After the dealer confirming the appointment twice and that they had the specific car I wanted to see, and after I drove 45 minutes to test drive the car, it wasn’t on the lot. Dealer tried to show me another car of the similar trim level. It didn’t start. These folks have no respect for your time. Don’t bother.

Decent experience. The salesman, Malik, was knowledgeable about his product and very attentive. They tried to push add ons which I found weird, but a deal was ultimately made. The finance guy, Chris (I’m 99% sure) was the quickest I have ever seen. We were in and out in 2.5h on a Saturday which must be some kind of a record. I would consider them again in the future. Thank you

Paid over $6,000 to fix the worn parts and leaks on this used Jeep. This dealer claimed that the car had no problems. The worn parts were a real safety hazard that were one click away from causing a disaster!

Dealer responded promptly. When I inquired about the truck, it was available. I called a few days later before heading to the dealer. I was told it was “tentatively sold”. I received a phone call the following day around noon and was then told the buyer backed out and I was next in-line to purchase. I wasn’t able to make it that day and asked 3 times to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle for the next business day. I already had financing in order from my credit union but was told they couldn’t take my deposit. Now, if I wanted to go through them for financing they would allow that. I said no, I was contacted at the end of the business day and was told the truck is still available only to then be told in a 3 minute conversation that another salesman worked the deal with an out of state buyer and he was able to put down a hold deposit because of this. Just seems like BS to me, Previous purchase from a Sterling McCall dealer was a nightmare. Not a dealer for me. Just my experience…

The dealer sales man at this dealer was very arrogant, 0 intentions to negotiate. We drove 45 miles to that place for a white car I called in advance to make sure the car was there. They confirmed but when we got there he said that the car was probably gone. 1 hr later after we left he called. Me saying that a. Ee ‘white car’ has just arrived. He did not bother to check in the computer for the inventory while we were there. His Name is Duran Stark, and he was very unprofessional.

Initially I was treated well.It all changed once I arrived.Oscar has this arrogance about himself.He became infuriated because I didn’t want to accept a 3.99% rate because of my excellent credit.He didn’t even help me after the auto was bought with the electronics.I’m not sure what his problem was.His Manager on the other hand was nice.The shift stick does bounce randomly but the truck doesn’t change gears.When asked which is the recommended dealership he asked me to Google search it.I wouldn’t recommend Oscar as a Sales Rep.

They offered a “Certified” vehicle that had been repaired (left rear) but they did not put the pinstripe on straight. I guess it still qualified as a Certified Vehicle because the airbags did not deploy.

Stay far away from this dealership. They are a bunch of crooks. They said all of their used vehicle need NitroTint which is $995. So I asked the sales agent what it was and he said tint for the windows and nitrogen in your tires. Horrible customer service.

Contacted dealer regarding a vehicle that had just been listed and did not even have photos yet. Received a prompt response from dealer, was told photos would be sent, but then when salesman found out I wasn't able to come in until the following week, was told the vehicle had been sold. One week later vehicle is still listed on CarGurus and dealer website. Maybe I'm wrong but it felt like a bait n switch. Only giving 3 stars because they did reply quickly, and even received a followup email from dealer manager. I would likely not contact them again if another vehicle came up on my search. Proceed with caution.

A piece of plastic is missing from the driver side seat. I asked the used car salesman and we all have experience dealing with those kinds of people, if that would be replaced. He proudly says NO. I said ok thank you and took my business elsewhere. All he had to do to have my business is say , I can help you with that and give me the price of the fix. The end.

In addition to having the prices not actually changing when you negotiate for a lower rate... I depend on every Nickel that I have to work with in my budget, and cannot afford to have price increases when I drive to their location to purchase a car that is supposed to be there according to the description given on Cargurus. I am now too insecure given the very low ratings that I see over and over from potential customers..... Thank You, but No Thank You!

The used cars are junk. Cars are over priced. Cracks in windshields, check engine lights on, smell of cigarette smoke in the cars. Oil dipstick with no oil on it when you check it.

They were not transparent. They are not very responsive and lied about their process and then tried to cover it up. I do not recommend this dealership. I tried to purchase a Jeep last Monday. I was contact by sales and I told her I was ready to purchase. She stated she would call me back. I continued to call but didn’t get a call back until Wednesday. On Thursday I reach out to the lot where the Jeep was located and told them I would be there Friday morning to purchase it. I spoke them twice on Friday morning while on my way. 45 min prior to arriving, they called and said that they were going to sell the truck to someone that was going to come late Friday evening. By Friday night, the sales director and the sales manager called trying explain. They said the actual buyer of the Jeep put a deposit down on the Jeep. I told them that was impossible because I tried to do that on Monday, Tuesday and that Thursday but was told that was not their policy. Terrible!

Where to start? I'm a cash buyer for a used car however I could not get a total price so I would know how much cash to bring. I got all kinds of excuses including it was against the law in Texas to give out the total price??? I spent 35 years in this business and this was a first! I'm about to give them another try on another car but so far no one answers the phone? What a business model, and Sterling McCall before asking me for more information I have no more unless you want the car specifics. The person I was dealing with was the "internet guy" , I will leave his name off this review. You better have a sense of humor when dealing with these guys...

Went in for a test drive - when we sat down to discuss pricing we were surprised to learn that the advertised, "no haggle internet price" was NOT the actual price as it did not include the "mandatory" $1,000 tint/nitrogen package. Felt a bit shady and deceptive. I understand that a lot of dealerships do this, but not all. We will take our business elsewhere.

Emailed me right away and were very helpful. Patrick helped me get the car I wanted and was able to answer any question I had. And if he didn't have the answer he was quick to get back to me with an answer. They were able to get me the payment I wanted working with them and I also got a warranty.

Larry was awesome, deal was straightforward. Finance gave me much better rate. Hapoy wth overall experience except the detailed cleaning of the vehicle when we test drove it, it was not a good job. I don’t think it was even cleaned. Customers First impression of vehicle esp with cleanliness is of utmost importance.

I had a hard time getting the véhicule on hold, they pushed a little to run my credit before test drive as I was out of state. But I ended up getting a decent deal, was able to negotiate new tires as they passed the inspection but were super ran out and seemed unsafe for the kids. I also got a decent deal on the extended warranty which was a must when buying a RR. Overall it was fine.

Test drove this car. Front end shakes very bad. Told it needed new tires but the tread on the tires was great. Until the dealership fixes this I don't imagine it will sell. I would not pay $15000 for a car that shakes like that.

Would give them less than one star if possible. Totally dishonest salesman, this dealership is the reason why car salesman get such a horrible reputation. Total waste of my time vehicle was nothing like what I was told it was car had dents not dings. Don’t waste your time go to a different dealer that will appreciate you as a customer.

The internet price is misleading . They add “options” to every car. Expect to pay $1,295 EXTRA over the internet price. Then expect to be pushed to buy all manner of overpriced warranties because all used cars sold as is. Buyer beware here.

Car wasn’t there when we got to dealer. Bought another RAV 4 that said was certified on your website but wasn’t at the dealers website and after much haggling got them to acquiesce. One other thing..the dealer had installed addons which weren’t reflected on price Listed in advert. Again after much haggling got them to compromise Shady practice in my estimation

I contacted them and scheduled a visit. I drove 30 miles to look at the vehicle. It was in the showroom. I askedbifbibxould test drive it. Salesman went to get the keys when his manager came over and said I wouldn’t be allowed to drive it. After being told I could on the phone and wasted my time and miles in the car I decided to just walk away. Not sure how many people would buy a car without driving it first. I would say this dealership needs new management.

The whole process from the response to my inquiry from the internet manager Mr.Victor Emebo to the finance manager Mr. Donny Gutierrez was 100% AMAZING!!! I didn't have to wait all day for an answer it literally was an in at 12: 00pm and out at 3: 00pm process... Which tells me they were just as serious about selling me a car as I was about buying one.The biggest thing is that they were able to keep my notes low without a hugh down payment. Again the whole experience was AMAZING!!!!

I asked the seller before going to dealership, "are there hidden fees?" He said no. Upon buying the vehicle there was a $400 hidden fee. I asked, "what's that for?". He said it was for putting nitro in tires. Tricky, but I got him to remove the fee. Next the auto loan guy said he could get me a low interest rate only if I got a $3500 warranty. It was a trick, another car dealership offered me an interest rate half as much with no warranty days before. So i bought it with the warranty then cancelled the warranty and got to keep the low interest rate. Next the salesman said they inspected the vehicle so I figured i could rest easy. While driving home going 60mph I felt the vehicle shaking. I spent $1000 on new tires, alignment, didn't fix the issue. Then 1 month later the check engine light comes on. Then a bad gas cap light comes on. Then today I find a similar vehicle online with 3 features I liked better for same car, same price, "different dealership". Salt in the wound.

I didn't like how they tried to make me pay for dealer added things that I did not want but that the dealer already installed and were not disclosed on the web listing. However, my sales rep Babar quickly resolved the issue for me.

Rude dealership. Gal who called was demeaning and dismissive as soon as I shared I’d found exact same car for less and rep insinuated I was not being honest. I DID find the exact car for less. She kept stating I wasn’t comparing apples to apples, etc. The entire conglomeration they belong to over charges compared to others in Houston

The 4Runner I was interested in was sold and I was never notified. I had an appointment to test drive and I called the day before to see if the car was still there. It wasn’t!! Glad I called. I bought a 4Runner from a different dealership.

He was professional. However, I explained my situation via email which was I'm upside down in my vehicle and knew I would have to add the negative equity to the new car loan. And, I wasn't putting any money down. Rather than be straight forward and say he couldn't help me, he says he can. So, I head to the dealership to test drive the car and get a trade in value for vehicle. After the test drive, he explains why he can't help me. Rather than be straight forward from the beginning, he wastes my time... Typical salesperson.

Good experience! I had to reschedule several times, but they were patient with me. When I went in, I was greeted immediately and connected with the sales member I had been communicating with in less than five minutes. He had the vehicle waiting and ready for an immediate test drive. I told him what I could afford (my credit isn't the best), and he made it happen without making me feel pressured to buy something I couldn't afford. The deal was good, no bait and switch here. The only small snag was that I had to pick the vehicle up the next day because it needed a new windshield, but I didn't mind at all. They gave me a sweet loaner. Overall very smooth, easy experience. Thanks, Sunday! You were polite and made me feel relaxed.

Turned out to be a switch and bait. Two weeks in a row - I responded to advertised vehicles, called and made an appointment to go see, except every time all those vehicles were "just sold" by the time I got there for my appointment, and then I was offered older model, more expensive vehicles instead, less features. Not likely to waste my time going there again.

I called ask to see the car over the phone. When i got there after 1 hour drive the guy told me the car wasn't available. A customer borrowed it. He wanted to show me another vehicle instead. I said im not interested.

Ruth (red head) very helpful, she has tons of energy and very vivid! Only issue I had was when I set an appointment to look at the car. They had raised their price on the vehicle on their website n there lot. Luckily I had screen shots of the price saved on my phone.

The only reason I purchased from them is because they had the EXACT pre owned vehicle I was looking for. The sales staff wasn’t helpful, and they promised me an extra key which I did not get. Sure, everyone was nice, but aside from that I had to sell my own car to myself.

I felt the internet sales person was a little rude. I understand they are in sales, but the pushing, pushing & pushing to go in the store and telling me how my "presence is essential". When I told him I wasn't going to drive down there, 30 miles away, to look at a car if I don't think I can get it at the price I want it.

I called and a guy named Marco... told me that this vehicle was available.. me and my mother traveled a whole to come up there regarding that spectacular deal. He confirmed the vehicle with me when I got there and said he was going to get the keys and drive it to the front so I can test drive it.. before he even went to get the keys he gave me a credit applicantion which is bogus if you haven't driven a car yet !! I told him we need to test drive the vehicle first in order to know if we're going to get it or not.. he said he'll be back to get the keys then came back 10 min later and told me the vehicle was just sold.. smh.. which is the biggest lie ever told bc I scheduled ahead of time to test drive this vehicle .. then after that he told me that I told him an Hyundai Elantra instead of the 2017 sonata , which was not true at all because the dude confirmed with me WHEN I GOT THERE that it was the 2017 Hyundai Sonata.. he then tried to look at other locations of other dealerships for another sonata.. he offered from his location a Volkswagen Jetta that was a good price.. I seen on car gurus that it had one accident so I was looking at it on my phone while he was on the computer ..I asked him did it have any accidents just to see if he would tell the truth or not.. and he said that vehicle had NO ACCIDENTS, while I'm showing it did.. so in all the dude is a pathological liar.. DO NOT GO TO MARCO AT FORT BEND TOYOTA! He doesn't know what he is doing and he's not charitable of his customers

There was a big problem and I having the car available for me to! However five hours later the card did arrive and $500 was taken off the price of the vehicle which helped with the discomfort of such a long day.

I have been looking for a specific vehicle for a little while now and this dealership was by far the worst dealership I have visited yet. They has the car I wanted but the Salesman was rude, unprofessional, not helpful. Once the management was involved they were much nicer however weren't much help either and there was no accountability for their poor customer service. In my opinion there are upwards of 50 other dealerships off 59 alone and I will choose never to go back to this one. We took our $50,000 + check and went up the road where our business was appreciated.
