Mobile experience I called and got an AI generated response which was actually decent. The AI agent said the vehicle was still available. I let it now it’s driving an hour and a half to get there so I wanna make sure it’s available. Set me an appointment time I’d let it know that I didn’t have time today so it’s that one that I’d be able to get in and out really quickly. I showed up at the dealership there was Two maybe three sales reps nobody else I walked around the dealership for 5 to 10 minutes but anybody coming for help finally found somebody coming out of the restroom. They told me that there was a sign in sheet in the front office and wait and then I’d be helped after the four people that were already waiting ahead of meafter that I overheard them explaining to people that they had to fill out an application to check in preapproved to all of that stuff before they could even see the car and more test driving seems to be taking quite a while and I was out of cash Byers to know

The sales manager was absolutely horrible to deal with. The vehicle was $80k over msrp and $25k over market value, also sitting on the lot for over 100 days so i made a market based value offer and told me that was a insult. Will never do business with them especially the sales manager.
Everything started off great but then turned sour. I don't even know if i was speaking with an actual sales man or a representative. I was very excited about this car because it was my daughters favotite color. Unfortunately our daughter passed but of course that info was not relayed nor did it matter. To make a lomg story short they didn't call to make a deal work. In our family we have bought several cars and SOME money can be put on a card which we asked to be AMEX. We were doing cash and amex. I was told rudely over and over no card. I got the picture the 1st time and i am not a stupid adult. After being made feel ittle and not wanting to work with us we ended the conversation there. The next day or so we find out the card is sold AND sold 2000 dollars less than we were paying. How is that even right when we could have worked out the all cash down deal if the car was lowered in price. In the end we got another panamera NEWER and much less miles!
I went to the dealer and was a scam. They put a lower price in the cars and when you get there is 6k above the ticket they promote no mention dealer fees and taxes Also I show my pre approval with Westlake and they said that they don't work with that bank. And they are promoting the lender.. Don't get it

Sadly the only reason I gave this dealer/vehicle one star is because giving no stars is not possible. I called about 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder AWD listed price was
$85000 I talk with the sales rap who is name was Mohammad he did everything he can get me a better price then the sales mangers texting me saying that no sir I'm not
selling the car for anything less then the advertised price when I look it up the post it up for 95,498 and I don't know how they jump from 8500 to 95000 when already

They did everything I asked for in a very nice way!
It was unfortunate that we could not work out a deal for this car. The sales rep was responsive but there was nothing they could do. So I ended up purchasing a low mileage S550 out of CA. One day I hope to add one of these beauties to my garage. The 126 was a time when the Engineers ran the company and these Beast were built to last.
I made an appointment with the dealership for 4/13. When the salesperson whose
name I was given was still 'tied up' with another customer, another salesperson
agreed to assist me and told me he'd hold the car until I returned on th 17th, a
Saturday, to purchase it. I found him both friendly and accomodating.
I would have no reservations about recommending the dealer to a friend.

I had a really great experience over the internet. I did not purchase from them as I chose to wait a day on my decision and lost the deal (my own fault for waiting) but I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Very professional and would recommend for those wanting to deal over the internet!

Love the car and the salesman.cost to much to ship.door to door free when u purchase one of their vehicles.
Dealership was quick to respond to my enquiry, & I purchased the Nissan.
They were eager to meet my requests, and overall the experience was pleasant. My only criticism is that the sales person is lacking in
knowledge about the product and the paperwork process associated with the sale.

We drove up from Fort Lauderdale to Delray Beach to see a Mercedes that was in pristine
condition. The vehicle was very dirty and had poorly repaired deep scratches. The presntation
was "off." We left unsatisfied.

Emailed the sales manager after the salesman assigned to me was unable or unwilling to respond to my inquires about a Acura RDX listed for sale on their web site.
Listed sales price is just a gimmick to get you in the door. After they add all the misc dealer fees the pricing is not attractive.
Unfortunately that seems to be the SOP for car dealers in Florida.

Sadly the only reason I gave this dealer/vehicle one star is because giving no stars is not possible. My wife and I went to this dealer, test drove and purchased this car, waited a week to get it as we were told by the sales associate they needed to “fix a few things”. When we were finally able to pick up the car, we were stranded on the side of the highway within two hours of pick up. Kudos to the service department for processing a quick return and backing out the deal. My wife and I will be looking elsewhere for our new car.

I felt that they have non transparent pricing and use bait pricing. They wanted an additional 2K in "fees" over the listing price. I would suggest that you look elsewhere. I wonder if they can not be transparent (honest) on the pricing, how will they behave over other matters. Does not inspire confidence for me.
the worst experience in my whole life. Get to a place where they are waiting for you with your separate car, drive more than 100 miles and when you arrive they tell you that the car is at the dealer but that it was sold. I know it was not like that. But hopefully one day the owners of the company read this and know what happens every day.

I was contacted promptly
What started out frustrating was completely turned around by the general sales manager, Bobby. I made an appointment to see the car and it hadn't arrived yet, so little frustrating first trip. Bobby made sure that wouldn't happen again, made sure we exchanged cell #'s, and texted me the second it arrived. The personal experience with management is what kept me working with this dealer. The sales process was one of the most painless I've ever had. I usually can't even sit still in finance office while they push stuff on me I don't want, but that wasn't the case here. Everyone was friendly and just welcoming. I had to come back and leave the car there to get some work finished, and Bobby gave me a very nice loaner to get back to work. Zachary was my salesman and he was super professional and great communicater. Great experience here!

The dealer seems to use deceptive pricing tactics. When I made a Reasonable offer they just responded “Not the right car for you”. Very rude and short. They list the cars without the $5,000 in various dealership fees that drive up your out the door price.
Online Buyer Beware- Horrible Horrible experience with them. The easiest part was signing the $36k check for a vehicle we had been looking for for over 4 years. Then comes the nightmares. We were told they would have the vehicle shipped to us since we were 5.5 hours away. They were going to send us a vehicle with 1 key. NO THANK YOU! The deal was for a car with 2 keys. Ahhh it has taken 3 weeks to get the key in from another Dealer, Manufacture or God because it should not take that long to get a blank key. Then the key is there and sits there an additional week before it is programmed for my specific car. Mind you the car has been paid for. Sales persons voice mail is full and we keep getting broken promises via text message. We were told “they didn’t have time to get to our car” WOW!!! so now I pissed. 30 days and I am still waiting on a car to appear in my driveway. After speaking with a sales manager, finance manager - no one could tell me anything, give me a status or help me

I spoke to H Greg Nissan a couple of times, the last of which I had a few questions regarding the car. The associate couldn't answer the questions right away and said he would have to speak to a manager. Two weeks later and still no call back. Makes me wonder if the questions revealed something about the car that would have hurt the sale so instead they just blew me off.
1000 dealer fees.... will not negotiate on price. Sales person was nice and accommodating, finance manager took the time with to answer ALL
of my questions!

Good experience just didn't have what I was looking for. They made a personalized video for me that was pretty cool which was a nice touch. I'll keep them in mind for the next time I'm shopping for a car.

Out of state buyers beware! Prior to money leaving my account I was told that my request for a special tint can be done and shipped if need be. However, it was a totally different story once I wire transferred $35,860.94 to Bethany and Ian After I paid, Ian didn’t know who I was and blew me off. Friends and family called and was told by many different sales people it’s still available for sale. I took snapshots of the ad, still available and for sale. I requested a full refund last week and have yet to see it back into my account.

* Verified that unit of intrest had been on premises over 60 days - that price was increased due to a needed

Follow up was good. We we're contacted 4 times, however, by a different person with each call. Three different sales people called us and a sales manager also followed up. All were courteous, but seemed unaware any one else had called. Lastly, this Nissan Dealership had 4 very low mileage (under 10,000 miles) 2018 Nissan Platinum 4x4 Pathfinders in their inventory, but failed to give a credible explanation why none of them were Certified By Nissan.

bad,spoke to mngr Dave he stated car would be about $17400 out the door he said come we see what we can do ,drove down on2/26 test drove car made an offer of $17k out the door first they said price was not negotiable and now it would be $18600 out the door and they don't know anyone named Dave,so I told them they are cheats and bad business and left

The dealer fees are outrageous $999.99 for
what? Did not not purchase
a vehicle there due to the fee. I recommend one
to boycott all dealers

The car was not as described. I went there only to find the rear bumper
damaged. They pretended to not know anything about it only to later say
they just saw it that morning when the car had been on their lot over 70
days. I would never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone.

Inquired about a truck that was on site. Very interested in it. No actual real pictures of the truck were posted. Asked if somebody could take some pictures. I got sent back the same generic stock photos. They lost a sale.

I got emails from them as well as phone calls I have stage 4 cancer and it hard for me to get around I sent one of there salesmen the best information he ask for on my trade in 2005 Nissan Titan with my vin and pic as he ask I ask what type of deal can he gave me or something close well after I heard nothing from them I have emailed them ect so I'm guessing from my experience they are not interested in making any deal whatsoever I would of drove 30 minutes down there for nothing for a deal I could not or did not want !

These guys seem like they don't want to work for a sale. I had to contact
them 3 times before I got a call back. Also their process for online sales just
does not work. I am ready to buy and they just don't send paperwork or
information.
Did not buy car because it did not offer the options I wanted. Emails were
returned promptly and courteously. I would buy from this dealership in the
future.

We went for test drive loved the car but could not get to agreeable price (
low price shown on listing was not truly represented since only maybe .01 %
of people in the United States would qualify for discounts required to get to
price shown on web listing) So unrealistic expectations that salesmen would
not be able to meet. Salesman was great dealership add the worst.
