Amazing good place for buying vehicles

If I could leave a zero star I would. It was a disaster from the start! Took 12 days to get my car after I paid for shipping. Was told daily from the 8th until the 19th to get my car! Then the car delivery guy took the keys back because the dealership didn’t pay him! Was told I would get some of my money back and didn’t receive any of it! Got the car engine light was on. Then the car started shaking really bad and the car repairs is 2600 bucks on top of having to get the car painted for another 800 dollars! Manager was super rude when I called about the car issues! He even put the guy I purchased the car from on administrative leave for saying that he would work to get my delivery fee back for it being such an issue!

1st I reached out to them about a passenger van, distinctive in my request no calls, text or email! Yes they called!!! I requested a no haggling price, so they send an email with the same price as listed on website! No way I would recommend them to anyone

Came to see this vehicle and it was dirty there were chip crumbs in the front seat. A crutch in the backseat. Someone had been driving it as their personal vehicle. I even called them and let them know I was on my way to look at the vehicle.

Good customer service

Had my credit ran for a vehicle I never wanted. Put in a credit app for a specific vehicle and he runs a check for a car I've never heard of. How do you switch vehicles and still run the check without permission.

Great customer service

I inquired about this vehicle during the times this dealer was closed. The guy called me back outside of work hours and we scheduled to meet the next day. Loved the ride and the service. Closed the next day on my truck. Great dealer, great customer service and I even got a little extra. Thanks HPD. It was the 3rd dealer I visited 5***** rating
