Through contacting the dealer about price and other questions and ultimately purchasing my vehicle there, I was very impressed with the way that all the employees at Haddad Hyundai treated me the customer! My main contact was Kelly and she answered all of my questions and could not have been more helpful but the other salesmen and manager were also respectful and eager to answer all my questions for me.(and I had quite a few) Would highly recommend Haddad Hyundai.

They scheduled me for a showing and rest drive for this car at 11am on Tuesday, so i rearranged my schedule to make it work. Tuesday morning they called me and told me the car had actually sold a week prior and wanted to see if would come in to see other cars.

Initially, dealer tried to get to come for test drive before answering my question regarding cost of lease, but eventually answered honestly which I appreciated. As a result, I will contact him later near the end of my current lease and give him the opportunity to arrive at a reasonable price for the lease of an all electric Ioniq.

Went to look at a truck. Wanted to trade in a car. They offered me 4K below Blue book value by take the vin number. Did not include all the options. Told them they needed to add all the options that the car had! And let us know. The decided to call my wife and not me. She told them to call me. They didn’t they kept calling her. After that they came back and went up 2k for my trade in told me that was the best they could possible do. Told them we would think about it. Again called non stop to my wife. Told them they could come up again another 1k. Told them we wanted what the trade in value was on the car. Then they called and gave us another 500$! We told them we were busy all day and couldn’t come in. So they called my wife told her to send her information over and they will start the paperwork process! Called them back and told them to stop and we are not interested anymore! HARASSMENT

The internet manager Tiffany was fantastic. She was in constant contact and was extremely helpful. I never ended up buying from them though because they did not have the product that I wanted.

Although I did not make a purchase (I live hours away), I was very pleased with our email and phone conversations. Zack answered my questions, provided me with a competitive price, and was readily available. My final decision was that the long drive was not worth it. In fact, everyone I had contact with was ver pleasant.
