Brushed me off with the car I was inquiring about by saying it’s in the shop for repairs and nothing more about it, but tried to get me to look at other vehicles when the only reason I’m dealing with them is because of the vehicle I was interested in

I was really shocked. The salesman was very nice and not pushy. He let us look at the car by ourselves. We returned inside and we talked. Decided not to get it. He was polite and pleasant. Wanted the sale but made a promise that he would contact me if another simular unit arrived. Spoke to the manager told hom our findings. No hard feelings. I was really surprised. I've never left a dealership in a good mood car or not

Finished all my paperwork even put insurance on the car only to be told my letter from my lawyer was good enough and miles were not accurate..got my situation straight and contacted them back to purchase car no one returned my call until after I already purchased for a different dealership

Rivertown Toyota was worth the drive from Acworth Georgia. They had better prices than I’ve seen from some dealership In the Atlanta metro area and cleaner used vehicles, newer modes and less miles. I just needed a vehicle to drive to and from work in Atlanta area. My F250 is big and the way people drive wow. They even filled the gas tank up without in requesting it and professional wash, clean the inside. I plan to go back in 3 years for my son first car/truck.

Very bad experience. Poor communication. Never returned my MANY phone calls and voicemails. Drove an hour and a half to pick up my truck as I scheduled online. Got there, didn’t have everything I needed for paperwork, and was told truck was in Service. They actually sold truck out from under me. Horrible dealership!!!!

If I could put 0 stars i would. Before they ran my credit, I explained my credit score, which is really low. I told them I had no money down since, I'm a single parent. I was told no problem, once my credit was ran, I was given the run around by the sales rep. When I would call to get an update. He was say, he would call me back. I did not receive a call back from him. I tried calling again and after a few attempts, he finally picked up and when I asked for an update. I was told I would need 3500.00 down. I wouldn't buy a car from them, nor would I recommend them. The communication is terrible. They say, they can get you approved and then expect for you to have the money down, even after you already had said you don't have. This experience really made me upset.

Rivertown Toyota have deals posted that are click bait
and the people that work there are rude!
I contacted the dealer for a 2010 soul they had listed.
Not only was the person that they had contact me rude
he appeared to be annoyed about the price of the vehicle
I wanted to purchase. Needless to say I went with
someone other than rivertown Toyota.

I made an appointment to see the truck . I talked to the sales lady on
Wednesday afternoon. We set the appointment for Saturday morning,
because I lived 85 miles away. I made 2 attemps to contact her Friday
afternoon, to confirm, but had to leave a message on voice mail. . I called
again Saturday morning to confirm, but, the truck was sold Friday
evening. I dont think I will be trying this dealer again.

Not very good . My daughter find a
truck on line she thought I'd like . My
daughters actually buying it for me , we

I haven't actually been down to test drive or see the vehicle but
they keep me updated on the status of the vehicle, so the
experience so far is awesome hopefully I'll purchase my vehicle
next week with river town

They responded to my email quickly. The woman who called told me the car was still available. I called her back to set up a appt for a test drive. On arrival, I was handed over to a salesman who pulled up the car I was interested in and was able to see it had sold two days earlier! What a waste of time, effort, & gasoline!!!

VERY responsive and friendly, but nobody seemed to be on the same page or do any checking before getting back to me. At least three different salespeople told me the vehicle was in stock over the course of 7-8 days and tried to schedule an appointment when they had in fact already traded it before I contacted them the first time.

I had multiple conversations with Helen
& manager for over 4 days. Drove 4
hours and car's transmission was out
and car would not start. When I arrived,
salesman stated they were glad I came
so they can show me other cars they
had. Awful experience...STAY AWAY
