If I could give a negative star, I would. From the time we purchased until the time we picked it
up we experienced nothing but problems. We purchased the vehicle on Nov 21, 2025 and as
of writing this review January 5, 2026, the problems still have not been completely rectified by
the dealer. I am saddened as this was supposed to be an exciting first time car buying
experience for my son, but in reality it was nothing but a nightmare. DO NOT BUY A USED
CAR FROM HADDAD. I would elaborate more, but this page does not allow for the full story. I
will be reviewing on the dealer website itself with a full in depth review of what went wrong,
that is, if the space allows for it.

Offered a poor trade in value. Unfortunately not able to get a deal done. Salesperson I worked with was nice and quick to respond.
