sold the vehicle and didn't tell me until i came to the lot

First off, I got no response either time that I tried reaching out to them via this app. When I called them to inquire about a vehicle, I told him I was interested in a specific Hyundai Accent and I was ready to purchase that day if it was available. I explained to him I was coming from over an hour away and he guaranteed he had the keys secured for me and would just go put gas in it for me. I get there after my commute and the man I spoke with is helping someone else and passes me off to another salesman. The guy he handed me over to was extremely rude and not helpful. We went to test drive the Accent and it was not the one I had asked about and had 30,000 miles over what the other one had, and cost $1000 more! Not to mention the gas light was on when we went to do the test drive. I went inside and asked where the car I asked about was and it had been sold that morning before I even called about it, and the man I originally spoke with had lied when he said he had the keys to it. The other guy continued to be rude and pretentious until I finally spoke with the manager, who wasn't any better. They continued to try and sell me the other car for the higher price and disregarded the fact that it wasn't the vehicle I was told would be there. If anything they should have matched it, or made it even somewhat less because of the extreme difference in the mileage. They wasted my time and did nothing to apologize or make up for their mistakes. I would never recommend this place. Oh! And come to find out they pulled my credit at least 4 times.

Mr.P called me twice to come and look at this vehicle and it finally said sure I will come and take a look but when I got there he didn't know where the vehicle was located. So we drove around looking for it on the other lots. We finally see it and to my surprise it had been sold days ago and he knew it! He was trying to show me other cars the whole time because he knew the car I wanted to see was sold. He wasted my gas and my time. I had my kids and sick mother in the car while this man wasted my time with no apologies! I will never buy a car from this dealership. Ever!

Very disorganized and distracted salespeople. Given a price on line that was not acknowledged when shifted to different sales people. Old school sales tactics. Not a pleasant experience. I would recommend going elsewhere.
