The sales person Kumi (I hope the spelling of his name is right) was great and so was the finance guy. The banks wanted too much from me and I got denied and that's why there was no purchase. They tried and really wanted to get me into the vehicle I wanted, but there was no success. Other than that, the crew were great.

NIce salesman-clueless on car. Difficulty with trade-in. Low tire pressure sensor on in vehicle. No one available to check low tire pressure
at dealership when leaving. Not one man could check it ????!!! I went to service station and had to do it myself. Ridiculous to treat a
buying customer that way. I felt as it , " we got your money, now get gone!" I was told, "sorry no one here now to check your low tire
pressure." Hello...ugh... its a car dealership. I had 70 mile drive homewith an 80 year old mother with me and after buying car the 1st stop
was somewhere else to get tire checked....it just needed AIR!!!
I think the glittery suits I saw worn in dealership could spare a couple of bucks for a tire gauge and learn how to check a tire on a vehicle...I
mean disgraceful.

I made several attempts to purchase this car, I even drove to the car lot in person and attempted to pay for it (in person).
They do not have the car. They continue to email information about the car. They continue to make price changes knowing that they do not have the car. They bait you in with an advertisement with hopes that you're desperate to purchase something else in place of it.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Oscar and the other 7 people who called me on Tuesday were ready to make the sale but didn’t have anything done until Thursday morning. Oscar Guevara is very unprofessional, I ended up calling deal off Friday at 1:30 and supposedly everything was already done and car was ready for pick up. I arrived at 5pm asked for Oscar and he just threw us to someone else. He was talking to me very unprofessional with no respect. We also didn’t leave until 9pm. Not to mention we get home the next day for the back door don’t even open. Highly not satisfied with this dealership

By far the most horrible buying experience I have had. Sales persons are liars and do not know how to communicate. Had Go up there to get an update on my vehicle and speak to management. I bought the vehicle on Monday night and have yet to receive it. It’s Sunday night now. stay away from this place.

waited three days for finance. Was told to come sign and drive waited 3 hours. 2 days later went back after
signing online, as well as being told they would bring it to me. Once in the car went a few miles and check
engine light came on ESC light was on. Car should not have been on their lot should have been a wholesale
car.

We drove two and half hours to purchase this vehicle. We did everything online and I
communicated with the salesman via phone, text messaging and by email. We even
scheduled our appointment to come in for pick-up. I made it clear that we didn't want to
make a blank trip to the dealership and everything was a "go", my husband was already
pre-approved for financing. When we got there, we were told that the vehicle was sold
that morning, which I kept asking could we have an earlier appt due to travel, no
answer on the dealership side, however we were shown and test drove another vehicle
that obviously been in a wreck, still nice vehicle but however it has some damages,
while test driving the damaged vehicle, we spotted the one we came there for, nothing
on the truck stated it was sold, I look online this morning and it has a price drop on the
vehicle, it all just seem like a joke and time was wasted. Very disappointed in how this
was handled. If it is available let us know that it is.

Waste of time. I’d give this dealer zero stars if I could. Negotiated over the phone and came to an agreement. Everything was set and I just needed to sign the final papers. Told I’d be contacted in 5 minutes to get this done. Two hours go by. Then I’m told it sold to a walk in. Three days later I get on Car Guru and see the EXACT same listing with the vehicle marked up $5000. What a joke.

Tristan was excellent. She kept me informed about the truck I was interested in. They were waiting for the truck to be delivered. She sent to form for me to fill out to get the truck financed. Turns out the truck was sent to auction because it wasn’t in good condition. I will continue in my search. Dealer contacted me in a timely manner. I set an appointment with Sal Martinez. I test drove the vehicle, filled out paperwork. I told Mr. MARTINEZ my down-payment would be $3000.00 he informed me to give him $5000.00 and he wouldn't have to check my credit. I said $3000.00, he seem angry came back then told me $6500.00 on a $20,900 truck. I left to go get $2000.00 more, I called him back, he wouldn't take any more phones calls from me. He has tons of Awards around his office but it doesn't mean anything if he doesn't have human decency, respect, morals, values or ethics. Smh

Made initial contact and told them how far we were driving to test drive. Called numerous times on day of and also texted our rep with no response but vehicle was still showing available. Made the almost 2 hour drive to finally see our rep who allowed us to see the car but then said it looks like it's sold. Let's show you something else. Stop wasting my time and just be honest that you knew the vehicle was sold.

After two days of working with the dealership via phone to purchase, all required documents sent in for processing, all terms in place and agreed upon. I had a set appointment and as I was 35 minutes away, I was notified that the vehicle had been sold.

This place is another ripoff. They lead me to their finance department which gave me an offer that was 7000$ over the listed price, Dispite all ready being pre-approved by two well known banks, one being my personal bank..Please go elsewhere..

There is not enough ways to describe this dealership
in a respectful manner. They are the definition of
whatâs wrong with car sales they have no ethics or
morales. Will talk you in circles and never answer a
question straight forward. Ever classic car salesman
tactic is used from making sit around till your tired
hungry and ready to go to lowballing trade ins to
switching lenders making lies about approval through
certain lenders so you will go with the one they get
most commissions on to adding extended warranties
and other services in wanted. Yes I understand I am
not obligated to sign anything and should read
everything before signing and I knew this walking in
but I guess I just had to much faith in human decency
and just really wanted a truck and to get out of there
especially since it was set up online was supposed to
be in and out. It was confirmed with sales twice that
all I had to do was sign papers and pick up the
vehicle that definitely was not the case

I contacted them about this vehicle and told them I would have to finance about half of it but I didn't want my credit run if they were going to sell the vehicle to someone else that day or the next cause I've already had enough inquiries on my credit and have had 2 vehicles sold after a dealership ran my credit before. A few minutes later they said the vehicle was sold. The following week the vehicle is still for sale. They could have sold this vehicle to me but they chose not to.

I reached out to Dealer and got a quick response asking to call if I had any questions. I called the dealer and after talking to the internet sales guy (Raul) he wasn't familiar with my email from several minutes ago and said it was probably his "girl" that responded and he said he would call me back when he got to the office. Very odd and unprofessional. Anyway, when he finally made it into the office we talked again and I said the price was marked too high on CarGuru and made a reasonable counter offer, they were not willing to negotiate, at all. Would not recommend this dealer.

Very very bad. Made me drive for an hour 12 mins, just to be told “this vehicle is not ready”. I called first, the receptionist said “hold on let me see if this listing is still available”. Then she comes back to say “yes this vehicle is available “. On arrival, “this vehicle is not here yet, would you like to see another vehicle?”. That was a month ago. Even up to last week that I finally bought my vehicle, the vehicle was still not ready yet. Scammers

On the carguru site it says this dealership will work with you to be “contactless”. They let me test drive without someone else in the car but they failed on test drive at home (just didn’t show up and didn’t call to let me know they weren’t coming) and price negotiation from home (required on site negotiations at the dealership.)

Be ready before you go to look at a used car for a $999 "Service Fee" that's
added to every used car they sell that they will not take off on top of all the
other expected dealership fees. Also for them to not consider KBB values of
used cars they use a different source for there information and will value
your trade in as an average condition and the car they are selling as a Like
new condition trade in to try and convince you that you're getting a better
deal than what you really are. I'm disappointed with the salesman's and
managers sell and pressure tactics. They purposely list the price 15-20%
below what they actually are going to try and sell the car to you at to get you
in the door. Also they will bump the price up on car gurus for a day or 2 then
drop the price back down to the original listed price so Carguru's automation
process will notify you of the price drop. Very happy I took my business
elsewhere.

I had an appointment to look at this vehicle. I live in Corpus Christi so it took me 3 1/2 hrs to drive to the dealership. When I got there, they told me that the car was sold the night before, so I drove all the way up there for nothing. Very very disappointing!! Never coming here again!!

We actually went in for this vehicle, and while waiting for financing, we found out that another salesman had
already sold it but hadn't updated the dealership's records. The particular salesman we worked with was very
patient with us (me, my wife, and our two kids ages 6 and 4). We spent close to three hours looking at vehicles
before we found one my wife liked. I definitely recommend this dealership!!

Initially purchased a car via their website by mistake. Called the next day to schedule a test
drive of the vehicle with someone. Drove almost two hours to go and test drive the vehicle. Not
only was the employee that I was scheduled to test drive the vehicle with not there, but they
told me the car was being serviced and would not be ready until Monday. Then, the first
woman I spoke to that was supposed to "help" me called me a LIAR and talked to my friend
and I like we were stupid. She passed us off to a guy who tried to help, but didn't really do
much. I will say that he was much nicer than the first woman we talked to. Eventually a second
woman came to help us and she was THE BEST. If it wasn't for Alejandra swooping in to save
the day, I would not have purchased a vehicle that day, and you can believe nobody I know
would have gone to this dealership. Alejandra made the process smooth and simple. Mr.
Ivanic made the paperwork fun while still explaining everything thoroughly.

Jeep I was interested in couldn’t be found on their lots. Spent several hours waiting for car to be found. Car was never found. Tried to negotiate on another Jeep same year,same features higher price to make price as the one I originally came to test drive. Wouldn’t budge. I ended up paying little more than I intended but very happy with my new Jeep. Just felt dealership should have been more understanding with my frustration and waiting for them to resolve their lost car. Also couldn’t furnish second key not a clue what happened to it. Texted my salesman about key haven’t gotten response. Hopefully dealership will pay for getting second key. Asked about warranty/warranties and all they gave me was copy of car fax.

Horrible experience. First, the online ad and confirmed email quote by the Internet Manager became higher in person. They said I was
getting $10K off MSRP and it only ended up being $6250. Then I got royally screwed by their Finance officer. I walk in with a pre-approved
loan of 3.66 APR and he switches me to a 4.25 APR loan without informing me. They would not work with me the next day to get the vehicle
on my better loan. Very shady staff.

Called and spoke to a sales associate about a suburban they have had listed for a while with no pictures posted. asked if they could give more info and provide pictures before driving 45min to see in person. They took my info and said they would call back in 15-20 min. Its been almost 24hrs anf they never bothered calling me back. Something very strange to have a vehicle posted that long wothout photos and then ghost me when I called asking for pictures.

Extrely hard to stay in contct with. I'm actually STILL waiting on a call with all the details of my financing from 5 days ago. It was the car of my dreams, but difficulty making contct and connections made me look elsewhere. Avoid having Eugenio as your sales rep.

I already knew what I wanted, I just want to thank the dealership for having it on the lot... and they do a little extra to their vehicles which is a plus for me because now I don't have to worry about doing it before or after market. So ultimately the vehicle sold itself... But the dealer was a cool guy as well.

I would give them no stars if possible! They wasted my whole day. I looked at there vehicle gave them a call and spoke to one of the salesman there who clearly stated that come the car is available! I told him I’ll be there around 11 and I told him exactly what car I was looking at it he put me on hold to go get the keys to see if it was still there which 45 mins gone right here then he told me yes the car is available my family and I drove and hour and 45 mins to go get the car and when we get there he’s like that car was sold yesterday! And then kept showing other vehicles! They are a big scam just wasting people’s time and money to try and get them to the dealership so they can get you to just come out there! Never doing business with them! Nor will my family and friends

Sale person was very helpful. Unfortunately the quality of the car was terrible. Went for a test drive, car had a noticeable noise coming from the front end. I do understand its a pre-owned car. However I expected a dealership to have some quality standard.

They were responsive but they added all these packages to the car which raised the cost to be about $2,000 more than the listed price. The online agent, Fernandez, was really honest will me about how they do their competitive online pricing so that I didn’t have to waste a trip.

called and sent an email before driving there to check if the car is still available and got an email
saying yes it was, so i drove there for a whole HOUR only to find out that it was an automated
email and the car was SOLD. and thats that. very unprofessional

the price they are showing now is higher
because when I looked at it it was under 12000
but when I got there after driving an hour to get
there they tried to add 2800 dollars to the price
for packages and accessories! That’s not
including tax title and license! So don’t believe
the internet prices that this dealership shows!

This vehicle was in outstanding condition and worth every penny. However I couldn't get off from work in time to finalize the

Horrible experience. The costumer service was terrible, on the phone and in person. They added $4,000 to the original price in dealer add-ons and when the representative said he was going to ask for a better price he came back 15 minutes later saying he could only knock it down a couple hundred dollars. Thanks for wasting my time

They told me one price over the phone and when I got there the sales men that I spoke to was too busy and sent out his assistant to show me a price that was 10% higher then what I was originally told
After a salesman contacted me in a timely manner I decided to visit Munday
Chevy, test drove the car and decided to try to buy, So far so good...when I
did not care for the financing deal I asked for a purchase order to be sent
to my credit union. Things fell apart quickly: they would not do this unless I
either purchased a $2K warranty or took the "package" for $1,588.00 that
gets you wheel locks ($25-30), window tint ($125-150) and-get
THIS...nitrogen in the tires for one year!! As a former car salesman myself,
I can tell you I laughed in their faces! "Just honor your CarGurus ad price,"
I said. "No, we need to make some money," they said. Hey, I'm cool with
making a profit, this is America! But come on-don't lie just to get me in. If you
advertise a price, honor the price. TOTAL lack of ethics and integrity. I took
pride in treating my customers right. I would never jerk my customers
around. I would have told my manager to pound sand at a proposal like
that. Summation: DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, IMMORAL. period. Stay
away, there are much better Chevy dealers out here, I've worked for a few.

I walked around the lot for about 20 minutes and no one approached me - guess it was to hot. Once inside I had to ask for help - no one approached me. Test drove truck and tried to make a deal, but they did not seem to want to sell the vehicle. Would not recommend.

Had an appointment at 12 on saterday woke up saterday morning called and made sure they had the truck they told me yea they had 2 of them so I drove 2 hours and upon arrival they told me the truck sold the night before. Complete waist of my time not to mention waisted trip when all they had to say was we sold the truck

1 salesman called and told me that they couldn't sell the truck because it had a recall on the airbag, I asked him if they were going to repair it or replace it and he said it could take up to a month,,the very next morning another salesman called me and told me that the truck could be repaired in a day or so,,,so who knows what the other is doing,,,to bad I bought a new Chevrolet from them before,,,don't know if I will ever call them again

They were pretty quick to contact me, and despite the outcome of
my experience my salesperson was really nice overall, but I also
felt like he didn't care too much about making the process go as
smoothly as possible. I came in to look at the car I was interested
in and ended up driving away with it that same day. The car had
major mechanical issues and they told me I could just bring it back
to get it fixed. I could tell they just wanted it driven off of the lot but
I was in desperate need of a car so I agreed and took it home. A
couple of days later I was told to bring the vehicle in for repairs and
they held my vehicle for about a good week before it was even
looked at. I was constantly being dodged by my salesperson and
after another long week of waiting I was told the bank denied my
loan and I had to return the vehicle. I'm not sure why I was even
allowed to take the car home if I wasn't approved. I ended up being
left without the car and waiting another week for my down payment
reimbursement. Overall, I felt like I went through more hell by
getting the car then by being carless and not having to go through
this whole process. I ended up losing my job because the entire
time I was waiting on my car to get fixed I had exhausted my funds
for uber rides and couldn't make it to work everyday. Very
disappointed and would never let anyone I care about buy a vehicle
from this place.

Did not like the experience. I wanted to drive the car on my own. This
resulted in lots of paperwork and waiting around. Then I could only drive the
car within 5 miles of the dealership. It also took quite a long time for the
dealer to get a temporary plate. I almost left without driving the car.
Everyone seems to be looked on as though they might steal the car.

This was the BEST experience with a dealership I've had thus far. Hector and the staff was not like the other fast talking salesman. They made sure I understood EVERYTHING step by step and I got approved same day. I LOVE my car and will make sure everyone I talk to go see Munday Chevrolet when buying a new/used car.

I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership !!! Very unprofessional staff !!! It took getting a manager on the phone before someone in used cars to even talk to me. Then when he finally did he spoke to me as if I were a 5 yr old and stated he would find the info out and call me back. Needless to say that never happened. So happy I went elsewhere.
