I called and asked if truck was available and I was told it was and I got there about two hours later and it was parked out front waiting for me to test drive. Once I test drove it went in to do the paperwork and was out of the dealership in about two hours with the truck. Great experience with salesman Raphael Benavidez and also lady at finance Kim Diaz thanks

I was told over the phone the truck was available, drove an hour, only to find out the truck had been sold when I got there. I was told the
internet people and the actual in house people don't communicate.

Way too aggressive for me. I asked to communicate via email, and I received a phone call at work from them the next day. I didn't even list my cell phone number so I'm not sure how they got it. I responded via email to 3 people,including a manager that I didn't appreciate that, and never received a response from anyone.

Very poor service. The salesman was not familiar with the vehicle information, any and all questions asked he responded with I do not know.
When we took vehicle for a test drive, noticed a rattling noise in the back bumper area of the vehicle. Once vehicle was parked notice lots of
water coming from with water hose or reservoir. Asked to make repairs on the issues and was told would fix water leak. Any other repairs it
is AS IS. Asked for a cash price and the price went from $27,000. to $28,400, then cash price shot up to $30,000. Did not seem they were
wanting to make a sale a cash sale at that.
I will not recommend or refer any friends or family members to this dealership.

The worst dealership I’ve ever been to in my life. The first salesman is on his way to retirement and he had an attitude of he could care less about the sale. I ended up contacting the sales manager in the new car side and he helped the most. But he ended up sending to a rookie salesman that was worse then old guy. His customer service was trash. I came to the dealership with my credit union pre-approval and the two salesman plus the finance manager treated me like I was nothing. I was up there all day and then the finance manager was supposed to complete the deal. He decided to leave the office and just leave my paperwork in the corner. Then had the nerve to call me two days after I had already went somewhere else got the same truck in two hours. I just hung up in his face. I will never go to that location again. Buyers beware! If you come in with a pre-approved deal from your credit union. They will treat you like……If I could give them a No star I would!
VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
We called this dealer and talked to Tadeo Martinez. We asked him about the car we saw on car gurus, he confirmed, we booked an appointment to look at the car and for test drive (only a few hours ago today!!). We drove more than an hour to get here! And when we got here, a different guy who claimed to be public sales man (a tall brown kinda-bald man who’s work counter was just next to the restroom, he did not even mention his name lol), said he will help us instead of the online sales person. Made us wait for a few mins and said the car is not for sale and it is going for auction. None of them said sorry once. That was very disrespectful to the customer and the service was TOO HORRIBLE. Why would we even come this far if the car isn’t available? Total waste of our time. Worst experience ever. Again, they did not apologize even once for the inconvenience.
HORRIBLE customer experience. These guys were literally cheating. Saw an used car in their website, talked to a representative named
Maria Davila, fixed appointment and when I reached there I was told that car was sold half an hour back.
Not even an apology. They wanted me to look for other cars. The manager was Jorge Gomez, very rude guy.
I rode about an hour to reach this dealership. Informed them when I started. Still they let me know that the car was sold. This was literally
cheating.
I was nervous about going with this dealership, after reading some of the reviews about some of the sales reps. But one sales rep had two really good reviews. So I called the dealership and asked for Richard. Richard was amazing and made everything seamless and easy. Thank you Richard for all of your hard work.
Contacted dealer spoke with Maria Sanchez regarding a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I
inquired if the vehicle was still available before coming in to which Maria verified with sales manager
Dustin Ybanes that a previous purchase had fallen through and the vehicle WAS still available. We
arrived at the dealership less than an hour after this conversation only to be told the vehicle was not
available and that it had sold earlier in the day. We explained the conversation that had transpired with
Maria and asked to speak with Dustin. My review is based on the experience with this "sales
manager" he was not only rude but condescending and not willing to help clarify what had transpired
in the less than hour that it took us to get to the dealership which is all I was interested in knowing so
that it does not occur again. He clearly does not care for his customers or values this dealership
reputation. He not only lost a customer today but an $80,000+ cash sale.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Took 3
days just to get a response from sales. I then
had to call after 2 hours to get a response
from sales person who say they will call you
back in 15 minutes. Will tell you the car is in
good shape and then present you a car with
6year old tires that have UV rot and a big
defect in the side of the sidewall. Was then
told that the car passed âinspectionâ which is
scary because those tries need replacing now.
Recommend staying away unless you want to
do the salesmanâs job, get no deals, and have
them try to pass off $1800 worth of tire
replacement to the new owner.

My experience was great until I began working the deal. The car was advertised as a used certified vehicle with 24 miles with sales price of
$128,995. When I got there they tacked on an additional $3500 saying that the certification wasn't included in the price of the car although
that is how it was advertised and priced online. I found this to be very unsettling as I felt railroaded at that point. The dealership also charges
a $1850 charge for a "SafePoint" GPS that I neither asked for nor wanted. The dealership did end up splitting the cost of the certification with
me BUT couldn't remove it all together so in I was in fact forced to pay more $$ for the car. I have emailed and called the sales dept/manager
with no return call as of yet to discuss refunding these costs. Buyer BEWARE of these things as they could end up costing you an additional
$5,300 for the vehicle you choose.

Prices are not as advertised. This dealer will only sell vehicles at MSRP or higher. Went to test drive a brand new truck, and it had a 12+ inch scratch down the side of it. I’m only giving two stars because the receptionist and salesperson were friendly.

Buyer beware! This dealership is a rip off. They tried to undercut my trade in by $20,000. Unfortunately for them, I had already checked Kelly Blue book and knew what the trade in value should
be. The sales person Camilo was very callous when confronted with the KBB information. DO NOT go to this dealership. I should have understood this when I read all the 1 star reviews, so I will
save you some time.

Made an inquiry on a 2014 Ford f-150. Had an a email within minutes from the dealership.
Rafael then followed up with a phone call and gave me more details about the vehicle. After
my wife came home, we headed to the dealership to look at the truck. Rafael had to leave, but
had let his partner, Pepe know we would be there. Pepe had the truck waiting for us to view
and test drive. After we drove the truck, Pepe helped us with any questions we had. We
decided to purchase the truck. The dealership offered us a fair value for our trade ($3,000.00
more than two other dealers). We went to the financing department and they had a bit of a
backlog. I needed to be on a zoom meeting by 7:00 pm. They were nice enough to give me
an office to use to make the meeting. After the meeting, I was able to finish up the paperwork
and we were on our way home. I would say it was one of the best experiences with a
dealership ever. Pepe and Rafael have followed up a couple times.

Bad customer service, I spoke with Luis Peña, he ask for credit app to give me an opportunity to work on a deal, they don’t want to assist me, the manager refused to speak with me, I have a txt msg from this guy, they don’t want to work with my bank pre approval, he ask only for credit app every time when I call him, because he don’t care about customer, he didn’t want to do anything

The sales staff provided prompt responses to my requests. The finance staff was also fairly responsive. I'm disappointed that the dealership installs
items on the vehicles that they won't remove so that they can improve sales margins. Of course, I don't think they do this on all vehicles, but I know the
one I am considering does. Overall, I have been satisfied with the experience and interaction with the staff.

Was initially contacted by the dealer, finally spoke to Ena Pasasin and told her the truck i was looking for, she stated that
she would check and see if she could locate the truck for me. Never heard back from her. I emailed her the following day
only to be told that she was sorry , she was dealing with two other customers and would check the following day, this was
on 11/30/20. Its now Dec 22,2020 and still haven't heard from her. Id rather pay significantly more for a truck elsewhere
than to be ignored by this salesperson/dealership.

Chad was very helpful in making the transaction long distant however nothing was said about a make ready
protection package would be added to the price listed. The finance officer did not know how to process
financing for a business company had to ask his manager many times how to write up the deal.

This place is a bait and switch! They repeatedly advertise vehicles they don’t have. I have reached out regarding a vehicle online for 2 weeks in a row and each time I was told “it just sold today but we have a similar vehicle for $16-20k more.” Also, they are advertising much lower prices on car guru and then the prices rises when you discuss it with an employee.

Emailed with a request for simple, specific information on a vehicle. I received an email acknowledging their receipt of my request, but no information that I wanted. Received another email wanting me to call them to discuss the vehicle. While they did acknowledge my email, nothing I requested was provided. After that, nothing else was received. Had they answered my question in the email, they may have sold the vehicle.

I was in contact with someone at the dealer via text until the moment i got there. Drove over 1 hr and was told it JUST sold. I receive a call a week later saying sorry for the inconvenience but there was a mistake and the car WAS NOT sold.

Was willing to buy the car right away, with trade in and down payment. The guy claimed his name was Sal, made me wait a day for him to show the car to another man before me, never got back to me. Told me not to talk to anyone at the dealership, to refuse their help. I wasn’t asking to change or lower price of vehicle, he also did not have knowledge about 4Runner trims. Emailed 2 other ladies, asked for Chad the sales manager for pre-owned and none ever got back to me.

Had financing evbc in hand which apparently
they have never heard of. I waited and waited for
them to look at my trade in. They left my truck
running and after 20 minutes I went and turned
my truck off, I bought something to drink and
kept waiting until I got fed up and left. Ended up
having to drive 35 minutes back because I forgot
they had taken my license and never brought it
back to me. Was talked to by another sales guy
Richard when I went back to get my license and
he said he would try to work a deal .A sales lady
followed up with me via telephone and I told her
the issues and she said I probably should report
it to a manager. Waiting to hear back from
Richard. Update.. Richard was great he went
above and beyond and got the deal done I'm very
appreciative of everything. Thanks again

My wife and I was interested in a vehicle on the used car side online. I emailed and texted Beck & Masten on July 8, about more pictures. First off it took about 4 hours before someone to respond back. I finally get a message that someone will reach out to you soon. Ok..she called ask what was my request..I asked could I get more pictures because what I can see look like I see some scratches! She said do you have a iPhone I said yes..she said let me FaceTime you. So on FaceTime you can’t see every detail like you would on a picture. We clearly asked her are their any damage, dents, or scratches on the car, she said No! They asked can I come in today to test drive I said No...because I live 6.5 hours away! But I can come in tomorrow to make a purchase! She said I had to pay $500 holding fee...we paid the fee! On Thursday morning July 9 I texted her to let her know that we are heading that way! On arrival seeing the car, it totally look terrible and front end fascial not secured

According to the Wednesday newspaper, there were 11 GMC Canyons for $23,000/$7000 off. When we went 3 days later there were none. We spoke to a salesman about the cars on the lot, he said there was nothing for that price. We told him about the newspaper ad and he said there was no ad like that. At that point I turned away. SOOO...deceptive ads and salesmen.

I called ahead about scheduling a time to see this car because I live an hour away. I got there at the scheduled time and the car was not available to see because the financing on the previous owners new car hadn’t gone through. This was extremely frustrating since I had communicated with them multiple times before heading to the dealership and I was never told it was unavailable.

I saw trucks for 16000 off msrp on car gurus. I went in and they did not even come close. I left but decided to contact the sales manager via telephone. I ask her about he discrepancy. Before responding she carries on about how they are number one in sales in Texas and number three in nation. She then tells me that car gurus makes up it own prices for its dealership. I told her that is nonsense. I said they are doing the classic bait and switch sales tactic. She said that her lawyers make sure that they are covered and that she is well aware that they are doing this shady sales practice. She told me to come back in and see what kind of deal they could work out for me and I declined. I told her I do not do business with shady business practices and that I would be reporting g them to the better business bureau. I came back online a week later and it looks like they have corrected their prices on car gurus. The sales manager admitted to bait and switch, unbelievable.
Fish was very helpful and did a great job. Don’t really like big dealerships just because you are being moved from one guy to another (and then you start to tell your story all over again) just keep it simple..

dealer only sent repeated spam emails - I responded to each one asking
them for more information or to call me...
I finally gave up and just called in and got help - person that helped me had
a hard time with english (not his fault) but communication wasn't as clear as I
would have liked, he was polite and informative.

Price showing was not the price offered to me. This price included bunch of incentives and rebates which will never be applied to the buyer. My price was around 25,500+tt?&l. Thus, its never the price advertised, its just a way for them to get you there.

Drove an hour to see vehicle. Left with no price. Said you had to qualify for internet price only after we looked at truck. Never told us how you qualify. Said they would call the next morning with price. Never heard from them again. Wasted what little time I had after being flooded out from hurricane and NEEDING a new vehicle as ours was damaged.. will never go back or recommend. Completely disgusted.

Tried a few times to communicate with them. The response is an auto response that sounds promising but after writing back for information, I never heard back. I did get an email from their internet sales manager that asked if everything had been good for me. I wrote back that no, it had not been good, that I did not hear back, and that's as far as that went. So, I went back to the Cargurus site and contacted them again about a month later. Got the same response. Finally heard that the car was sold although it was still on the website. Terrible communications for an internet sales org.

I emailed with your sight, never heard. Looked up phone number, the man saud he would and see if car still available and call me right back, did not after hours I recalled another salesman told me color and some details could not help me registered with first guy, will have him call immediately, nothing told lady answering phone she finally had him call car nit there bever had been a computer problem.one of the wirst dealerships I have ever encountered.
