I bought the Q60 and now i am waiting for the service department to return my calls. I have called three times today to get an answer if the repairs have been done and when will the car be ready, but i have not got a callback. It has been in service since last Tuesday and tomorrow will be a week. I am not satisfied about the no update from the service department.

I didn’t buy, but the dealership had good great customer service and an array of cars to sell. The only drawback is that there was only a few cars within my price range.

The worst experience ever! The car we drove
5 hours to get had a low tire which was a bad
tire. They knew the key fab had a bad battery
and didn't replace so the car didnt even
crank. The finance manager did not act to
helpful either!

It cost a bit more than I thought to finance. But an ok experience. There were some minor issues with the car that the dealership missed, but they did resolve them.

The salesman wasn't able to give me the details on Infinity vehicles I wanted to know. He wasn't up to speed on this product or this vehicle. Didn't think he knew about the product. Very nice and polite gentleman. I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

GREAT experience!!!!! K. Johnson was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He kept me updated on delivery times when snow and ice became a problem. Car was exactly as described. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends

Went to the dealership twice and vehicle was never there, walked around the lot for 20 mins with no one asking if l needed assistance.

Very poor customer experience. The salesman was flat-out rude—not just to me, but even to a coworker. When a colleague parked a return farther out, instead of apologizing or explaining there wasn’t space, he told the man, “You need the exercise.” Real professional.
When I raised valid concerns—alignment off, mismatched tires on an AWD, uneven tread depth—they were brushed off. When I mentioned AWD tire-matching, I was told, “It’s Texas legal.” That’s not reassurance, that’s laziness.
My online appraisal was $2,000 higher than their offer—don’t advertise numbers if they’re not even in the same ballpark. Carvana and CarMax both matched, so it’s not me. The car hadn’t even had an oil change before listing—who does that? If you can’t handle basic maintenance, why should anyone trust you to sell a car?
The slogan might be “the price you see is the price you pay,” but the vehicle definitely isn’t what it seems.

Never got back to me,after the first call and had the carfax link sent to me,probably for the best vehicle had a recall on it.

I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 from Gulliver
Auto Group of Plano. Salesman - Mark
Johnson was very patient, attentive and was
able to focus on what I need to purchased the
car throughout the whole process. I highly
recommend Mark, if any of you wants to
purchase the car from Gulliver Auto Group.
However, I was not happy about the financing
person “Other Mark” in this office. I have
clearly told him I don’t want any warranty for
the car. He still trying to pushing for it.

I purchased a Nissan from Gulliver Auto Group Plano and I'm in Mississippi so therefore we were handling everything over the phone. I did a bank transfer so the transaction was smooth and quick. There were a few things that I wanted taken care of before actually getting the vehicle. I had to have someone pick it up for me so I called a few time trying to get a time so I could have someone there get the vehicle. Mr. Jimmy he is a great person to work with as well as Mr. Mark. They are AWESOME AND 100% honest. The transmission went out in the car after only having it 3 days and he guaranteed me that he would make sure thw problem.waa taken care of. I appreciate them for being men of their word. Bob on the other hand doesn't have respect nor know how to talk to anyone. After I purchased the vehicle CASH Bob tells me calling there isn't going to speed up the process. I did let him know that you don't talk to a customer like that after just spending my money with you guys . So 4 stars

Do not buy from them!!! They sold my car the same day they asked for my paperwork- after days of talking mind you. AND DIDNT TELL ME A WORD AFTER!!! Save your time.

One of the worst experiences. The dealership is not
Truly the worst dealership I have ever bought from .
. I had to replace 2 tires , the 2 catalytic
converters, that brakes plus little elm stated that the
filters where removed .4200 for that issue , with no
response from the dealership . They
have not
addressed anything . Refused to step up to try to
settle this . I have receipts and statements of every
Amount I spent . I have emailed , called them and
stoped in and I was asked to leave as I was
demanding .
Please do not get involved with Gulliver.
