My interaction regarding the car was with Rod, and he was outstanding. His knowledge of the car, very impressive. He wasn’t pushy. He just presented the car and everything it can do. And it is a nice car. Financing folks: when asked about interest rates on financing, they were very avoidant of telling me what interest rate I’d be getting. Until the very end. And the rate sucked. And always trying with the add-ons at the end. Price: maybe with inflation the price was fair. However, later when I got home, when rummaging through the glove box, I discovered the original owners sales paperwork. And discovered that the sales price for him, last year was $1000 less than what the dealer had listed it for now. I thought cars were supposed to depreciate. That being said, compared to many of the comparable cars that I researched on the market, their list price was much lower. But with the interest rate factored in not dramatically. Time: got there at 12:15’ish. Didn’t leave til 4:15’ish.

Very friendly and helpful, overall - finance man, Jeff, was outstanding! There was a mix up in who was actually supposed to sell the car and receive credit for the sale. That created some awkward and uncomfortable moments, therefore, what would have been a 5-star review is now a 4. However, except for that, I highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience!! Plenty of stock, associates were professional and helpful! I highly recommend this dealership. The vehicle was as advertised and David had it all ready to go when we arrived. Before getting to the shop David A answered all my questions promptly, providing clarification about vehicle trims. The process of buying the car was straight forward and they made financing easy. When my husband and I signed the paperwork, the finance professional entertained my kids and explained everything we signed without a lot of jargon. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, professional, and accommodating. This dealership made car buying easy and my family left happy and satisfied.

Our experience at this dealership was excellent in every way. Our sales rep was Marcelo Defreitas and he was very nice to work with. Everyone we interacted with was professional and not at all pressuring in any way. Very glad to have done business with our hometown dealer.

When I got there, the car was $10,200. The Car Guru search I used was specifically UNDER $10K - this car would have never even shown up on the search. The salesman asked me if he 'could' get for me under $10,000, would I take it - I said 'No' and left. Here is part of their email, ". . .cleaned, gassed up, and ready for your VIP appointment." It was not clean, it was not washed and the paint was chipped on both driver's side doors. I have a car - I don't want to BUY another car that is beat-up, I want to get a car that is better than the one I have now. Good grief.
