Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the car, kept asking me the same questions even after I told him I had financing already. Manager tried to save the deal but ultimately I did not buy.

I purchased the vehicle they advertised and am terribly disappointed with the dealerships performance after the sale. The car had issued that

I went up there the next day to see the car and it was sold. The next morning I received a call saying hey would you like to come see this car. Explaining the situation she proceeded to say we have other cars even after I told her I was looking for the specific vehicle.

The advertised price was not the final price. There was about $4000 tacked on. I made a counter offer which was not accepted. That’s fine. I replied stop to opt out of further communication and he sent one last text telling me not to worry, that I was taken off his leads and placed on the do not sell list.

Dealer was quick to respond and start negotiating. Ultimately worked out a deal and I drove 1 way for 78 miles to sign paperwork. When I got there at 7:30PM to sign and see vehicle, they said it had been taken to Chevy dealership to get some warranty items fixed. I signed all documents and then never heard from anyone. Called, left messages, emailed, etc…. Nothing. Finally spent an entire day calling dealership until someone would answer. I was then told the vehicle would be at Chevy dealership for 2 weeks and the engine was currently pulled out to get worked on. No one ever disclosed any of this. Luckily I was able to back out of deal. Poor communication by dealership salesman.

After several dealerships my wife and I visited we came across rockwall jeep. Omar Mendias our saleman from the start was honest and listened to what we where looking for. Omar made it clear he was there to help and answer questions. Less than 24 hours my wife bought her jeep with everything she wanted on it and more. We where so happy with how Omar treated us that I refered my brother to him and now he is ordering his wife a jeep. Thank you Omar for the way you helped us and showed true professionalism. Needed a 2nd vehicle to supplement our new vehicle, I saw their used car ad indicated an on-line a price + tax, title and license on a van. When giving my information for the van on-line they increased the price by ($650+ more than advertised in their ad.. Reason was vague but mention “Clear coat”, nothing in the ad mentioned this. (Is that bate and switch)? Shouldn’t that price increase show in their ad? They called to say they saw my inquiry to test drive, but someone was currently looking at it. I quickly left the house an arrived 20 minutes later. Asking if the van was sold, Salesman said No! Why place and ad on-line for sale when cars not ready to sale? Was told I could not see car because they misplaced the keys. Then was told they think the Tech has the missing key because of the “Check engine light”? They were not apologetic, but acted uninterested and never offered to show me anything else as if I was just another customer in their way.

They did respond, however I was the one who had to make to initiate all communication.
Then was told after 3days that the vehicle couldn't be sold due to engine issues and was being taken to auction. However they ran my credit knowing the vehicle couldn't be sold or so I was told.

James Brown was my salesman and he was great. He contacted me instantly when I inquired about the truck. The
truck actually only had 4 miles on it instead of 10, and I bought this truck off the showroom floor. As soon as I got
there they cleared the vehicles out of the showroom and drove my truck out so I could test drive it. I couldn't believe
how fast I was in and out of the whole paperwork process with my truck. There was no hassle or smoke and mirrors,
and everyone was friendly. I left feeling like I was treated fairly which isn't how I usually feel when I buy a car. I love
the truck too. I highly recommend Rockwall Dodge.

I drove 2 hours to get there with my 8 months old baby and heard the car has been sold!!! But I called them 2 hours before and they said they have it!!! Very poor customer service

Shopping online for a vehicle was a first for me. So when Amanda was so quick to respond, i was very pleased an excited all at the same time. What i found i consider to be my dream truck. It is a used Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 but never once did she act any different because they were a Dodge dealer.
So after negotiating, I left the next morning to drive 2 1/2 hour drive to purchcase my pickup. Amanda even called to make sure i knew where i was going. It was a beautiful Navy in color ride. The paper work was signed in a timely manor and i
drove away with confidence knowing they had done me right.
Rockwall Dodge is a 5 star dealership in my eyes. Thank you Amanda and Sam for all you did.

Dealer added overpriced services to vehicle
makes doing business with them unacceptable.
Add ons are nearly $2690. Thatâs ludicrous. Any
buyer who would pay that for mostly unwanted

I contacted dealer and spoke with salesperson. Made appointment to see car, drove to
dealership to see the car, drove it, and negotiated a purchase with used car director who
negotiated price and approved sale personally. The dealership wrote up the purchase order
which was signed and approved. They wanted to deliver the car the next day since they had to
make it ready. The next day I get a phone call from salesperson saying that his used car
manager had decided to sell the car to someone else and was not going to honor the price they
agreed upon and contracted worth me the prior day. Needless to say I was very disappointed
with their lack of seriousness and unethical approach to doing business. Thanks. I asked why
they were not going to honor the Transactions as negotiated and approved by their management
and the response was that they found a way to get more money for the car with an out of state.
Not recommended!!

I had loan and was getting ready to purchase truck. I was not interested in purchasing dealer "add-ons" which added $2,600. Dealer indicated it was required that I purchase all add-ons and send $1,000 dollars immediately to hold truck. I suggested I would purchase some of the add-ons. Dealer never responded. I was paying full dealer asking price. Glad I hadn't already purchased plane tickets to go get truck.

Only heard from the salesman once after he had me submit their credit application. At
first said they had nationwide delivery then texted and said delivery was not available.
Stopped responding to my texts so I contacted the general manager who got rude with
me when I said this was one of worst experiences I'd had. Salesman eventually texted
me back and claimed my financing wasn't approved, but the dealership never
submitted to my pre-approved lender even after I had originally told them to. I wound
up buying from a different dealer the next day using that pre-approved financing.

Great experience!!!!! This dealership was extremely easy to work with. James Brown deserves some kind of award for going above and beyond what I had expected, including after I purchased the truck, he delivered to my house himself. AND WHY I’LL NEVER buy from them again is they
lied to me. Tried to sell my a bunch of BS on how
State law required them to file my title for me. By law I
was required to let them pay my tax and register the
vehicle for me and oh by the way, it was going to cost
me a couple of hundred dollars. On the paperwork it
showed they charged me $80.00 for inspection fee.
They gave me paperwork work saying there were NO
active recalls on the car. After checking the official
web site there are 2 mandatory recalls on the car that
have not been completed. Both are major safety
issues. This dealership is NOT to be trusted!!!

and they said the car was sent to Auction 2 days before. The worst thing is

I purchased the truck for their asking price. Paid cash. It was listed with the
JBL upgraded stereo system. The CD player does not work. I only checked
the radio. (my bad). I contacted the Rockwall Dodge the day after I picked up
the truck to let them know the CD player was not working. That was a week
ago. I've communicated with three different representatives and they all say
they have to check.

I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from them on February 24 February 26 I took it back for transmission problems they repaired the transmission and gave me a two years warranty on it and I Met service manager his name is Kevin shutters they have a first-class service department. I saw my truck on cargurues that morning that the price was dropped so I stopped by to look...
They bent over backwards to get my payments and trade in amount where I was Happy
I had business to take care of had to leave for a few hours
When I returned they had all paperwork somewhat ready they surprised me with a new set of tires & 42000 miles of extended warranty added to the deal no extra charge

Don’t waste your freaking time like they waste potential customers. First of all I was never contacted when I showed interest in buying a car. Then I called receptionist and she gave me to a salesperson who never contacted me. I had to call back and got a guy name Matt who told me the car Durango was still available. Filled out paperwork and waited ALL day long. I even had to call him back to ask the status of my application. He stated it was in review only for him to call me back to say car was sold. No communication at all and I don’t ever want to waste my time with this type of dealership. It’s already stressful buying a car and when you find something you like and get excited to be disappointed. Super pissed

This place has no business being on the internet. They need to stick to high pressure closers and insisting that the fancy showroom justifies full retail "deals" are beneficial to customers.
The internet opens up a dealer to a national marketplace, which brings in clients from additional sources beyond Dallas Texas.
This dealership has no idea how to embrace that or earn customers in such a manner. Don't waste your time or energy contacting them unless you are prepared to take all of the risk of buying online, make all of your own arrangements, and them pay FULL RETAIL for all your efforts.

My daughter's long time boyfriend who was a marine recently died and within a couple of days, her car bit the dust too so we were shopping for something inexpensive to help her have transportation. I found Rockwall Dodge's listing for a 2008 white Chevy Equinox Sport (Mileage 170,207)and my daughter loved it. First time she had smiled in a week I think. I called the dealership about it on August 23rd. I wanted to know the condition of the vehicle. I spoke with Russell who said he was the Internet Sales Manager. At first he said the vehicle had been sold but was going to double check. Then he called back and said it was still there but they were putting brakes and a new windshield on it but otherwise it was a beautiful car and in great condition. He told me how they check everything over and that it was clean and ran great. He said we could see it the next day but it wouldn't be ready for a test drive until Friday the 25th since they had just received it as a trade in. My daughter and I went up on the 24th to see it. We liked it and told him if it drove ok on Friday, we wanted to buy it. My daughter LOVED it and was all smiles. He told us it might be ready that night and he would call. I never heard anything from him so I called the next morning on Friday. He said he couldn't find my number but he was sorry that they would no longer be able to sell the vehicle because during inspection, they found an oil leak that would cost about $2,000. Russell was very nice and helpful. However the lower star rating is for how the dealership handles the listings. Cars should not be listed until they've completed inspection. Otherwise you are wasting your customer's time. We spent time on the phone and driving over there for a vehicle that ended up being unsellable. That's a bad business practice and it leaves an unfavorable opinion of the dealership and its practices. Plus my husband messaged the dealership today because the car hadn't been removed and still showed for sale. The girl that responded through the dealership website said she would check to see if it was still available and came back to say it WAS still available. These bait and switch games are not good and not fair to the customers. Especially when one is already going through a terrible loss.

Bought a car from this dealer and they never followed through with what was written in the contract...I even went to the manager who didn't seem to care...you bought the vehicle now it's your problem. I would have contacted a lawyer but I am a single mom who could not afford to do so. Do not buy from them!!!
