They told me that the truck was still in the middle of the trade in transaction so they didn't have possession of the truck at the time. Then someone else called me back to tell me they did have the truck but it wasn't on the lot yet because it was in the shop getting a few issues fixed, but they would let me know as soon as they got it fixed, and told me they couldn't sell me the truck for less than $23,400 when they had it listed for $20,994. So I would NOT recommend anyone try to do business with Dale Benton Chevrolet... SHADY!!!... BAD BUSINESS!!!

Ended up purchasing a different vehicle but they were quick and helpful!

The salesman told me he ( the dealership) was losing money on the car they were try to sale.....in other words, don't ask for any price reduction......c'mon let's be for real Dale Benton Chevy......that was a out and out lie....if you don't want to work with me don't waste my time....

They had good pricing, so we drove for an hour to their dealership. The salesman was helpful and after driving 2, we decided on 1. It was perfect except we preferred the larger wheels and were told they had several more on the way. We then had them look at the trade-in and that's when it went south. We waited for an hour for the "manager" to write up the offer. We already knew the price and trade in value. We then asked if one of the other vehicles coming in had the wheels we preferred and what the pricing on it would be. After another hour of sitting, we finally were out of time and had to leave. We were told we would be contacted asap with the info as we had cash in hand, ready to buy. 24 hours later... nothing. Guess they didn't really want the business.

Had appointment for a test drive drove hour and half only to have the vehicle being sold when I got there.

I called about this truck and really liked it. The guy Briar was nice and helpful and was working on paperwork for the vehicle for me, we were just getting our numbers an credit right and it was sold out from under me after my application was processed.. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and them not checking with other salesman before selling a vehicle. I really liked the truck, and as much trouble as I'm having getting financed Briar was the only salesman to tell me he could make it happen. But disappointment struck again.. And I'm still without and Briar said he's gonna find me another truck like this or better so ill update my review soon as I hear from them.

Took two days to respond to my request to see the truck and then after I called them the third time they said the truck had been sent to auction was no longer available for me to purchase. This is a bait and switch technique. And I do not want to ever hear from these people again.
