Trevor was absolutely amazing to work with! He made the whole process so smooth and easy. He was patient, professional, and always made sure I understood everything along the way. His communication was great, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal. Jason was equally fantastic! He explained every detail of the financing clearly and made sure I got the best possible option. He was efficient, friendly, and made the paperwork part completely stress-free.

Service on site to brakes while purchasing, rather than being done prior after their inspection. They also noticed water getting into the tail lights during service and never mentioned it or put it into the service report for their salesman. They pushed hard for a maintenance plan, but were very flexible with pricing / apr.

This dealer is one of the worst dealer I have ever dealt with, no ethics, no respect for customers. They did waste my time a lot and bluffed me with all the fake prices. They asked me to come later, when I went there again they said we have to increase the car price and we cannot sell it to promised price and they gave a quote at the very first visit and now they are said that quote is invalid and car is not available for you. I drove almost 90 mins one way each time. Never recommend this to anyone.

Long story short... 1 particular vehicle I was extremely interested in. I spoke with sales rep, let's call him John in the early evening before closing about it, which ended with an agreement that I would be coming down between 10 &11am (an hour & half drive) the next morning to purchase as a surprise for my Wifes birthday.(He knew this as well) The next day the wifie left after 8 am and wouldn't be back until 3pm, my window of opportunity- Was on the road by 8:30, thirty minutes into the trip I received a TEXT from John stating "Sorry Sir, the car was sold this morning" that was it, no call just sorry sir by TEXT. Really do I even have to say anything else?? (FYI-John is a fictitious person, the experience is fact!

I was absolutely prepared to purchase this car this weekend. I had gotten my finances in order and was ready to go. I had emailed earlier about the difference between the pure and the luxe but never got a response. Nevertheless, I showed up on my appointment time at noon on Saturday. The sales people looked confused and the person who worked with whom I had the appointment…insisted that he did not have a noon appointment. Someone looked at the schedule and indeed I was his 12 o’clock appointment. They then went around to get the car. In his defense, he did say after going and getting the car “it’s a little dirty“. I made an appointment to come and drive the car and you give me a dirty car? Clearly this was not somebody who wanted me to purchase that car. Won’t be going back there again…also filtered car gurus into junk email

I did the application over the phone. The approval process was quick. The man who sold me the vehicle and took the test drive with me was pretty new. Despite this, Michael was courteous and patient, he reviewed everything with me and I was only in the dealership for two hours. Great experience

Experience could not have been worse. I set an appointment for a test drive. Went in only to find the car would not start. Once they got it started it wouldn't stay running. They told me it could be a bad battery so they had to check it out and would call me. I called them back later that day and they said it was all fixed. Everything was good. We agreed on a price and I said I would be back to buy it, They said they don't take deposits and when I would be back. I was 50 miles away it would so it be 90 minutes. We agreed on a method of payment and I returned to the dealer. When I walked in the said they just sold the car while I was driving there.They never even gave me the courtesy of a phone call. So dishonest.

Everyone was extremely professional, and very helpful. I give their customer service 5 stars. They made my 9 hour trip worth it. The price of my Volvo was the cheapest I found nation wide. My wife loves the new car i bought for her and I'll be back in a few months to purchase a Volvo for me.

I really liked this dealership. They answered my questions without pushing me to buy something more expensive. I ended up buying this Nissan Ariya from them and have no regrets. I am very happy with my purchase. They even took my 2010 Nissan Xterra as a trade in which no one else seemed willing to do. And by the way this transaction was done 100% over the internet and phone because I live 2 States away from this dealer.

Did not mentioned about the problems existing on the car. But the eventually had 2 major problems transmission don’t shift and coolant leaking at the back of the engine. Problem notices just after driving few blocks away from the dealership and when I told them that I want to take it back, they said no coz I agree that the vehicle was sold as is.

Went to this dealer. Found the same car a bit cheaper with more miles and had an approval for a loan before Walking in. They ended up selling the car to someone else even tho I had the loan approval the day I went to see the car, they sold the car because I wasn’t approved by their finance person even tho I had the money ready to be transferred and down payment ready. The dealers prices are great but the communication in this dealer isn’t so good. Hopefully I find a good deal and a have a better experience if I find the car I want here or elsewhere.

Not impressed experience. They knew in time that I'm coming to check the car and was necessary to wait another 2 hours to get ready for test drive. After, they're trying to add big extra charges with some plans of protection wich I don't need them. No extra fees , no deal :)

Odd dealership - prices cars within the good to great deal range just to increase it by adding unwanted services (like vin etch and interior protector for $1,600 dollars, they'll take care of taxes and licensing at $600.00 more than the actual cost) that they say they will not sell a car without. Walked away from the deal just due to that fact - seems kind of shady that the price of the car gets increased $2,500 (in my case) for services that were unwanted.

I sent them an email with a couple of general questions about the Jeep. I received a general email back from Gregory - which I was expecting. I thought they were going to respond to my questions in a follow up email but I only was getting a standard email from Otie asking how they did on customer service and any questions just call. I guess their not gonna answer any inquiries via email and are only interested in “how they are doing”. Overall, disappointed in the laziness.

I offered them a price at what they were asking a month before they increased by 10k, the owner apparently loves himself so much that he said he would just keep it if it didn't sell. Now they lowered the price expecting people to overpay for their autos. Serves them right if some of these dealers fall off the wayside after trying to rake people.

I did buy the car. I thought that I was pushed into buying it . Paid too much. They have two things , paint protection and interior protection that they charge over a thousand for that you have to buy with each used car. Plus they told me that if I didn’t purchase it now they had Another buyer that day . It was a rush job that I should not have fallen for. Have buyers remorse now.

With almost 10 years in car sales, I can say these guys are mediocre at best. With online sales you can expect to have an E-signature system in place, along with that, a delivery process. These guys have neither. After I paid cash for the car, there was over a week of empty promises and shifty practices, I was left no choice and had to pick up car myself. You think after a week of stalling, they could have addressed the mis-matched tires and minor paint blemishes, but, they didn't. If you are shopping for a brand new model with dealer financing, they might be better at that, otherwise, typical buyer beware!

I called to find out availability at 935 am and made an appointment to look at the car at noon the same day. I arrived at 11:35 am . The two hours was for drive time as I was driving from Wisconsin to Libertyville IL. And told them that. I saw the car that I had called about and was told by asia the inventory manager it would be ready for me when I arrived as we had gotten snow the night before. I then went inside as I saw the vehicle being pulled around to the back. I then was told they had sold it to another customer who was sitting at a salesman desk. Then the sale person stated "it's first come first serve" I pointed out that must not mean appointments. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND WASTED 3 HOURS OF MY TIME, GAS, TOLLS, ECT. AN APPOINTMENT IS FIRST COME AND THEY HAVE NO SERVICE. Thank you to the customer who purchased the car for speaking up on my behalf. He told the sale person that was wrong.

The vehicle is very nice!. The experience howe er was far from. I saw this vehicle did am online application providing everything it asked if me. Talked to the salesman that worked hard to get me approved and In the vehicle. As things progressed things discussed or promised started to change. They said they would deliver the vehicle, at the very time to take possession of vehicle they said they couldn't. I live 3 plus hours away. On top of that their responses were rude. They wouldn't take any responsibility and now the vehicle I've traded in and the loan has yet to be paid off causing me more issues. Was told it would be looked into only to never hear from anyone about it. Good vehicles but if you're big on customer service they have a lot of work to do.

Selected this dealership due to the promises of a good online experience. I received the total opposite, I spoke with three sales associates and one finance manager and they were all totally rude. I asked for information for a car I was interested in and was told it was on its way, after 3 follow calls. I was told the car was sold. Very unprofessional business. Terrible service beware.

Went to the dealership but the person I spoke to was the internet sales person so we were greeted by a different sales person. Did not even introduce himself had to ask for his name. Immediately looked for the car keys but showed us the wrong car. The car was nice though. We went to this dealership because of their ad stating that they can work with any type of credit. But they were not able to find us bank to finance the car the we wanted. Quite disappointing as we hoped to purchase the car.

They had me fill out Kelly Blue Book link for my trade in. I was already on my way. An 8 hour drive to Chicago! Had email contact from 2 females there. I sent the link. Never heard back from anyone. This was on a Friday and Saturday. I bought my car somewhere else on Monday after the weekend. $1500 more for my trade than the scam link they sent me offered. Same car. Same miles and the car was $1000 less!! $2500 swing. Stay away from Chicago dealers! I was talking to 2 others in the area. Lesson learned. I love my gently used Infinity QX30. Still figuring out the abundance of features it has.

Had an appointment scheduled to look at a car, get there the car isn’t there. Was never noticed the car wasn’t there. Ok fine, things happen. Went with our second option, car wasn’t there either. The salesman said he would gladly bring the car to me once they arrived back from detail. Never heard from him. 2 weeks later we scheduled an appointment to look at another car....guess what. Wasn’t there!! It’s ok though. Went to another dealer gave them our hard earned money and we left we a car and they gave top dollar for my trade. Thanks Gregory Infiniti for not having any of the 3 cars we scheduled appointments to come see because we got a great deal and a dealership that had cars!

Horrible car! Drove over an hour to see the car. The car had a collision warning lit up. The brakes were horrible and rusty! And the worst part is that the engine was extremely dirty and loud with so much dirt and leaves inside the engine (looked like water damage)! Their excuse was that the car hasn't gone through inspection yet because they just had over 100 cars come in so they "didn't have time" to fully inspect the car and didn't have it ready for us. I don't understand why they would post a car up for sale if they haven't even inspected the car! Definitely seemed shady and untrustworthy!

It was hard to get in contact with them so much as I was ready to let it go ... but I really loved the car so I call one more time and got a live person. From that moment on, everything went smoothly. I had already prequalified but they got me a better rate and even offered to deliver my car free of charge. Total SCAM Car was listed for 26797 I believe. When I contacted them and the No haggle price which was one of the lowest in my area.....they then shot me back a price with 1258 in accessories.... I emailed them back and they said it was for paint protection and it was done to the vehicle already and I had to pay for that. So in short any price advertised make sure you add 1258 and that’s the real price. These are very deceptive games they play. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for this shady dealer.

I bought the car. I think it was a good deal. However, The dealership try to trap me by adding unnecessary amounts to the final price, tried to convince or I can say almost force me to accept that as these extra warranties are mandatory for me to buy. I argue with the salesperson and he agreed to take them off but when I was in the office (after a long long wait). The finance manager said that I have to pay for warranties. However, when I stand up saying that please keep the car I am not buying it, that's when he took those extras off and sold the car to me on original price.

What a terrible experience! I've never felt more compelled to leave a review of a service. I, like many of you, expanded my car search beyond where I lived in search of what I wanted. When the sales manage Joey sent me the final number for a vehicle, it was over $3,000 more than the sale price. Now, I know there are taxes, and even dealer/doc fees and such but when I asked for a breakdown of the price, he mentioned that there was paint protection and theft coverage. No biggie, I politely told him that I don't need those things and to adjust the price according (as those 2 things totaled an extra $1,258). He failed to respond to me. I finally called and got ahold of him and he told me those items are required. ON WHAT PLANET is that stuff required?!? No they are add ons and I don't want them. I simply said "no deal". Don't fall for sleezy car salesmen/women folks. There are PLENTLY of dealerships doing good and honest work, Gregory Infiniti just ISNT one of them.

We were made to believe that this Audi had a sunroof but it didn't -- that's after we drove the 1 hour to get there. We were shown a BMW X3 as an alternative. It was really nice but we needed to do our homework on it before committing to purchase. After a few days, we called back and asked to see if it was still available. It was so we settled on a final price and started making the drive back to the dealership. When we were in- route, we were notified that it had already been sold. The prices are good and I really like the low pressure sales but I would recommend you NOT buy a car from this place!! The way this place runs their business is very questionable. I called to speak with the manager but they have yet to return my call. Car dealerships have a bad rep and this place is a prime example of everything that is slimy about this business.

Representative from Gregory INFINITI indicated that they were not interested in doing business outside of IL and WI. I would recommend that this dealership stop using the internet if they do not have any intention of leveraging modern technologies. This is very confusing to an internet shopper. I moved on to the next Chicago based dealer...who has been very active and interested in working out a deal for me to fly up and pick up. This was my first pick....but Gregory INFINITI did not want to bother. Here is the reply that I received..."Unfortunately it looks like you're from out of state and our Auto Group doesn't do business outside of IL and WI."

Quick to respond. However, we drove 3 hours to look at and possibly purchase vehicle. Vehicle had scratches at down the drivers side and they were unable to buff out. Began to talk numbers with the financial manager when we found out they raised the price $1,000 that afternoon when we were on our way there in addition to only offering us a very high interest rate as a take it or leave it type of deal. Therefore, we disagreed on price. Overall, I would say financial team is very dishonest, but Jason (saleman) was very approachable and willing to help as much as he could.

I had a very bad experience with this dealer. They clearly posted fake pricing on their website and CarGurus.com before the new year. When I contacted them about 2019 Infiniti QX60 lease they offered a sales price that was over $5000 higher than what was posted on their website and CarGurus.com. Joey offered other than Infiniti financial services lender to lower the sales price for the lease. Both Joey and Tim confirmed that the advertised price is only applicable to "financing" not leasing... Classic bait and switch tactics. I've dealt with multiple Infiniti dealers in the area and none of them was as dishonest and shady as Gregory Infiniti. Infiniti USA do you really want your luxury brand to be represented in this way?

This dealer has a policy NOT to sell cars to anyone out of state. I asked for a manager and the guy answered call said he was a manager. When asked why cannot sell the car he said that is bacause of service limitations and they will have trouble to service out of state cars. BUT, the car I am interest is sold "As Is" with no warranty. His policy justifucation does not make sence. Also I am the one responsible for the car reguatration. All is so confused and looks very fishy. Be aware !

I called the dealer to verify the features on the QX60 due to the fact the company website and Cargurus didn't match. I spoke to a young lady who looked up two vehicles and said yes they did have the features we were looking for. We drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase one of the two QX 60's when we arrived they said no they did not have two of the features we wanted. I explained to them if we could work out a deal because we came so far and your employee (which I was able to name) stated yesterday they had this. The sales man looked at me and said no, the listed price was the best he could do. They would not take any less and were not interested in making a sale to us unless we paid the full list price. I have never been treated this way when purchasing a vehicle. Their employee messed up and the company didn't want to make it right.

The dealer was prompt in submitting quotes on vehicles I requested. I have about a 1-1/2 drive to the dealership which I have no problem with for the price I feel is fair to pay. The problem is when it came time for a commitment on a price the internet sales person would not always change it and it would always be a few thousand more than I was originally quoted. I willnot buy a vehicle from a dealership I do not trust.

The meet and greet was great and then things took a turn for the worse. I made it very clear to the sales rep that I didn't need in house financing over the phone and also the sales rep who came out to meet me and my family. The car wasn't clean when we got there even though they knew we were coming, and after 4 hours of talking the sales manger tried to make do in house financing. He explained that it was company policy and I asked him if I could have it in writing to read over it and then it got worse. He couldn't produce in paperwork, nor a standard protocol for what he was saying. He said they only do in house financing. I'm a 21 year active duty Navy Chief and bank with Navy Federal. I have never seen their checks be turned away. I called them on the spot and they talk to the dealership and they just tapped dance around with their answers. These guys are scandals and I reported them to be added to the no shop list.

My experience was not a good one. I wanted to purchase the vehicle but, the representative informed me their auto group does not sell to out of state buyers unless they are located in IL or WI. I went to the dealer and looked at pseveral cars. The sales Person Eric looked up and help me explore many options. There was no pressure and helped me find what was right for me. I settled on a car I liked and then Dan in finance did the same with exploring options right for me. They dropped the car off at the house the next business day. The dealer was 60 miles from my house and was worth the drive. I explored new vehicals, lease options and also used cars. A very good experience. I settled on a used vehical and was treated same as if I would have bought new vehical.

At first, the dealership was great at responding quickly to my inquiries and claiming to give me the "best car buying experience I've ever had"; however, this was not the case. Upon contacting the dealership further, they were quick to perform a credit check (per my request) and I had a hard time getting in touch with a member of the finance department to lock in the deal. Turns out the car had been sold by another associate during my transaction! A poor miscommunication by the employees that cost me the vehicle I was about to purchase and two hard inquiries on my credit report!

The good, the dealer was very responsive. The bad, the car I looked at had signs of fresh paint after being told no accidents. Also the tires seemed almost bald but was being listed as certified. They tried saying the tires had 50% tread left. The oil change sticker, done by one of their service techs, said tires needed immediate attention.

My experience was not very good. The vehicle had scratches in several places and was dirty. In my opinion the vehicle was not ready to be sold. I was asked to leave a $100 deposit to hold the car they charged my card $1,000. I enjoyed the salesman the rest of the people I dealt with seen a little snooty and arrogant and very matter-of-fact. They could not take the money and get me out of there fast enough. They did however paint the scratches. They have a porter to deliver the vehicle to my home the salesman was supposed to deliver it. The vehicle showed up still dirty some type of adhesive on the back seat. To the state no one has showed up to walk me through the vehicle to show me what the vehicle can and cannot do extremely disappointed. Not even a remote start with setup and it should have been very poor customer service the salesman was fine the rest I can do without

The dealer did contact me pretty quickly however when I drove down there to look at it, it appeared the vehicle was not 100% ready to be looked at as there were issues with the vehicle and the technicians were on strike so nothing could be done about it at that time. By the time they were able to get it fixed the vehicle ended up getting sold before I could get back to it again.

Terrible experience. Contacted dealer and set up a date to meet two days later. Drove an hour to get there. After 10 minutes the salesman tells me sorry forgot to call you , car is already sold.. thanks. Felt completely disrespected.

The salesman Doug was very insightful and helpful. The rest of the salespeople were friendly and informative. Didn't buy the truck but I would definitely give them my business.

Contacted dealer about the car which I was told there was a sale pending but the car remained listed for sale for several weeks after that. If it was still for sale would have like the option to purchase, if it had sold would have not had it listed still as available.

Inquired about a blue 2014 jeep wrangler that was for sale 2/26/16 and spoke to Kodi and i put in an offer but unfortunately a couple hours later someone had put a deposit on it and it sold. I received a call from the Manager (we briefly spoke and I do not remember his name unfortunately) the next day and we spoke and he kindly asked if there was anything they could have done differently. I told him that I appreciated the phone call but I had already purchased a new Jeep. The manager was very professional and it was nice that he took the time to return a phone call. Wasn't in the market for an infinity but will definitely visit them in any future vehicle purchases and will recommend them.

I was very disappointed in the outcome of my visit. They did not stand behind what they offered and were ultimately very disrespectful to me as a consumer. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great cash deal but engine light came on soon after. It was just a tune up but just wish everything was tip top after driving a hour to get the truck, otherwise they were great and very professional

I purchased a used Honda CR-V Ex 2008 from this dealer. I was told by the salesman, Val, that the vehicle had new brakes and tires. I drove back 40 hours after the sale to have the brakes checked. Waited nearly four hours for the manager, Justin, to approve front brakes. I was told he had approved it and the work was done. I came back the following Tuesday asking to check the vehicle. At that point, on of the service managers said they only put brake pads on the vehicle in the rear. They told me I was misinformed about the "new brakes" and they would put in front brakes, only, if I remove the poor rating I on dealerrater.com. Very disappointed with Gregory Infiniti.
