Without question Gretna Auto Outlet is the best automobile dealer I have ever worked with and the buying experience was outstanding. Chad Engel answered all my questions quickly and honestly and coordinated delivery to Kimball, NE within a day. The delivery driver Ray was great. The truck was as advertised and is just what I was looking for. After many years of stereotypical "car dealer" experiences dealing with Gretna Auto Outlet was a breath of frezh air and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have reached out multiple times about concerns with things that broke in the first drive of my explorer and they either ignore me don’t reach back out or blow me off because the car is sold as is. Well fast forward they put Permaplate on the car all their cars before selling them but then charge you on the loan for it. If it is sold as is then why am i paying for something that was on before i bought it and they won’t even fix things i have reached out about within the first couple of days! Next they sent me a check for the plates but did not sign it so now i have to handle that! which the tax title and licenses wasn’t originally included i have always had that included and never had to ask but they completely blind sided me with it. Last they sold me a warranty package which i did not know the price they never told me the price till i seen the papers and its way more than i imagined to not cover anything from the reviews.

They started out OK But when I told them I had a 2003 ford Thunderbird to trade in They asked for the VIN number which I sent plus pictures of car an they never would answer me I tried calling them several times they would not return my call until after car was sold an car gurus told me before they did its like they were playing a game. I was ready to come out an buy the car all they had to do is make me a reasonable offer. The car was for my wife.All they had to do is be honest with me instead of not answering my calls. JOE

Dealer representative contacted me originally and also followed up a second time.
I e-mailed Gretna Auto Outlet with questions about this car and they replied to my inquiry by phone the next morning with accurate answers to my questions in regard to 4-zone air conditioning and a heated steering wheel on this car. Unfortunately, the answers were negative and knocked the subject car down a notch or two in my estimation and cooled my enthusiasm for this car more than a little bit.
My phone encounter with Gretna Auto Outlet was pleasant, cordial and honest, and if another T-Reg comes into their salesroom that meets my requirements, I'd like to be able to buy the car if only to be able to visit Gretna Auto Outlet in person and meet the great staff.

I was contacted by a sales person and made an appointment. Received a verification that morning that I was still going to show up as I was over an hour away. When I arrived they had no idea I was going to be there and the salesperson was not even there. A female salesperson took over, and she was wonderful. Unfortunately the initial salesman never bothered to tell me the car had hail damage all over it. The female was great. The rest of the experience was awful.

We had an appointment to see a particular car at 5:30. The car had a cracked windshield and some other mechanical problem that would be repaired and then we would be given a call back. Still no call back.

The salesperson Mitchbwas very informative. I was impressed with the process of the finance department trying to get the lowest interest rate possible. I didn't drive the car until they knew I was approved, So a person doesn't get their hopes up then they find out they weren't approved. I liked that as well. Lastly I LOVE my car.

Well a guy text me about the suv, when I would text him back he would take forever to get back with me and then he didn't text at all. I really was interested in this suv. Its big enough for me and my 2 children and it was freat in my budget. I don't have alot of money I work 1 job and I need a new car this would have been perfect.

My experience was bad. I went to this dealer to buy 2005 Super Duty pickup. I was at the dealership for 20 minutes and no one approached me in any way. I even walked into the dealership main showroom and passed 3 employees and still no one asked me if I needed any help. I went there with the intention of buying the 2005 Ford Super Duty that day. Needless to say I am still looking to this day.
