I was contacted by this dealership. The salesman name was and is Ronald Ball. When he first contacted me he was kind of brash a little bit when I question him about the vehicle and the price. He sent me some pictures of the vehicle that did not show that the seat was busted up. Later he sent pictures of the vehicle stating that the vehicle needed to go in the shop for seat repair and some other things that needed to be done.. in the meantime I decided to not go with the vehicle for those reasons and he was trying to get me to get the financing through them. This dealership also had three different posting on the internet on the price of the vehicle when I question Ronald on this he became a little angry. A few days later I after checking on other vehicles I decided that the price was good and contacted this dealership again. I was speaking with Ronald about the price again and he begun to raise his voice at me. Very unprofessional! Tried contacting the General Manager to no avail

Dealer was terrible went in with a approved loan and they lied about running our credit to get a better deal we told them we had a approved loan they are the worse place in Austin don’t trust them or they treat this way in the beginning how would they treat you when you buy a car

They lied about the price! In fact they raised less than 24 hours after I spoke to them. I drove over an hour an a half to purchase the vehicle after confirming the price over the phone to find out that was only the price if I financed with them! The vehicle was scratched up and dirty! Barely any gas to even take a test drive the gas light was on! This is a 65k transaction. They don’t even tell the sales person the price had changed he was clueless! Bad business! Beware

Finance guys are terrible. They always tried selling their warranty forcefully. If you reject their warranty offers, they will say it will only cost a couple of dollars per month increase in total payment, and when you said ok because you want to go home and tired of keep saying no to those guys for 3 hours, they will increase your loan terms. Of course it’s up to you to accept or reject, but it feels like they won’t let you leave unless you buy a warranty. Once you bought the car, they don’t care. One time, after a few months later, I tried to cancel the warranty because I don’t have the car anymore, the finance guy told me to go to a website and cancel it. But he gave me an email address. He doesn’t seem to understand the difference between email address and website address. He said he will call me back about that and he never did call back. I had to find the correct web address in Google. Just stay away from them. Their sales tactics are the worse in this industry.

Wow. If you’d like to get screwed go to this dealership. I put $1k down on a barely used Tacoma and they had promised to hold the vehicle until I could look at it and surely buy it two days later. We live in Marble Falls and were on our way to pick up the truck. We got a call from the sales manager who “called to inform me that he sold the truck yesterday.” No explanation. No apology. Zero give a crap. It’s clearly all about the sell for him. The salesman says that he did everything to hold the truck which means the manager sold the truck knowing it was on a hold. They do not care about you. So, in short, if you’d like to get screwed this is you’re place.

Dealership was quick to respond and we setup a time for me to check out the 2015 Silverado. My credit union sent me the CARFAX, which showed no accidents, so I had my loan pre approved and was ready to make a deal. I arrived a little early and found the truck on the lot with several other vehicles. It was clearly NOT prepped for a sale since the front bumper had a major dent in it right in the middle near the license plate holder, which had the dealership name and wasn't damaged, so I assume they were aware of the damage. I took a few pictures of the bumper and other things that should have been replaced, ie. the cruise control and radio/phone controls on the steering wheel were so worn out, the icons were missing. I found these both on Amazon for about $100 for the pair. Both headlight assemblies had major scratches and those were also available on Amazon. I never found the salesman but found his manager and showed her the picture of the damaged bumper but she thought I was kidding.

Don't give these people your time or money, you do all the work. I did the initial inquiry through a car search website. Expressed much interest in a vehicle only to receive no response. I called the dealership to schedule a test drive. Things went down hill immediately upon my arrival. Some guy sitting at the desk closest to the front door tells me that the sales person I'm there to see isn't at his desk, this is confirmed by him looking at the empty desk, and tells me he should show up soon. Proceeds to continue his phone call on speaker, I had no idea he was talking to someone, while I continue to stand there awkwardly having not been told where I should go. Finally, this guy shows up, gets my license and insurance and goes to pull the car around. Meanwhile, the dealership calls me, I answer and hear myself on speaker phone from another office. I guess no one properly checked me in upon arrival? Also, no privacy so be prepared for any phone conversations to be heard by all. My sale

Terrible experience, call ahead of time verify availability drove there no one new about my appointment and after a while management on duty told me it is sold a day before…really bad taste and horrible customer experience. I do not recommend this dealership.

I was interested in buying a Toyota Camry “nightshade” edition that they had posted on here. The more I looked at the pictures though the more I realized that it was actually not a nightshade edition but just and SE. The post had other questionable things about it so I contacted them to get some clarification. I asked about 4-5 questions about that specific car and they never would answer any of the questions. But they sure didn’t hesitate to call and email me a bunch of times trying to get me to come in, for what, can’t you just answer a few questions . They said I will have our products specialist contact you… okay, that did t happen. Now I see they are selling different Camry that they are saying is an XLE but the pictures clearly show the badge and it says it’s an SE. surely aren’t accidentally mislabeling the posts. If they are constantly misrepresenting what they are selling, how can they expect anyone to trust them. Seems scammy

I went to the dealership and test drove 2 vehicles. I didn't like either, but I told both my salesman and the sales manager what I was looking for. The next day I was texted by the sales manager, and was told a car that fit my criteria was being traded-in that day. I told him I was very interested and to get back with me with more information. I never heard back. The next day I was texted asking why I had not shown up and that the sales manager had waited on me all morning. I explained I never said I was coming. Simply that I was waiting on information. He had gotten me mixed up with another customer. I will never buy from this dealership. Nor will I refer friends and family there. You have ONE job to do, and that is remember you customers. Very pushy sales tactics also. I explained I am a real estate agent and did not want to be "sold" to, yet that is exactly what the sales manager did in person. Then couldn't even remember who I was. Not good business.

I had a good experience working with the salespeople. The only issue is that their web site inventory isn't being updated quickly enough from the break-neck pace of sales they seem to be doing at the moment. As a result, I visited them to test drive a car and found out it sold before I arrived there (and they hadn't returned the call I made to check availability before heading there). My #2 candidate car was being bought by someone else, too. I did test drive some alternatives but I ended up buying from another dealer that had a model I liked more.

Bait and switch. Traded emails with them, set the appointment and when I got there they told me the car had a bad transmission but they could sell me a lessor car for the same price. I will never use them because I can’t trust them.

The car I went to see and was told was being held was already sold off by the time that I arrived. The sales person was extremely rude and knew nothing about the vehicle I was looking at. I wish I was helped by the first man that I spoke to when I arrived. It was bait and switch with a massive rude and nasty attitude on top of it. I will never do business with this dealership and will make sure anyone I know in the market for a car to avoid this place like the plague. Don't expect someone to be happy when you advertise one car and then say only have a different one for 3k more.

The amount they advertised the car at is only if they finance it. It doesnt say that anywhere in the listing. Trust me I took pictures of everything. My bank was ready since 8 am to send them money to buy the car. They said if I wasnt financing with them it would now be almost a thousand more. My daughter is stuck in a new town with a new job hundreds of miles away from me with a broken down car so I need to get her something. I agreed to the higher price. Im ready to send the money. Oh wait you have to fill out a special form that proves your not a terrorist. " we've been doing this since 911" The link they sent took me not to some government paperwork as explained but to their finance application. I also sent them my dd214 and zoomed in on the spot that showed I was a veteran of the gulf war. They simply wanted me to finance through them so they drug their feet until it was too late on the east coast for a wire transfer to even take place. THEY ARE CROOKS. ALL OF THEM.

Dealership contacted me the same day i inquired, a couple hours later a manager contacted me confirming that the car will be ready for me. I show up at my appointment time and I am met by a sales rep who tells me that my sales rep is "Busy with another customer so i guess i can help" he says he is just going to pull up the car and we can get going. i see him roll up with a completely different car. I am kinda irritated because this low life at this dealership is trying to play me! I see the price of this car and it is 4 thousand dollars more than the car i wanted to see. I ask him and he says that the car sold, this really got to me considering the manager that confirmed my appointment only 2 hours beforehand stated that it was ready for me to see. So i stood outside and called the dealership and asked if they have this car available, THEY SAID IT WAS!! So he drives me to the shop area where the car i wanted is being serviced and is filthy inside. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE RATS!

Drove 45 minutes after the salesperson emailed us to tell us that they lowered the price due to it being end of the month to $13974. We got there and they had a 2017 Nissan Rogue parked right in front for $20,000. We were told when we got there that the car that we wanted to see was STOLEN! But they did have the one on the lot if I wanted to look at. Wow. Bait and switch. Tell me how a stolen car was still on the inventory. Decided to keep digging and contacted them with my maiden name the next day when I noticed they still had the listing and went UP in price. Emailed from my husband’s email and one person contacted us back from the dealership that was nice enough to add the CarFax. It showed it was STOLEN 5/17 on CarFax. I put a call into the dealership to speak to a manager. No one got back to me. Beware of this dealership.

Worst experience. Wasted my whole day when I have finals and kids to be home with. I saw a great price on a nice new pathfinder online and emailed them and came in to see it. I wouldn’t have came all there from Leander and left my kids all day if they weren’t weren’t going to have the vehicle i saw online( they could have called or emailed me that it was sold) I sure did get an email that about my appointment reminding me. In addition, they wouldn't honor the selling price it was listed for online. Again. Why waste my time. I even test drove a vehicle similar to it thinking they would offer it the same price but no. I’ll look else where thank you. Beware of sales lady MONA. She’s deceiving. Next time I’m recording the whole time I go to a dealership. Cus when she says that shouldn’t be a problem on the price it is a problem if your not honoring what I came looking for. Don’t waste people’s time.

They do not honor their word. They agreed to a price. After test driving the car and getting a Pre-pruchase inspection, they told me there is no way I expected them to sell me the car at the price they previously refereed to as "reasonable" and offered me one or two hundred off the asking price. The whole sales management staff was aware of what the agreed price was but still allowed me to waste my time and money on pursuing the purchase. Without a doubt, buyer beware when dealing with these guys. Their tactics are stereo typical "used car salesmen". Long drive, Posted mileage was 65,680 - when I arrived and got carfax report actual mileage was over 130K -- they need to be careful otherwise looks very bad, and it was a long drive and I called first to verify car was there and available for inspection. I would request they email you the carfax report before seeing a car here...

They have one price on the car but don’t tell you that price is with rebate until the final paper work. There’s no mention of this on the sales tag. If you go through your bank the price increases. In my opinion poor trade practices. They don’t listen to the customer. There primary goal is to make sure you don’t leave the lot without one their cars. That was on Saturday. On Monday they called me up to say they wanted to right a wrong. There offer was the same one I walked away from. If you are trying to right a wrong the same offer isn’t going to do it. Don’t waste my time with empty offers.

I went to look at the car and the salesman were very extremely pushy. Kept me 4 hours and belittled me after I told him repeatedly that I just came to look not prepared to buy. Ever suggested they follow me home. That was when the deal was over. Strange men don’t offer to follow a signal woman home!

The dealer was suppose to hold the vehicle for me and my mom are going to the bank and he called in an hour that the vehicle is gone. The dealer is postgame and kept pressure on my mother about the finance. No longer go there ever again.

Worked with internet sales rep Carlos. He is terrible. Did not call back one time, I made about 6 outbound calls to him. Submitted my credit application and still heard nothing. His sales tactic was to act like he didn't care at all about my interest. Ended up driving out to Austin to see the car per his instruction and the car sold beforehand and they tried to sell me a more expensive car. Carlos told me he would call back a minimum of 6 times and didn't make one phone call until the one to tell me it was sold. I do not recommend this sales department to have integrity or trustworthiness in making big purchases like this.

I've been to this dealer many times. I used to have my last truck serviced here, until I sold it. This time a sales person reached out to me via email. We negotiated an OTD price, pending that I liked what I saw with the truck. I went by that night after work. I work late and the dealer was closed, but I just wanted to give it a glance over before dealing with the sales associates. The truck had some body damage, a crack in the tail lamp, and the interior was scratched up and filthy. So I passed. The sales person didn't pester me. Overall, the experience dealing with the dealer was not bad. Just sometimes used vehicles can be mistreated, like this one. But I wouldn't hesitate to contact this dealer in the future.

Drove from Temple to buy 2015 Altima SL . After waiting, was told it sold but they had a 2014. Test drove that one & was informed it was over $2,000 more. The second car is a year older without a factory warranty and should have sold for $1,300 less. The car I wanted stayed advertised for two days after I complained to the salesperson about why it was still listed online. The post finally came down. I wasted 2 days trying to get the second car for what it should have been marked at to barely compete with the car I came for in the first place. Don't waste your time here - bait and switch or cat fishing scam. I've never left a bad review on a place even when I've had a bad experience, but this experience warrants a review.Update he gave me a discount because I was angry now car is that price now . Don't waste your time! I gave a 5 star rating on google only because of amazing salesman.

I purchased the vehicle. I was very happy with the salesman however, the sales manager left me less then impressed. Never once did I get a warm fuzzy feeling from him. I never even saw him smile. I thought his negotiating skills left a lot to be desired. I know 14K is not a lot of money to some but it is a lot to me. This was not a happy purchase for me because of the sour look the sales manager had on his face the whole time.

The salesperson who responded told me to meet him at the new car section of the dealership. When I arrived, I drove straight thru to the used car portion. One of the used car salespeople there told me they had not had a Leaf on the lot in weeks. Apparently the ad was a ruse to get people there.
