I will not buy a car from this dealer at first the sales manager reach out to me and i appreciated he let me know when he had the truck available. When I had time to go buy the truck I called and ask if the truck was still available he told me yes so I told him that that I was on my way. When I got to the dealer I ask for him he came out and got another sales guy to tell me that the truck was sold on online and no longer available to me that it was no longer in the lot. Two day later they call me that they truck was available they just waisted my time

Dealer contacted me but lied to me multiple times about the availability of the car and when confronted they told me they were “mistaken” and continued to offer me another srt that was twice the price of the one I inquired about.

Well, to begin with I drove from Katy, Tx to the location Beck and Masten. Before my arrival, I was met with two texts from two different individuals to confirm my eta to the dealership, concerning the 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I was asked to ask for a specific person upon my arrival. I did, and I was met with 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby. I then took it upon myself to walk the used car lot to look for the vehicle, knowing that they knew of my arrival and could simply finding me at the vehicle. Well to my surprise, no sign of the vehicle after walking one end of the lot to the other in Houston heat. Returned to the receptionist, asked if she could notify the person I was told to ask for. He then greeted me in the lobby, still unbeknownst of the situation with the vehicle or knew but refused to own the situation. Well, to me, the game went well, I was then asked about interest in other vehicles, after being told the engine blew on the vehicle. shoulda seen the stupid move coming.

Received an email immediately from the customer relations assistant , I emailed back exactly what I wanted with all information. They said an individual would contact be soon regarding everything and thanked me for my response. Never got a call or email. They were not interested in my business. After waiting all day for a call i emailed the customer relations person back asking if someone was going to contact me. No email back. If you are series in buying I would contact someone else or visit them in store as their online sales is a big miss.

Horrible experience as the dealer would NOT honor the CarGurus price. Immediately after arriving and sharing I wanted to purchase the vehicle they increased the Cargurus price and told me that it was a glitch in the system and apologized. The difference was an insignificant $2,000. They could have made it work, but chose not to. Horrible experience #baitandswitch

Very amicable experience and transaction overall, I didn't feel disrespected in any way, when negotiating. Some sellers will treat you as if you don't know the value of cars, and try to get the most money out of you, not the case this time. Angel was very understanding and didn't get frustrated (as it's happened in the past) when I was countering their offer.

Well I was preapproved for financing when I got there and had an appointment with sales manager, and was told he was too busy. So this sales person took my application and went and showed him and he did not do business with my finance company. So was told he could get me financed thru his company unless we took out an 1800.00 communication package of some sort We refused that so they wanted a bigger down payment and all the while he was back and forth in the salesman's office then he wanted us to take out an extended warranty, so we finally told them to just forget it and walked out. It was the worst car lot I have ever been to by far

The people were nice. When I went to test drive the vehicle, I heard a loose lifter in the engine and a grinding when I put it in reverse. A vehicle like this should never make it to the lot to even test drive.

Dealer pricing is not as listed. Dealer attempts to add today's version of undercoating and pin striping to every car for $1895 addition. The service is called GPS Safepoint. Listed as something to track location of car and send alerts. Point of service is for dealer to send you notifications on specials and services. Last thing I would ever want. A quote from one of their press releases "SafePoint has become our #1 vendor program, generating over $5 million in gross profit in year one," says Joseph Pierce, General Manager at Beck & Masten GMC in Houston, Texas. "This is one of the few programs to delivered everything as promised." Caveat Emptor.

Went to look at this vehicle. It was not disclosed on cargurus that the vehicle is missing the driver side power step bar. Also this vehicle is sold as is no warranties per the sticker on the truck. I asked the sales person if they would budge the price since it has a broken part he said no. I drive 50mins to look at this vehicle only to find out its has a broken part that the dealer would not pay for. I think they should post a more accurate price reflecting on the condition of the vehicle.

**AVOID** A whole bunch of clowns - spoke for a few days with somebody for the “internet department” and negotiated a price without the phantom “performance pack” (some coat of special paint protector and who knows what else, nothing really adding value and only marking up the price). Show up there to test drive/purchase and the internet person was not available, manager was negotiating another deal and the price obviously had been jacked it up by adding a whole bunch of bogus add ons Don’t waste you time here

I emailed, called, Facebook messaged, texted, and chatted with them on their website. I am out of state and CAN NOT get the info I wanted on a used Corolla they have. Maybe they just don't want to sell it to someone out of state? I was very interested in this vehicle and am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. I do not understand why I can't get the information that I need. It's very frustrating! Update: A few minutes after posting this review, I emailed the Sales GM that has responded to so many reviews on here, thinking I might get a response. Nope, nothing. Do not buy a vehicle here!!! I was contacted by Ryan, a sales Rep at the dealership great over the phone and very welcoming but as soon as I sat down to make an offer and do paper work it was a nightmare. They asked me if I was financing and I told him I was bringing my own financing, he then told me “oh it’s gonna be more expensive ..outside financing adds $1000 to the vehicle price” which is crazy and I’ve never heard of a dealership doing business that way. Then they increased the price with almost $1800 in dealer add ins. I did not do business with them nor would I recommend anyone else to. I can only imagine how many people the get over on if this is the way they do business.

Overall the dealership was very clean, the staff was very friendly and my salesman William was really helpful and not pushy. The vehicle was as described and was a good deal. The part that I did not like was when I got to the financing person he did not explain anything to me and just told me what the payment was, when I asked about why it was higher than what I was originally quoted he said because of the extended warranty, then I said I wanted to decline that and when I asked what else was on it they added gap insurance which I would have added anyway and lo jack security. All at an added expense that I never asked for. Beware of what all is included before you sign!! Overall good experience though.

Was told the car was available. Drove there 45 minutes and when we got there they said it was sold. Asked them why they did not contact us after we had asked to be contacted if the car had sold before we arrived, and they had no answer. The original salesperson said the day we contacted them that they had other like vehicles. When we inquired no one new anything about other like cars. Would not advise shopping there. There was no follow-up at all. Finally got an canned e-mail about one month after writing this review. In addition I called and asked for the person who wrote the canned e-mail. Got a voice mail and left a message. No one ever called me back. I do not write reviews ever, except in this case. Will never shop here.

Salesman was extremely pushy. And even used negative tactics to try a rush purchase. Worst experience ever noted. I do have screen shots of discussion with saleman. In one statement given by salesman "One of our other salesman said he seen you here before, that you not buying just looking, are you wasting my time kicking tires, because im really trying to help here." , now be advised ive never been to this dealership ever, and this text came only one hour after looking at their truck. I responded that he could tell that other saleman to kiss my ÷÷÷. After this he started telling me someone else is looking at it and in financing, and someone was traveling on a flight tomorrow to look at it to buy, etc etc etc, trying to push a quick sale. My response was , oh well, if it sells.before i buy than ill look at another vehicle. And told him to send me some numbers with the trade in value for some new trucks on his lot. He than goes and tells me , he cant do that unless im at the dealership

First they send ton of generic emails for you to come and see their inventory. After I told them to check Vin from CarGurus and give me their best price, that vehicle is MIA. The vehicle they offer is $$$ more expensive and days after, nobody is giving out total price online. So disappointed!

After inquiring online through CG, I got a hang-up call from the dealership. Then I received two emails from an Anna regarding a salesperson, Ashly, who I never heard from either even though I provided my phone number (again). I finally, after waiting several hours, called for myself (defeats purpose of online inquiry) and spoke with a Megan who was very polite and said yes, car is available but not for the price listed on CG...... Available for 4k more.....even though I was literally looking at the CG listing as we spoke. Would not honor that price.

I called number twice and left messages as well as email response. Finally called back a third time on the third day and asked to speak to a manager. He said the two white GMC ‘s had been sold despite still being on the Cargurus site. Than I got another email saying “is there a reason why we haven’t been in contact with you?” Wish I could give them 0 stars. Lost my business

Very bad communication from dealership. Difficult to get final price of vehicle. Forced to buy a gps system close to $900.00. At the end of the process the salesman then “discovers” a dent that was not initially disclosed verbally or in photos. Beware.

Salesman was professional, but was unable to justify the numbers. Although presented with factual math according to excellent credit, down payments, tax,title and ARP, he insisted to go a different rout ( salesman Tactic) where the Buyer gets confused thinking because he got the payments he wanted, he got a good deal. Lol

Great salesperson Mr. Kelly, never pushy, did communicate with us throughout the entire process, we didn’t buy from the dealership due to the interest rate being too high for the the truck we were interested in. When looking for another vehicle will give them another try!

I received a reply a few days after I had emailed questions about the car, which were not answered. The reply asked what help I needed, so I wondered if he’d even read my original email. The first person to contact me was an internet person at the dealership. She also didn’t answer any of my questions. I only sent three short questions so I’m not sure what the problem was at the dealership. This car as my top pick and I was considering traveling to the dealer (which is not in my state) to see it. However, given their lackluster response I am assuming the car is either sold or they aren’t motivated to sell it. Moving on to other options.

The dealer did respond to me, however, the price in the email was $4,000 more than was shown on Cargurus. I responded to this huge differenceThanks. and the price was adjusted to close to the amount on Cargurus.

They were very proactive about contacting me about the vehicle but unfortunately when I was ready to purchase the next day, I found out the vehicle had been sold. They did respond with information on other vehicles they thought I would be interested in.

Three different people from the dealership reached out on my pricing inquiry and after 3 days I still don't have numbers on the vehicle. A 4th person was pulled in to do the numbers which I expected but then I was told by the main contact I was working with to reach out to him directly. Insanely frustrating to have to keep talking to different people.

My internet sales person David was very quick in responding to my inquiry. The financial manager and David worked together to get the financing I need for the sale. The dealership went above and beyond to fix all of the issues found in their service check to provide me with a truck in perfect working condition. Communication between the dealership and myself has been fantastic as they have answered every question and concern I have had along the buying process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a truck, new or used. I would definitely buy from them again.

They are pretty cut and dried. If you want the car, come and get it. They are not going to go above and beyond to win your business in a high-demand market like this. They replied back to me quickly, but when we spoke, it was pretty apparent that they knew the vehicle they had was going to sell and they were not going to try to deal with you in any special way; if you want the car, come see us, if not, someone will buy it. They advertise contactless sales, etc., but there was never a mention of bringing the vehicle to me. Plus, they are not very eager to trade and did not seem to care what I had to trade like some other dealerships were. I can see why they are not eager to earn the business on a high-demand car, but I was surprised that they did not try to get me to come see the car or anything.

Robert Wolfe was amazing! He spent a lot of time with us in order to get the best deal possible on my sons first brand new truck! He loves his new canyon and we appreciated the friendly environment. The only negative is we feel like we should have received the 120 days of no payments- the website does not indicate “or” for this option!

Contacted the dealer about a white F-150 they had advertised for an amazing price on their site as well as secondary sites. The first sales associate said that the truck was available and that another sales associate would contact me. Second sales associate emailed me simply saying truck is still available when do I want to come in. By this time I noticed the pics of the used white F-150 didn’t match up with the specs or virtual tour video. I questioned the second associate about it and got a response once again of “truck is available when can you come in?” I emailed again explaining my confusion to which I got a response of “stock photos, truck is red and available, when can you come in?” I wasn’t interested in the red truck and I wasn’t happy with the short responses. I explained that the pics on the site were of a used white F-150 and not stock photos and wanted clarification on what truck was being advertised. Long story short, will not buy from them.

Terrible experience. I originally called to schedule an appt very close to closing time and I was informed by Angel that they would be open for an hour or so to come on in. Which I did! Viewed the car I was interested in and it was great. Told Angel the things I was concerned about which he said they would fix. Asked me to talk numbers with the financing guy which I also did. Mind you....never once did I imply I was wanting to buy immediately. We all know buying a car takes some time and approval from the wife as well as comparison to dealer int rates with my credit union was a must. After speaking with Trey and him pulling numbers and me informing I wanted to go home and speak with my wife, he then gathered his things and started bantering at me that how dare I waste his time. He stayed 2 hours after closing to work with me and if i didn’t sign right now he was done dealing with me. Never been treated like that at a dealership. Won’t ever again. Shop elsewhere.....trust me

Horrible, spoke with a salesman about a Buick LaCrosse they had online. He said the car had sold 2 days before but he wanted me to look a impala that they had.i told him I really didn’t care to see it, the Buick is what I was interested in. He wasn’t taking no for a answer so I just said yeah whatever ok, Something just didn’t sound right, so lol I called a few hrs later pretending to be someone else.... spoke with a manager about the Buick. He tells me “o yesss ma’am, it’s still available “ . He told me it had been a few ppl calling him about it. At this point I knew I wasn’t gonna deal with this company! Period! I should have told the manager about his staff, but I’m sure it’s a part of the sells deals with car dealerships! So it’s a no for me . I got a good laugh from it though‍♀️

Dealer contacted me by text within minutes and we made an appointment for the next day. He had the car ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. He had a lot of patience as I took multiple test drives before I made my decision to buy. Took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. They had the car beautifully detailed before delivery. Easy and pleasant buying experience.

The experience was very nice they were able to hold the vehicle over the weekend because I had a planned trip out of town and when I got back the following Monday the vehicle was ready and I took ownership

David Claars nonchalant attitude, poor communication and abrasiveness turned me away. The first time I spoke with him on the phone, he acted like He was too busy to give me the time of day. Two days later I called and told him I was coming in. When I got there he didn't even have the car ready or looked up information about the car. He couldn't answer a single question I had. His rudeness became more apparent after the test drive. My daughters and I were standing by the car discussing it. He peeped his head out the door and said " are you coming inside to talk or you gonna chat all day." When I came inside ( hesitantly) he ushered us in and said " do you like the car". I said I liked it but I wanted to think about it. I told him I had difficulty making decisions. He mocked me saying " I don't get if you like the car just get it". I said again I wasn't ready and he Continued to push saying “if you you like the car what is the problem”. I walked away crying.

I called the dealership & Benito answered my questions. I told him I would be coming soon to check the car out & test drive, so he yold me to ask for him. I went the next day, but he was off that Friday, 10/04/19, so Eddy Aguallo helped me instead. He was very pleasant, patient & informative. I called in the morning to hold the car because it’s about an 8 hr drive. Salesman said OK. I was going to go to the dealer after work. I called after work to let them know I was going and salesman said that someone was in finance right now purchasing the car. All he said was sorry, he didn’t know someone was looking at it.

Being a GMC-type dealership, several of our questions about the vehicle could not be answered. It was clean and we bought the Odyssey but the first morning home it would not start. Turned out the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. A backup light and a brake light were also out and needed replacement as was the rear wiper blade. We only received one fob because "the previous owner had lost the other one." It cost us nearly $300 to purchase another. Text messages to "Anna" at the dealership regarding these problems were not returned. The van had new tires but it was not known if they had been filled with nitrogen, as had the original tires when it Odyssey was new. This is a large and busy dealership and focuses primarily on sale of new vehicles. We live nearly 100 miles away so it was not practical to return to have our questions answered. Nevertheless, the price was good and we enjoy our "new" 2016 Odyssey.

Real hard to work up a deal with them. I'd get emailed, respond right away, then not hear anything for days til I get an email saying they hadn't heard from me. Happened at least 3 times. At one point even gave me my number, of which they said they'd call but never did. Instead texted the next day, again which I responded to, and did not hear anything at all. In the end it's kind of comical, but this dealership needs an overhaul of their communication and customer service standards for sure.

First off I told the salesman at least three times that I did not have a trade so he was well aware. We make a deal on a price. I was on my way to a rental car company for a one way rental from Ft. Worth to Houston. I called and told him that I would see him in a few hours. He said let me speak to my online manager to make sure we are all on the same page and that all the cards are laid out on the table and i'll call you back. An hour later the online manager called me back and informed me that since I didn't have a TRADE the vehicle would be $1000.00 more. I had spoken with the salesperson ( Manny) several times for a week so he was well aware of no trade. I will never go near Beck & Masten Buick GMC in Houston. Stay away unless you like getting screwed!!!

I talk to two sales person and asked them if the truck was available and for the price they advertised it on line and both of them said yes. I drove hour and a half and when I got there no one wanted to help me. I finally found one of the sales person I talked to over the phone, he made me sit and wait another 30 minutes just to come and tell me that the vehicle I was looking at was no longer available but he could get me into another vehicle $10k more. I know many dealers use this technique but what a waste of my time and gas they wold probably get more business if they were honest.

I met with Larrick who reached out to me shortly after my inquiry. I requested communication via text which was easiest for me while I was at work. The listing I was originally interested in was not purchased. I found another 2018 F150 I like better. When I came to the lot I did have my own financing, they did try to push giving them an opportunity to get me a better rate but there was no need as I trusted the rate I had from my credit union plus I did not need another hit on my credit report. There was no pressure either from their sales pitch but there was an attempt as expected. Finalizing the paperwork and of course they pushed the paint protection, interior protection, alarm installs and stolen vehicle recovery system. My overall impression, was good and arriving with my own financing also helped as there is less sales pitch reasons to try an filter through when buying a car and negotiating the final price.

Dealers didn't seem very enthusiastic about helping make the purchase once it was known that I was an out of state prospect. Their responses to my inquiries were vague and somewhat evasive. I did not get a good vibe from the conversation. Oh well!

Car actually had 44,000 miles, said the add a thousand dollars tithe price if you use your own financing. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND.

I called 30 mins before my arrival. Joe the salesman I spoke with reassured me the vehicle was ready for a test drive. After coming clear across town Nabbs tells me the vehicle is no longer available. Nabbs and Beck and Masten North Buick GMC decieved me and just ruined my car buying experience

I was looking at buying a 2018 GMC Yukon SLE that was shown on CarGurus for $39,233. It was a demo with 5,500 miles on it. My wife and I drive 2 hours to get to Beck & Masten North. We test drive the car while they value my wifes 2011 Mercedes ML 350. We sit down and the salesman asks if we like the Yukon. "Yes, we love it". Ok, let me talk to my sales manager and we will work up some numbers. He comes back and says "ok, we will sell you the Yukon for 51,200 and give you $4,250" on your trade (I'd already received a trade offer of 7,500 on my Mercedes from another dealer a week prior). Anyway, $51,200 for a vehicle they advertise at 39,233???!!! He says "your monthly payment will be $1,000/month but you can lease it for only $870/month" (like it was some great thing)! I said "uh, NO WAY!". He says, "ok ok ok...well, what's the problem?" I said "YOU ARE OFFERING ME A DEMO AT MSRP!!! AND IT'S LISTED ON THE NET FOR 39,200! AND YOU ARE SERIOUSLY LOW BALLING ME ON MY TRADE!!

I gave them 4 stars because no one gets 5 stars with me as we are all not perfect. I live in Florida and found the truck I wanted on Car Guru @ there location. They are and were very friendly, especially Georgia. If I ever buy another truck, I will check with them first. They were about $120000 cheaper on price for same truck in my home town. I sent a questioner asking for the specific equipment on this and another vehicle to see if it had the equipment I wanted on them before I drove to the dealership. The reply I received was that they had tried to contact me on 2 occasions and that my time was running out to purchase either vehicle. I don’t think that it was to much to ask of them. I expected to at least receive a answer to my request but apparently they are not as interested in selling me a vehicle as I am in purchasing one.

Put money down to hold car while final prep and inspections were made. Oil leaks were found and they do not want to discount the price or fix it. It bothers me that they just want to try to sell it to someone who will not realize there are issues with the car till it’s to late.

My first review is a bad one but they did call and say if I make an appointment they will actually assist me. My originally visit I arrived Sat and looked at the Terrain outside the main doors and got in it. Then when I walked into the desk the two younger people were both on their cell phones looking down. Eventually one of them looked up and I had said I wanted to see a Terrain and he looked around and pointed to where one was which I already knew where it was...but since that was the only help he was going to give me I did go over and looked at it and got in thinking maybe a salesperson would come around but no one ever really offered any help so of course I walked out and got online to see where the other GMC dealerships were located.

This dealership posted an ad and refuses to honor their pricing. They are more scam artist than salesman. We went from 57000 to 78000 on the vehicle. Luckily I wasn’t dumb enough to drive 2 hours to purchase this. They then tried to tell me it sold but they have same stock number and vin listed on there website at the price they are now trying to sell to me. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone but don’t just believe me read all the other reviews bashing this place. What happened to honest and integrity. I just wanted a fair deal and to honor price I was quoted originally.

Horrible experience, the salesman tried selling me a water damaged truck, 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LTZ Diesel. I wasted 4hrs traveling to the location just to open the doors to a truck with a wet stench. When I questioned it he didn’t even try to convince me otherwise.

bought the truck. Drove 3 hours and was told on the phone it would be quick and easy, it was everything but that. Got there at 9 left at 545! Didn't give me what other dealers were gona give me for my trade in, even a dealer down the road offered more, should have went there so that's my fault. I told them what I could do for a note and they came back multiple times with a high note! Was walking out the door because they couldn't do the deal, and the salesman conviced me to stay and see what he could do. Worst experience I've had with a dealer.

C+ Car wasn't ready for the lot. Crumbs under the seat, b grade leather repair, which the did fix to my satisfaction. Several body scars that my guys fixed. We had a diss agreement over the agreed price after the fact which is my fault for not catching it. My bank gave me my deal as promised, so the SRT is mine. I'll take it. Greatest Jeep Ever.

Started out communicating well & acted like he wanted to sell a car. Everyone of these advertisements were “sold” & all he could send me was info on one truck he didn’t have on the lot. After asking him if he had more he got rude & said that’s all he has. Never heard back from him. The guy was supposedly a sales manager. I wouldn’t want him as my sales manager. Anyway go to somewhere they actually want to earn a customer for life.

I had dealt with this dealership in the past and had a wonderful experience! So I went back to them and had one of the worst experiences when I lost my vehicle to a Hurricane. The salesman would not give me the amount I was approved for, & would not give me the APR for my loan amount, and he actually thought he could decide for me what was the "best bang for your buck". My response was "who's paying for this, me or you"? So if you deal with anyone at this dealership please get your numbers up front before talking vehicles,so you can make an informed decision. Needless to say I bought my new Terrain elsewhere! I would welcome a phone call or email to discuss this situation but only with someone in Management, not the salesman.

The worst experience I have ever had. First they would not come down off the price and try to add a $3k cleaning and oil change fee. When we left the sales person did not give us are driver's license back. The next day when we noticed we contacted him and he said we would have to wait 2 days to get them as he brought them home and forgot them at home. We contacted his superior and drove to the dealership and waited about 2 hours before he got them back to us. The manager could not of cared less. I will never go back even if they gave me a free car.

Dealer sent a form letter and only called me after i called them. The car they had listed was a bait car, and did not exist; as a matter of fact it is still on the site as available.. The salesman made it clear that he doesn't take CarGurus very seriously and it seemed to me that it was more of a nuisance than anything else.

Dealer is not trustworthy... They charged my credit card for a fee to hold a vehicle for me as I was coming from San Antonio to Houston where they are and the salesman called two days later to tell me that while he was off for a few days they sold the vehicle at an auction... he also stated that they should not have sent the vehicle to an auction because he had done all of the necessary paperwork to hold the vehicle as wells as I had paid to hold the vehicle... Since I had the vin number I checked the internet to find that the vehicle was for sale for $5K more than what It was when we made the deal for them to hold it for me...

Did not honor price. Fleet manger said that it wasnt there website. The internet manager agreed with him so check with them on honoring the price first. They should get a contact person at each dealership that knows and honors the price advertised. Know one has time for back and forth for an advertised price. The finance guy Cesar was very good to deal with and would love to deal with him again. Great car, Great price, would go back.

This dealership offered me an insultingly low figure for my trade that was in mint condition and better than new. Although Larrick, the salesperson was congenial enough, the Sales Manager was not very professional or kind. I would not care to do business with this dealership in the future.

After I made the first several attempts, a manager finally got a sales person to respond.The salesman , whom I had purchased from before, was totally disinterested . He said they had already sold the vehicle and never reached out again. A RETURN CUSTOMER! Wouldn't recommend buying there.

experience was overall good. recommendation would b to have the dealership more willing to use email than fax for communicating with our bank since i am from austin and they are in houston. several communications were lost due to this. Also, a training on all the features of the car would have been nice rather than sending us off with no information about the vehicle

I love Beck and Masten. Enrique in Sales made this the easiest car I ever purchased. The whole staff treat you like family. This is the second Buick I have purchased from them. And Eric in Service is awesome. He has taken care of my car since I purchased the 2011 Lucerne and now he will take care of my Enclave. He knows my first name and I talked with him about my purchase before I even went to sales. Picked out the car on the internet told Enrique what I wanted 7 days ago and now it is sitting in my driveway.

It suck they said that they could get me into a car with my trade in. They never called me back even though, I had them talk to my bank that was going to give the money for the car. Terrible experience

Communicated with Matt by e-mail. Drove 100 miles to view truck. Dealer unwilling to offer any GM discounts at all. Matt said it was a gimmick to get people to dealership, they would not reduce price. The reason I thought I could afford this truck is because of internet, TV, Radio saying discounts offered. Without discount didnt have enough money to buy. Wasted my time took 1/2 day off work was lied to by Beck and Masten. Will save more money buy truck I want from someone else. Also they kept my drivers license and didnt notify me I left them at dealership. After 4 days finally remembered where I left them. Had to drive 100 miles again to retrieve them. More wasted time and money. My rating for them is unacceptable. Was referred to them by my son in law who bought a new Enclave and a new 3500 Denali.

Salesman "FV" ran my credit and knew they no longer had the vehicle which I told him I was specifically shopping for. Tried to offer me a LaCrosse when I told him the only vehicle they possessed that I was interested in was the 2014 Dodge Charger RT Max ... Very disappointed since he knew and sent my app to so many lenders.

Best vehicle buying experience ever. Beat other dealer pricing on same GMC truck. Salesman spent much time interfacing my I-pod to the trucks capabilities at delivery. Excellent dealer in all respects, for my experience.

I have purchased many cars from dealerships, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Classic bait and switch. I spent all week in discussion with the salesperson, filled out the credit pre-apprval form, reserved the truck, and asked for them to have as much ready as possible, as I was on limited time to get it done on Saturday. I drove 50 miles one way and was there exactly on time. Suddenly, the keys were "missing" and, so was the truck. They did however cheerfully offer me to look at others for $5000 more than the truck I wanted. They also had not run my credit, so when I was told "everthing looks great, we'll see you Saturday", all of it was hogwash. I found another truck with more options and a better price later the same day.
