This transaction was entirely by phone. I found the 2023 Infiniti on the CarGuru app, sold by Halmark Subaru. I contacted the dealership by text and had the vehicle delivered to me 3 days later - a seamless transaction and delivery.

Yes they were but the price quoted it he same for every Subaru store
in Alabama. I wish they woud quote the ‘No Haggle” price instead of
the 4 hour what’s the best deal BS price....

I am doing one star because I cant choose no stars or negative stars. They are completely unprofessional and have some very shady business practices. They texted me a price out the door with a quote sheet along with a Carfax along with pictures of the vehicle but then once I got at the dealership and was ready to purchase the vehicle they increased the price by $7K. I would not purchase from this dealership.

They were nice when they contacted me, but I found a better deal at another dealer.
Great is all. Tommy Seals was great, he stayed with me throught he whole procees and a heck of a nice fellow. Would definatly recoment this dealer to anyone.

The truck was not $19,888.00 minus the incentives.
It was $25138.00 minus the incentives.
To most of us simple minded folks, this can be very discouraging.

4 different contacts with the dealership and they evaded my specific
questions - insisting on trying to get me to come in for a "VIP Test Drive".
When I finally got interior pictures I found that the advertisement was in error
and the entire conversation could have been avoided - a colossal waste of
time - with them trying to push me to "come in" - and waste more of my
time.

Set up an appointment to test drive a Jeep. Set in traffic for two hrs. Only to find out when I arrive that the vehicle sold at 10 that morning. A courtesy call would’ve been nice!!!!all the guy said was yeah it sold. I’ve got some others if you wanna take a look. No apology. Nothing

for a car, lack of communication, and the Finance manager
was rued.

I had to call the sales rep. Anthony several times to find out the status of
car. He only contacted me once when he was checking on car. No
pressure, nice, but did not seem interested in selling me the car, b/c I
think he already had a potential offer. They sold the car 2 days after I
looked. There are other & better cars in the sea!

I had been looking a fairly specific Jeep for a little while now. I found it at this dealership a little over two hours away. Their website stated a final price of 37,100. I figured they wouldn't negotiate down any as they knew how far I was willing to drive to get it. However, I was in absolute shock when they RAISED their total price over $1000. They negotiated it down some, but it was a bad experience. The financial guy, I don't recall his name just his love for Mississippi State, was a complete jerk. My salesman was friendly, but that is the nicest I can say about that trip.
My Jeep did break down on the way home, but I'm not sure I can completely fault the dealership for that. They did deliver it to my house almost two weeks later.

I was in email contact with the used car salesman
Fernando
For two days during which he said the truck was
available. I left montgomery for the 2 hour drive to the
dealership and before i left he said the truck was waiting
for
me for a 11:00 appointment with him. When i got to the
dealership at 11:00 the truck had been sold the previous
day and Fernando was unavailable to see me.
Classic
bait and switch. I will NEVER do business with Jim Burke
again. Disgraceful. This is what gives used car salesmen a
poor reputation.

the dealer couldnt sell the vehicle die to
needing repairs. Sales tried to get me to
buy a newer jeep but i was only looking
for a specific model. Salesman was

We will NEVER go to Jim Burke Automotive again. The
salesperson that spoke to us on the phone was very rude to my
wife and 'handed her off' to another salesperson when she went
into the showroom. We bought a vehicle from another dealer.
