The dealer's rep followed up frequently. Sometimes too often, but they did appear to offer great service. Ultimately decided not to purchase car due to distance from my home.

All in all a good buying experience. Service department was very helpful with an unforeseen issue. The one thing I didn’t like was the $700 dealer “add-on” that you have no choice to decide whether you want or not…and it IS NOT included in the online cost. I was expecting taxes, tags and title but not this. They would not take the charge off after I complained about it.

Can only rate a 3 star, but this is not their fault or mine. By the time I reached someone, the car had already been sold. The sales person made other suggestions of vehicles they had, but I was pretty set on what I wanted. I'm a fan of Hall Acura of Va. Beach. Highly respectable dealership. Would do business with them in the future.

Great communication and I purchased a different Acura RDX that the one shown. They were a bit inefficient in the final transaction experience, or I would have given them five stars.
