Booked a time to test drive. Got a text in the morning asking if I still planned to test drive said yes. Was told they would have the car warmed up and ready. I get there and they inform that they sold the car the previous night and made me drive all the way to the dealership. Terrible service good luck if you plan on buying from them

several sales people emailed me and contacted me, one person told me the car i was looking for was sold, but im still getting emails from them about the same car they told me was sold, as well as new inventory that arrives everyday. the same car i was looking for is still posted on their website. too much confusion for me, had me wondering do their sales staff try to sabotage other team member sales? will take my business elsewhere.

Awesome people very nice I have yet to purchase because I'm still on the fence because I have a beautiful muscle car already. Also have been really really busy at work. And then I lost my life animal partner all of a sudden 2 hip dysplasia. When I'm ready though I will Circle back with these folks in Virginia they seem like the folks to do business with. I appreciate them

Very responsive in staying in contact once you reach out to them about a vehicle. Salesman was very accommodating & respectful. Typical big dealership run around on pricing.... run back & forth several times, wasting away a day, rather than a fair offer upfront. Trade offer was well below KBB & I can be honest in saying my trade was super low mileage & very near perfect condition. I drove 2.5hrs to get let down, and wasted a good part of my day with nothing to show for it. Pleasant staff but don't look to get your best price on a new vehicle from there.

I looked at this same vehicle 2 months ago, after agreeing to a price of $33,000 not including taxes ,title, etc. the manager would let it go unless I would pay additional fees that were on the pre sale sticker price thus bringing the price from $33,000 back up to $40,000. I definitely would not recommend this dealership.

I went to look at the car and it wasn’t at the dealership. While I waited on the car the Lady started to put my information in to start payments without me test driving it. After the 3rd time of me asking where the car was she tolled me the engine blew out on its way there.

I wasn’t qualified for the vehicle I requested but they did however put me in a 2020 grand Cherokee because of the Black Friday and employee pricing deals they had. They helped me get to the payment I wanted and then some. Would definitely shop here again!

They helped remind me that I can’t buy a car from a dealership I will have to buy through private owner so I don’t get the feeling that I’m being taken advantage of I don’t know what else I can say. It is the Process. You know pushiness. The back and forth. And when that doesn’t work. They get the Manager and they double- team you. Before I even went in the office I told the sales person I did not wanna go through that he said I wouldn’t and then they did. Hey don’t worry about it. It’s me not them. They are just being a salesman

Our salesman, Lou Gehrig was awesome. Lou is honest, up front and not pushy. He worked all week keeping my wife and daughter in the loop on the status of the vehicle while it went from re-conditioning to mechanical inspection. Lou is an example of what a car salesman should be. He does what he says and follows thru. Thanks Lou!

The dealer was friendly and responsive but theirs assessment of this vehicle was inaccurate. They said the car I was interested in was “clean as a pin” with no accidents. The left year quarter panel was completely full of Bondo and the car had obviously been wrecked.

Didn't buy here. Looked at a couple trucks here. Def on the high price side and unwilling to bargain lower. More concerned with lining pockets vs. making a return customer. Plenty of other fish in the sea locally and within a couple hours drive.

Was told truck was in stock. Called to verify before arriving. Upon arrival, found out truck was on hold/sold. Would have liked to of known that prior to taking time out of my day to drive out of the way to look at the vehicle especially when I call prior to verify it is available. Was told it wasn't updated in the system.

We heard from them 2x via email. Called to go see the vehicle. Waited awhile for sales person. He asked us what we were there to see! Hmmmm clearly lack of communication. He then tells us the car isn't on the lot!!! This is after we drove a half hour to get there. Not going back.

We ended up purchasing the car. The buying process was smooth, although they offered nothing on our trade and were unwilling to budge even $1 on the price of the car. I liked Chuck, the sales guy and DJ the finance guy. The manager... not so much. My rating would be different with even a $500 price allowance.

I would not do business with V.B. Hall if they gave me the vehicle. The sales calls and emails were ridiculous. I told 3 different people to take me off the call list before they finally stopped calling.

They pulled the bait and switch. They called me about the vehicle and when I asked if the vehicle was still there I was told yes. I said "are you sure because I don't want to make the trip out there if that vehicle isn't there". Again I was told the vehicle was there. When I got there I walked the lot and couldn't find the vehicle I went inside and asked about it. The salesman had to ask the manager and the manager said they sold it. I asked if they sold it in the last 30 minutes because I was told it was still there. So I told them I didn't appreciate the bait and switch and went to another dealer and bought a Toyota Sienna. I will NEVER deal with Hall again and I will tell everyone about my experience with them.

The worst .....They sold me a car and within three dsys I had to take it back . The car need a brand new transmission and the wanted me to pay half the cost snd I only had the car for three days.. I will never imean nevrr by another car from them. Crooks!!!!!!! Fraud!!!!!.
