Wonderful experience!! The entire process was painless, and you often can not say that about the car buying experience. I had been looking for a vehicle for 5 weeks, testing driving a handful, and expanding my search radius every couple of weeks. I am SO GLAD I found this listing. That same day we looked at 2 other near home, then we drove 100 miles to test drive one at Hall Mazda and at another nearby Mazda dealership. We bought from Hall. I think that says it all. The entire staff was polite, helpful, and genuine. Two other things, the have 'reward points' (check out their website for that), and they even delivered the vehicle to me when it was ready. Thanks to Dermetrius in sales and Desiree the GM.

Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach, Va is a top notch dealership !! From the minute you look up a car, to a friendly phone call, they are very attentive to your car buying needs. Robert Pena, our salesman , was a true gentlemen. He offered me a free video to see more about the vehicle and we were impressed. We met up there, test drove the car, and then sat down and worked out a very fair deal. Robert spent hours with us showing us the car features and made sure we understood the Mazda product we were buying. I have bought a lot of cars in my time and this man truly is a professional in his craft. I recommend people to visit him first before buying a car anywhere else. In the end, he actually and personally drove the car to our home since we had multiple cars up there. He actually programmed our keys, our seats, mirrors, and made us feel like kings and queens. Robert is a first class act.Thanks again.

Great experience. I setup an appointment and was able to test drive several used cars of the same make and model. Test drive at 9, agreed to terms around 11, went to lunch while they did the paperwork, and drove off the lot at 2 with my new to me car.

Dealer replied fast but unfortunately the car was already long gone. Tried selling me a different one but manager wasn’t really throwing any other discounts besides one listed online. Lame.

Dealer was quick to respond. I was impressed with the high technical level of information sent to me on car.i was able to open up the "brochure" on cell phone. it list info on the car and explained all the trim levels available. Very professional and informative. I have not decided on a car yet.

Upon contact by me via email, everyone but the custodian answered back. As soon as I stated that I wanted contact only by email and not by phone, the interested sales force started to diminish. This increased when I stated I was 1300 miles away and couldn't come in for a test drive. Finally, when I asked about shipping charges of shipping the vehicle to my residence, they pulled the plug on me. I am obviously not impressed with their communication skills. They seem to be capable of only visa vi where vocal is their effortless method. Their intent on selling vehicle via the web needs to reevaluated.

I did not buy this car. The dealer called and informed me that the air conditioner was not working before I drove out to see it. I appreciated the info so i didn't have to waste my time.

Couldn't finance or except cash down payment with financing due to lower income status. Need more help from people for people who are working and trying to get ahead in this economy.

Low pressure sales. They didn't bother us. The sales manager is a high pressure and deceptive negotiator who actually physically put hands on me while we were discussing price. I wouldn't recommend working with him if you can avoid it.
