This dealership was very upfront and forthcoming! Although, their purpose is to sell cars whether or not I was not purchasing a car was not a determination of them having strong morals and being very honest. They wanted ti make sure I was comfortable without being pushy or forceful with selling.

My entire experience with Gupton Motors was amazing! The sales person was quick to respond to every question and went out of there to help me take this car home. I will definitely be going to Gupton Motors in the future.

Kind of confusing. I asked about a truck was told it was sold less then 3 hours of asking about it. Then was told a day later if I was still interested in the truck. Just weird

I don't care for high pressure sales people and that was my experience with my salesperson at this dealership. He also said the KBB value for my vehicle was several thousand less than it was actually worth. When I got home I looked it up myself, he was misrepresenting that value by three thousand dollars. Buyer beware!!!!

Called and gave me a little feedback about the jeep. But actually called instead of just email. That was nice. Also, it was pretty immediate, too.

Super nice salesman but a little pushy to come look at the truck. I live 4 hours away and driving all night is not ideal. Tried to use the better hurry I have another guy coming to look in the morning.. I said let him buy it if he wants.. If still available when I am ready to come then it will be my choice but I will not be rushed.

Darryl from Gupton contacted me in a timely manner. We exchanged as much info as possible online. I am looking to trade and they need to see my vehicle to give an accurate appraisel. I haven't had the time to do that yet as I'm 160 miles away so I don't know if we'll make a deal or not. He has sent follow up emails also. I would say Gupton motors has fulfilled their part.

I would refer anyone I know to Gupton Motors. The atmosphere felt like you were dealing with Family rather than with someone just trying to make a sale. The vehicle was washed, clean, and ready to drive out upon my arrival. The salesman was ready when I arrived, and insured the process was smooth and easy.
