Jennifer was the person I talk to.
She told me I was already 100%approved for the car I wanted, so I drove 5 hours to go get it. Surprise when I get there she shows me a complete different car. I told her that’s not the car I ask you for. So she goes back inside and comes out trying to show me a different car and after I told her no, she says I’m not approved to get the car I want that it has to be the one she it’s telling me. So I won’t recommend to talk to her or do business with her. She make me waste my time and money to go there.

The sales team has been terrible. Manager Joshua was rude. The salesmen had me get together information for me trade and never sent back anything ever. I was pre approved for the car and ready to buy but couldn’t even get a call back. So I didn’t waste anymore of my time for over a week. I suggest you do the same.

Absolutely awful. The first person to contact was just fine for only a short time. At first I came in and test drive the vehicle and noticed a lot of issues with it and heavy modifications that weren’t professional. Brought this up and got entirely dismissed. After I called back because I don’t live close; which led to me on a wild chase to get what I wanted. I wanted more pictures because of the issues and he wouldn’t contact me back for 4 days. So I called and insisted for a new dealer. I asked for 18.000 and he said lowest he could do was 19,000. He proceeded to call me back later that evening and tell me never mind on our deal. Even though it was approved and we worked out a price, he called and told me no lower than the internet and no exceptions. After I finally got the photos I wanted... 6 days later. Finally quit dealing with them entirely.

The salesman was very pushy. The truck has a check engine light on it. I am a mechanic so brought my scan took found the ficm bad, number 1 injector bad, fpr bad, oil pan leak, coolant leak. List goes on and on. I told them I wanted the truck for 16,000. They would not agree to the price they said they would have their mechanic fix it. Meaning they would clear the codes and sale it to me. I explained to them they sent it to a shop to be fixed the repair would cost around 4,000 due to the parts alone are $2,000. When i explained that they started being rude. I would not shop at them. They will not fix a vehicle and they mislead you, pushy.. I would not recommend them at all to anyone.

Good experience fast friendly feedback
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I’m in the car business so I know proper procedure. They tried to sell me a used vehicle that hadn’t been inspected. It was one day..2 days...3 days...4 days until finally I told them thanks but no thanks. Now my money is tied up transferring back to my card and can’t buy a car!! TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Truly unexpected in the worst way! I was told the car was available only to get
there 42 minutes later and be told that it was sold! The Sales Manager looked
into it and was to let me know about another car...I never heard from him
again. The GM reached out and when we spoke he also agreed to check into
the other vehicle...I never heard from him again! I will never shop with them
again. Something similar happened at this same dealership a couple of years
ago.

Said the car I wanted to look at was no longer on the lot, did not inform us of this until we had already gotten there, tried to pull up an Expedition and say it was very similar to the equinox (in what world?) so we left. :)
