Very responsive and everything went well until I tried to strike a deal. I was shocked when they tacked on fees that I didn’t expect. But they did give it a fancy name, something like “environmental protection package”. I guess merely up charging for paint sealant wasn’t working as well anymore. Negotiating just to get back to the original price had me immediately walk out the door.

This is a bait and switch dealer. They don’t tell the truth over the phone about their fees and add on. Once you at the dealership, they jacked up the pricing. I wont even consider to buy from this dealer.

I went to dealership with a pre aproval of 0 down threw Global lending Service. The dealership had me
fill out another form and ran my credit 15 times dropping my score and put a bunch of inquires on my
credit. then told me they couldnt honor it and i had to put 2k down which was fine. but the manager
insisted that they was going to call them monday and to some back. i waited until monday and no call
and then they sold the car! now i have hella inquires on my credit and cant apply for nothing because
now eveything wants 6k plus down! never go here!

Johnathan my salesman was super nice,and tried getting me a good deal. I paid a little more than expected,but got a nice vehicle. Not as much on trade in as I expected. But nice and courtios employees.

Poor communication on the process in order to obtain the vehicle poor communication throughout the entire process. I literally had to call and check up on the process just to know the next steps and to know what was needed.

There were nice . Wish they could have came down
on the price a bit to have my husband agree to the
deal. He was only asking for an additional 1500. But
overall experience was good. The salesperson was
very sweet. Yes he wanted to make the deal but I can
see through some of these salespeople. He also
made a recommendation to not go to another
dealership since we were not too sure if we wanted a
jeep or bronco. He specifically said not to go to this
one dealership cause they lie. We took the chance
and it was a bait in switch. We should have
listened. Just thought he was trying to get our
business but he was honest. Still follows up.

Reached out to see the 2010 rav4, which I assumed would mean that we could test drive it. Was told after we looked at the car that it hasn't finished being evaluated by the service dept and can't be test driven. The salesman brought us inside to ask someone else and absolutely no one could give an estimate on when the car would be ready to test drive. It's been at the dealership for at least 9 days and advertised for sale. Red flags everywhere and a waste of our time.

The whole experience went very well from what I had expected. From my phone call in talking with Melissa, to my salesman Christian N. the sales manager Andy, and the finance person Hilda. I would highly recommend these people at Gwinnett Place Ford. They seem to be honest and genuinely caring and concerned.

These people are not very good at communicating. On the day I was supposed to do the test drive, they told me the vehicle was sold. Another person from there called me back wanting to know if I was still interested in the car. A couple of days after I had already purchaced form another dealership, they call me again saying the vehicle is still available. Not good for business.

The person who contacted me didn't understand the car details as well as I did and when I asked follow-up questions she never replied.
I asked if the 2017 CMax had Apple Car play she said No. I told her that this was available as a software update and asked if this could be completed prior to purchase. She

Purchased a used 2019 Honda Odyssey EXL wNAV/RES according to listing and sales
contract. After leaving the dealership to go home I discovered that this van did not have
navigation. The next day I looked up the value of the van with navigation and without. It is
a $2400 difference. I found original window sticker and the van was an EXL with RES
added. I called the dealership and spoke to my salesman Jay. He looked it up and said
yes it is supposed to have navigation. He tried to find the sales manager Mikhail and
couldn't, so he left a note for him to call me back. After 3 days I called again and spoke
with Jay and he left a note again. 3 days later I got in touch with Mikhail and he asked
what they could do. I suggested a $400 check so I could purchase an 8" Garmin with
mount. He said he would check with his guy and call be back in 2 days. He didn't call
back and wasn't able to get back in touch with him. You are dead to this dealership after
the sale.

I normally don’t write a lot of reviews however I felt compelled to leave this review. This Ford store is going to auctions that have many vehicles from up north around Michigan. They look really good on the outside but underneath is a rust nightmare. I began to look at all their used vehicles and all the ones I saw had these major rust issues. I’m not trying to tell anyone what to do but You should be aware that if you purchase a used truck from them you definitely need to look underneath. Then you can make your own decision on whether to purchase or not. However, Rust on a vehicle is not your friend!!!

We got home with our new car figured out drivers door didnt work it won't lock it's a latch sensor multiple call to salesman and Manger got us no where they claim door was working right? Ha ha we bought a extended bumper to bumper warranty because the one it has only covers moter transmission etc well guess what it only kicks in after 30 days we where advised to wait 30 days and use warranty so I guess we cant lock our car for 30 days lol kinda left a salty taste in our mouth paying that much for a car to have such issues right out the door buyer beware Gwinnett Place Ford doesn't stand behind what they sell might want to rethink buying from This dealer the rest of the experience of buying from Gwinnett Ford was good up to the point we had a issue with our just bought vehicle we are at another ford dealership near our house 2 days after we bought it paying for repairs or waiting 30 days for warranty to kick in sucked left me feeling we had a very bad experience agian buyer beware

When I arrived I specifically asked about just the Westlake pre approval. I sent in a credit app to dealership as requested by them. When I arrived nothing was done waiting much longer than I wanted my credit file sent to seven banks after Only to be insulted by deal and treatment called back to spew to Manager who just talked over me I will take my business somewhere else.

After being informed that the car of my choice had just been sold, I explained to the dealer I was not interested in any other car on the lot at that time. A couple days later I find out they still ran my credit. I was not too happy about that.

Nice dealership, but when we got there and saw the car, the rims (all 4) had been curbed - in the pictures posted on CarGurus- all the rims were perfect. Look over the cars closely.

There were inconsistencies in mileage. Car had 18,000 more miles than it listed and they tried to push it off as a “clerical error”. They lied. Plain and simple. Some wear and tear on the drivers side. A bit pushy but that was to be expected. They lied to me about tires being new, they are about midway through their life expectancy. The car is a beautiful car otherwise. The only reason they kept my business is because I absolutely needed a car that day. Otherwise based on the lie on mileage alone I would have went somewhere else. Dealers should be required to upload accurate information on vehicles and vehicle pricing. No hidden fees.

Bait and switch. Despite arranging a meeting and having made contact a couple of times,
when I arrived, they said they wouldn't even let me look at the Focus because " it had
more wrong with it than we thought". So I looked at a Ford Echo, which they said they
would sell me for $10,500 but when we were about to close the deal I saw that their price
was $10,500 + $1600 in "dealer accessories"..ie the price of the car was actually $12,100
+ tag and taxes. I complained and they removed the accessories and so I did eventually
get it for the price they originally told me BUT it left a sour taste in the mouth. Is this how
reputable car dealers here in America operate?

I was advised hat this car was in stock. Unfortunately they had already sent it to auction and were just trying to get me to come into the dealership.
Several people reached out, indicating a lack of internal coordination. Also, the car was listed as certified, but the sales person said certification would cost an extra $800. I informed both sales people that contacted me that such practice was deceptive. The car is either certified or not. The Carguru ad (and as posted today) said it is certified. The Carfax said it is. Even if they accepted my offer, why would I get on a plane to go see the car based on their representations of it being a clean car? I have to wonder what other surprises are in store for me. Fortunately, I purchased the same car with similar miles in Ohio for the price I pitched the very next day--after I was told my offer 'made no sense whatsoever.'

I read and signed a carfax on this vehicle. Wish I had more experience with purchasing a vehicle. Carfax read clean no problems and I found out yeaterday that the vehicle has had some body work and paint work. Very disappointed in their deception.

Large inventory of nice cars but your experience all depends on who you work with. My first visit I dealt with a car salesman that I did not like working with. I purchased my car with Barry. The difference was huge. Very professional and proactive.
