Very informational very courteous got right back to me gave me the information on the vehicle. I went by and talked to him very nice..

The sales man John Duford is a liar. Never explained why he was not able to make any of the advertised deals. The lease offer was twice what the internet was. No explanation. Keeps sending me emails with misleading details. When questioned he never answers then sends a new email a week later hoping you forgot how he treated you.

Had a good experience despite I was handling everything out of state !! My sales guy was nice and courteous and responded promptly.

Dealership was friendly and easy to work with. We had looked at the same car at another dealership, where they wanted $1,800 in dealership fees and warrantees. When we chose to walk away they told us we wouldn’t find another vehicle in that color for that price. But we did at Atlantic Jeep, and guess what no hidden fees!!! Thank you Atlantic Jeep for a great experience and a great car.

Overall very good experience. Nice people. Car is nicer than expected. Will do business with them again, even though they are 40 miles from my home.

Good salesperson but car too small

We WILL be purchasing ANOTHER vehicle from Atlantic in St. Augustine! Incredible experience from beginning to end with Armen and then Eddie. The deal was fair, reasonable and dealing with these guys was the absolute best car- buying experience I've ever had. I researched Jeep dealers before we shopped and I can see why Atlantic has the highest ratings possible---the dealership is beautiful, clean and comfortable and Armen and Eddie represent the ownership the way they would want (I'm sure)---if it was my place I'd go on vacation more and let them just sell the products and service customers! Thank you Armen, Eddie and the team at Atlantic Jeep in St. Augustine. Go Gators!

The sales consultant quickly provided its "best price" quote via email and answered several questions I had about it. I ultimately went with another dealer, but Atlantic was very professional.

This dealer was awesome. Courteous and professional and had great prices that couldn't be beaten. They held a vehicle for me, for a few days, till I could make it out to see it in person. The vehicle was in as good of shape as they described. I left feeling taken care of, not taken advantage of. And left with a new car which price couldn't be topped. They also got me in and out of the lot in under an hour. Experiences of buying cars in the past have taken hours! I would recommend this dealer for future purchases!

The vehicle was sold the night prior to my appointment. The salesperson did not inquire as to if I were interested in any other vehicles or any type follow through customer service. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!! Not even for an oil change
