warranty but there is a list of exclusionary vehicles that do not.

Sales people were pretty rude. Insist that they do not negotiate prices (but not kindly, in a less than pleasant way) but then reach out when they are about to drop their pricing. The whole "we don't negotiate" tells me "we don't want to sell cars". More power to you if that is working for you, but i did purchase a car and not thru you. Not negotiating cost you a sale.... Maybe negotiating would have sold you a vehicle instead of you sitting on your inventory long enough that you have to drop pricing when you are clearly over priced to start with?

Absolutely awful experience. Our salesman had little to no idea what he was talking about. Most of their cars have a bad carfax report. They offered us a 8% apr and my wife and I have perfect credit scores. It seems their entire sales approach is based off of their clients not doing their research so they can sell cars for far more than their worth. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Salesman was fine answered all our questions. The only concern was on the listing it said no accidents listed we drove 1 1/2 hrs to look at the vehicle and found out it had been in two accidents one with structural damage. Don’t think I will be doing business with Hanna Imports.

Contacted dealer about this vehicle. Spoke to the internet sales manager who stated he would have somebody contact me. They never did contact me. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I bought this car for my wife on the 3rd of sept. We love the car. We got home and found a molding on the driver side seat belt missing. Called and talked to Alex first, and he was helping, but I was unable to get up with him again. I called back and talked with Craig James and he has been wonderful. He said that he would take care of it and keep me informed. Got a call back from him and said he was ordering it and will send me a tracking number for the part. We also asked to get spare key( the car had only one key) when we bought the car and salesman said that he would get in touch with us in a few day, still have not heard anything yet. We are also waiting for our warranty paperwork and have not received the financial paperwork so I can start making payments.

The problem is the ad said no accidents but the sales person said it has been rear ended but minor, the ad said it included a tow package but the report he sent me does not list a tow package. Kind of wonder what else is not as the advertised features, I will not be driving 2 or more hours for a disappointing experience. WARNING read the reviews.

Contacted Hanna imports via email. They did indeed contact me very quickly and multiple times. I requested information about the vehicle ie:keys, and also inquired about cost associated. They continued to ask for my phone number or for me to call. They also asked me if I had questions. Which I continued to respond to their emails with my questions. I talk on the phone all day, so I prefer email for personal matters. Long story short, they never answered my questions. And I made a deal with a different dealership all through email. They may be a good dealer. But from my experience, they didn't take me seriously, and they didn't want to simply answer my questions over email. But hey, I just spent over $40k with another dealer. So I guess it's their loss.

The car they represented was not the same as the car I saw when I drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase it. The interior was not the right color and the features that were listed were not on the car. When I asked why the salesman told me they have no control over what is written on CarGurus. It was not a good experience.

Our sales guy Nour was super nice and made the deal easy. He took the time to show our 17 year old daughter all the capabilities and features of the Kia Soul she wanted. He also replaced a broken gear shift knob with no argument. I would buy from them again.

This place gets four stars because of the fair prices, quick response and accurate listing. They lose a star because of the unethical slide in prices for their low jack, dealer fees and warranty. Had they been upfront, I would have purchased the warranty. I made the purchase this week so I'm not able to comment on the durability of the car, or the follow up and follow through of the dealership yet.

While friendly, I left my car with them to be appraised while I took the car I was interested out for a test drive. When I called back a few days later to ask what the appraisal was, they said they hadn't really looked at it. ?!? That's one of the reasons I drove down there. Other than that, the were very generous letting me test drive for as long as I needed.

When I arrived at the dealership I had made an appointment and they didn’t even have it on record and they seemed very disorganized. They had to look up the vehicle in their inventory and weren’t even sure they had the vehicle in stock. When they finally pulled the car around the sales rep literally asked, “what does BlueTEC mean. I’ve never heard of it”. As someone who does this for a living I found that a bit surprising. The vehicle was also pretty dirty (inside and out). He had me fill out a form 3-4 different times until the system finally took it. Long story short, I was very dissatisfied and did not end up purchasing this vehicle from this dealership.

We were quite thorough shopping for a family car. We visited 8 different dealerships and seen a lot of cars. We were particular in what we wanted. After shopping around we returned to Hanna Imports because they had the best deal that fit what our family was looking for. Having visited twice we had the opportunity to deal with more than one sales person. We found both to be very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasantly friendly. We would recommend this dealership to others. If you go; ask for Jordan Daniels, or Ryan Collins both were highly professional. They seemed to genuinely care about our family needs. Did not come off as pushy salesmen like some of the dealerships we visited. If I had to one improvement it would be the lobby music was a bit loud. other than that it was a great experience.

I just had a talk with someone there. It was horrible. He hung up in the middle of talk. I think they are too busy to talk small customer like me and asking to verify the warranty on Cargurus AA. That is the important to point that i want to say. See the picture of the Rav4, they add 12month and 12,000 warranty label but the someone there said that Rav4 is not qualified. There is no warranty for the Rav4. It is not good.

When I called to get information on the car they told me the only information they would share was listed on carfax. I would highly NOT recommend them if you want any detailed questions answered. They are the only dealer I talked to that was so unhelpful.

The dealership was quick to respond and set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive the car. The car was great, in immaculate condition and was an overall awesome for an older vehicle. However, I had a very bad experience with the salesmen and all I'll say is to read every line before you sign. They added a $399 protection fee. I had it removed. Then I was charged for sales tax and highway use tax. They removed the sales tax but it could've been lower than the highway use tax. They tried to get me to finance through them. I was told that my bank- State Employees Credit Union is for people with bad credit until I guess my face made an expression and then the salesman said or new credit. I was also told that if I financed with them that I could get a warranty. The salesman said that it might have problems in 3 years so the warranty would cover it. Now I'm thinking that not only are they trying to take my money but the car is no good. The car is still there because I left...

Rian was the person I was in contact with. This is what he said to me when i asked about a rough appraisal on my vehicle without me driving there: "thank you so much for getting back with me and your transparency. Let me consult with my manager and get right back with you. Also, how much do you owe on your current vehicle and what make/model/mileage is it? If we can do a sight-unseen estimate, we will need interior and exterior photos as well as a picture of the current odometer reading" So i sent all the info on my car and sent pics. They sold the car but asked if i had other options. Then a wendy, wrote me this: You would have to come into the dealership and speak with our sales managers about the numbers once you come in for a test drive. When would you like to come by for a test drive?" I let her know i was told diff. Rian replies: per upper Management, we can not discuss that information via or or phone, due to privacy laws. Thats crazy bc every other one does!

Everyone at this dealership made my car buying experience a very pleasant one. They did not pressure me. The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. This dealer had a large inventory of very nice vehicles that appeared to have been carefully selected. Within 10 minutes of my arrival, Not only did I meet the General Manager, but also the owner of the dealer. I had not even decided to purchase a vehicle yet. Without my request, The vehicle was cleaned and gas tank filled upon delivery. From a rating of 1 to 5 stars, I would give this dealer a 6!

I got a great deal on the car, wife loves it. They have a lot to choose from. To anyone debating on where to buy a vehicle if you find yourself at Hanna imports I would definitely recommend you ask to do business with Josh Thomas. He was great, extremely helpful, very friendly, informative and not pushy like many salesman that I’ve dealt with. I’ll definitely check with him on any purchase in the future.

Underhanded business experience! Found car online, should have been a simple purchase. I spoke with a sales person stating I would fly in in 2 days to pay cash. Calls & texts went back & forth. Ending with them stating I will call you back in 2 minutes. They knew I was waiting for the call to purchase my plane ticket. I did not hear anything for 19 hours! And then I'm told someone else is interested in the car so I better hurry up. How rude! I decided not to deal with such ignorance. THEN!!! While doing my weekly search I see the car is still for sale AND has been marked up for $1700.00 more. What a shady business.

This Dealer sold me a car that has many problems. The price was to good to be true. I've been dealing with so many issues with this car. They don't help either. I would avoid this dealer. They sell broken cars and don't check them out before they sell.

You can find a better price on the vehicles these guys are rich spoiled salesmen with just a 12month guarantee on their used cars and the kicker is when I showed the guy a cheaper price on the same model vehicle with less mileage he went up on the price and told me I was better going there smh good luck.

They gave me a price I could work with and I bought a new 2017 Miata sport. They showed me how to work the basics of the car and paired my bluetooth to my phone for me. They were very friendly and accommodating. I have been contacted several time through email to see if I had any questions and they were answered. I have not complaints

The dealership contacted me immediately to dchedule an appointment to see and test drive the car. The atmosphere was very warm and the sales representatives were engaging. The salesman was very attentive to my concerns; he was very knowledgeable about the systems on the car and showed me how to work them! I was impressed; however, the finance manager would not negotiate with my offer. He only reduced the price by a few hundred dollars that turned out to be the GAP added in the total price without any discussion with me. I was prepared to purchase the vehicle on the spot but all they offered was for me to finance the vehicle through some of their contacts at a lower interest rate. I requested a full-size tire for a spare, but they would not agree to it. I had visited so many dealerships and thought this one was the one who had two keys but it was not. Also, the right side of the trunk and rear quarter panel was not aligned. It had been fixed when I did the final inspection. I bought the car after deliberating a little over a week. They made the process easy.

I was promised gas that I had to remind the car salesman Nick about before I left with almost an empty tank. I never received the detail that was promised in which I thought was being performed while signing the paperwork. Also, the owner's manual and the correct floor mats weren't in the vehicle. Billy made me feel welcomed after waiting such a long time to get the process started. I understand that Nick was new but no excuse to wait over an hour when I was pre-approved just waiting around. Very disappointed in the manner Nick replied when I asked about the owner's manual and floor mats after I spoke to Billy saying he would get the mats and look into finding the manual. Nick said to me in a text "I mean we discounted the car over $1,000 dollars to help account for that stuff" I have never had one come like this in my experience of purchasing 3 used vehicles off the lot. I was never once told it was discounted for that reason, I asked for it to be $15,000 total out the door if I came in that day to purchase and they agreed since it was listed at 14,468. Also when I inquired about the vehicle over the phone I was told it would be discounted at $600, not $1000.I'm just very very disappointed in how I don't have the right car mats and the user manual for my vehicle. Don't really care about the experience or the detail anymore, just the items I need from this point on.

Car is incorrectly listed. It has been in one accident and they give you the carfax to show it. They try and talk the accident down as if there was barely any damage even though it had to be towed from the scene. I wasn't going to leave a review but it'd been almost a week and they haven't change the vehicle description yet. Car also was dirty. Looked like when it was in the accident someone was sitting in the middle seats and threw their drink on the headliner.

The salesman was nice enough, but they do not negotiate at all on price. Worse yet, I found through the process that they were trying to sell me a vehicle that had structural damage according to Carfax, and had been re- titled form out of state.

Dealer failed to answer specific questions regarding vehicle of interest. Advert stated vehicle had leather seats. That turned out to be false. Dealer sent auto response and regular emails but, we lost interest in the vehicle due lack of leather interior and too high price.

The least professional dealership I've probably ever dealt with. Test drove 3 vehicles at their Raleigh location this past Saturday. All 3 cars were filthy inside and out. I got over their dirtiness and proceed to have a Porsche Boxster S on their lot sent to the local Porsche dealership for a Prepurchase Inspection. Hanna Imports delivered the vehicle late to the Porsche dealership and it was not able to be inspected the same day. That evening Hanna Imports picked up the Boxster from the Porsche dealer, took it back to their own lot and sold it to another customer. The following day I had to call both the sales person at Hanna Imports and the Service center of the Porsche dealership to find out if it had been inspected. To my dismay I received a text message back from the Hanna sales guy saying the vehicle had been sold the night before. Was having the car taken in for a ~$400 Prepurchase Inspection not enough good faith on my part? At the end of the process I've driven 180 miles to their dealership, made roughly 15 phone calls, and took half a day off of work all for nothing.

We knew what we wanted, it was just between 2 vehicles, and we ended up buying the newer model 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class GLK 350. We found to be a better deal. Reps were nice. All we really need to do was see the vehicle & test drive.

Had a great experience at this dealership. I drove three hours for a specific vehicle. By the time I got to the dealer, the vehicle had been sold. I was given a call as soon as a person showed interest in it. I continued to drive there in hopes that the vehicle was still there. Fortunately the vehicle was sold. I say fortunately because the salesman Ricardo, the manager Carlos, and Janel (which im not sure what her actual job description was) helped me out tremendously. They did not allow me to drive there in vein. They pulled up their best Ford Explorer XLT 2015. I was looking at a different Ford Explorer initially. Luckily for me, the vehicle they pulled out was a much better vehicle. It had more specs. Navigation, 2 sun roofs, Back up camera, and much bigger wheels with much better rims. I was extremely happy with the way they treated me and my daughter when we arrived. Extremely apologetic about the fact that the previous vehicle had been sold and did their best to make up for it. Not only did they make up for it but they surpassed my expectations in every way possible. I've owned roughly 7 vehicles in my lifetime, I am 28 years old and I have never been this happy when leaving a dealership. It is one thing to leave happy with the vehicle you wanted and its another thing when you get a much better vehicle than you wanted with a much better price while being treated with so much respect and care. Thanks Ricardo, Carlos, and Janel. You guys did a phenomenal job, my wife also thanks you!

The wonderful folks at Hanna Imports really impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. They had exactly the car that I was looking for, a gorgeous Atlantic Blue metallic/cream beige interior 2009 BMW 335i convertible with a manual gearbox. This stunning car was priced very competitively (probably the lowest in the nation), and it was presented to me in excellent condition when I visited their dealership. The salesperson who helped me with my car purchase was Charles. He is very accommodating and thorough. I am an out of state car buyer, and I was particularly appreciative of his patience and willingness to work with me on the phone and via e-mail before my trip from Chattanooga to Raleigh. I am very happy with the excellent support that I received from Charles (and from Janel for her help with my car finance). I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Hanna Imports. I highly recommend Hanna Imports to those to are in the market for a new car.

We apologize for any miscommunication with the vehicle you were looking to see. I believe it was taken to the manufacture for service due to a recall or manufacture issue. It was off the lot unexpectedly and our Consultant was not aware that service had taken it over. Usually, when someone is coming far away we will pull the keys and check the vehicle over to ensure it is ready when you arrive. If there are any other cars we can look over for you, please let us know.

Well I came yesterday and the guy who sold me the car, bought me lunch, and had the car cleaned again and put a full tank of gas in it for my ride back. He went above and beyond, great attitude and atmosphere.. Will be doing a lot of business with them in the near future! Glad I could purchase my dream car with no hassle

Dealer contacted me quickly, but after the initial contact their communication has been very poor and inadequate, especially for someone who lives 3 hours away and can not just drop in to speak to someone personally.

We were in constant contact. Unfortunately the main question here was pricing and we are very clear and upfront on our price. We would not meet the requested offer and therefore received a 1 star review? We pick people up from the airport every week, and also send pictures and video of the vehicle selection. We strive very hard to ensure that people who are far away have a clear understanding of the car. You also have the ability to have the car sent to a 3rd party mechanic of your choice to do a pre-purchase inspection PRIOR to coming 3 hours away.

The SUV was a dog house. The seats were all stained. Laid down the rear seats and all I could see was dog hair. They offered to clean it but it was to late for me. Not interested in going back.
