I am sorry that we were not able to obtain the financing that you requested. But unfortunately we do not make the guidelines, the financial institutions that we work with are the ones who make those decisions and we work within their guidelines. I am personally the one who you spoke with after the sales person. I know you were not happy with what I had to say about obtaining financing for you. But in no way I felt like I was rude to you. Sorry you felt that way.
