Ultimately bought from them however there is damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed in pictures or on arrival for pickup. I drove 4hrs to pickup

Sold this car with SERVICE ENGINE SOON light on.. Richard Broadway intentionally lied
said it was just maintenance reminder, I believed him and then checked the records all services done.
Went to put gas in the vehicle NO Gas Cap.. Dealership reassured the gas cap missing was the problem so they ordered the gas cap. NOT the problem. Had to take the vehicle to get the codes read and two codes came up P2096 and P1449.. Brought the car back to the dealership. THEY reset the codes and that was it!!!! Light came back on... 1 mile from the dealership and the guy driving the vehicle didn’t turn Around continued to drive the car 2 hours to return it to me. I researched the codes and replaced a part for the p1449 and took it to be reset again.. The SERVICE ENGINE SOON light came on again! This time the remaining code P2096 and an estimate for $1200.00. I took the car back to the dealership and they refused to pay for any of the repairs therefore I returned this vehicle.DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Our technicians followed proper procedure for diagnosis of the various codes and we did offer to refund your money and take the vehicle back when the initial service engine light came on that was confirmed to be associated with a missing gas cap. As with any pre-owned vehicle, we cannot predict additional codes as they may present themselves and we had absolutely no issue with ultimately refunding your down payment in full and taking the vehicle back. This is the worst place, they promote one thing and then tell you another. A 13700. Car became almost 16,000 after they put their dealer add on. Which by the way may have cost them 30.00. They are "CON ARTISTS" NO I DID NOT STUTTER. this is the worst dealer ship I have ever been to. Stay far away. A one star rating is way too much.

They did contact me but unfortunately they were closed, despite two door signs showing their open Sunday hours. I will give them credit in their attempts to contact me once
they were open. Beyond that, I cannot report any objective observations as to the process.

I talked with a salesman on the phone, told him I was interested in a specific car and that I was coming from about 30 miles away to see it. When I got there, the car was sitting right at the entrance ready to go and the salesman immediately greeted me. We did the usual test drive followed by negotiation and an hour or so later, I left with the car we wanted. Everybody involved in the transaction was friendly and helpful.

Please be careful with guys,
1) They are playing with there customers and their time. Whenever you call them they say I will call you back with more information and they never call you.
2) They don’t have any deals, they are simply laying to get attention, if you ask there sales representatives about deal they will say I will call you back and you never get there call back.
3) I seriously want to by car this above car Nissan Rogue because price is really good but I never got there call back, I am super upset.
Just a suggestion just be little careful with this guys while dealing.

Car was already sold. So, I did not really get a chance to work with them. The emails I received were automated for the most part. I did receive one real contact from them, apologizing for the confusion and confirming that the car had been sold.

Sales Manager was friendly and inviting. Sales Rep assigned to assist me was also knowledgeable and well
acquainted with the cars on their lot. The weather was not conducive to a positive test drive experience so I did not
travel the 30 miles to see the car. Hall appears anxious to get me into a car of my choice at a price that is within my
budget so time will tell.

Awful. Sales manager sent me a Car Fax for
the car, so we went there the same day only to
find out the car was sold the day before. Then
both the manager and a saleswoman kept
contacting me about the same non-available
car and when did I want to come in to see it
despite being told a couple of times we already
did and the car was sold before they sent me
the information. Of course, no answer from the
sales manager as to why he was unaware of
his inventory and received an excuse from the
saleswoman. Days after when the saleswoman
called again about other cars, she hung up on
my wife when being told we found a car
elsewhere. Just a bad experience all around.

I had a bad experience here. From the time we walked in the door. No one greeted us, and we had to wait for over 15 mins for anyone to even acknowledge us. Personally felt out of place on there.
