I had submitted email expressing interest in vehicle during evening hours. To my surprise, Mrs. Vanessa Garcia I believe replied immediately. She informed me that she would check if vehicle was still available first thing next morning and would get back to me as she knew I would have to travel to their dealership and only had a limited amount of time to make the trip/return back home for work. Next morning I was assigned my salesman, Paul, who took over, assisted me immediately verifying the car was available/texted me pics of vehicle and it's details. We made trip out to Sames Kingsville and were greeted as soon as we got there by Paul who got us set up for a test drive. While waiting, another employee offered and brought us water and asked if we were doing okay. Paul walked us thru the whole process and later on also kept in touch with me to get me additional documents that I had requested. Everyone worked together to provide us w/a great buying experience. Very pleasant experience. Good customer service. Would recommend this dealership to others.
The vehicle was not cleaned/prepared for my visit on August the 7th. The
sales staff could have been more professional in negotiations. Wasted my
time talking about financing and trade in value of my vehicle instead of the
price of their vehicle. I repeatedly had to steer back to my offer and it's
acceptance. Eventually we left after we could not come to an agreement.

This is the absolute worse buying experience ever. The only reason I'm enduring them is that I promised the vehicle for someone.
Never returns calls, lots of sarcasm and no attempts to complete anything. After two days I finally talked with a sales person then took it upon myself to do the online credit app. I had no doubt about financing, over 810 credit score. Revceived an online approval and app number. I was told they were reviewing the app, about 1:00 p.m. and would get a call back in about an hour. A day later I'm still waiting for a call from them. I'm thinking about canceling the deal and filing a complaint.

Sames Kingsville Ford Nissan is the place to buy a car. Edward and Freddie in sales were friendly, great and easy to work with. Cesar in finance was also great. Response time was within minutes. Love our Car! Highly recommend Sames Kingsville Ford Nissan! Well worth the 2 hour drive.

Wanted a no nonsense deal. Made a cash offer along with my paid for trade. Never received an acceptance or counter offer. The vehicle apparently sold while I waited. I believe they, like most dealers, rather you owe money on your trade and finance the purchase through them. This way they can manipulate the numbers so you really only know what your monthly payment is and not how much you really are paying or losing on your trade.

Robert we apologize the vehicle sold the at the same time you were considering its purchase but with 20 plus sales people, sometimes vehicles sell while others offers are being considered. At Sames we value all deals whether they be cash or finance. We know we can always get another vehicle but customers are hard to replace. Please reconsider of us again for all things vehicle related.

We emailed the dealership in the evening after hours & got a response early the next day. The vehicle was exactly as stated on the website. Sales associate was courteous & offered a carfax report before we asked. Great service, we would definitely use them again.

I was very professionally cared for, staff knowledge was superb. Only one downfall, when I started looking at new vehicle's, I was broadsided by 4 seperate reps. 2 from sales and 2 from general management. Overall, I would go back. One tip, dont push to much, it can actually cost sales.

It's not yaklin ford anymore. It's actually Sames. I worked with the salesman Andrew and I directly worked with the GM randy Pratt. I will say this was the most painless dealership experience. They worked with me, and were not aggressive not pushy like most dealers are. I ended up getting a great deal that worked for me and my family , and when it's time to get another car, I'm coming back to Sames Ford in KINGSVILLE.
