They contacted me but never followed up with the
offer I gave for the vehicle. I was told they would get
back to me regarding my offer and trade-in but never
heard back from them with a yes or no regarding my
offer.

They had Advertised data on their website regarding discounts and Chrysler incentives on the Jeep. When I asked about them I was told I was wrong. They then asked where I heard of such things. I sent them a screen pic from their own web ad containing the entire list which added up the $3500 we were apart on the deal. They immediately ceased all communication.

They email me about the vehicle - I tell them what I am looking for as this one was too much
money. They say they doubt they could find anything in my range. Then they email me about
one and I tell them my son lives near by I will have him come look at it in the morning (Sat) they
email me back Sat to say it was sold Friday.....

Greenway answered our inquiries right away. John was patient with my many questions and very courteous. The car was listed at a great price and was in great shape so we ended up purchasing it. Low pressure sales and the business office did not try to push a warranty purchase. Great experience all around. I would definitely return.
