After asking what the dealer fees are and any other fees, I was told that would all be covered in negotiations. I told him I need to know all of this upfront. Had to speak to five different people to finally get someone to help me. Paid $200 for a car inspection because I'm eight hours away. When we go to negotiating, they tell me the listed price of 19,000 is not including the $3000 they need to recover and repairs or the $1000 dealership fee. This is the ultimate bait and switch, they say on the website is listed in small print that they will need to recover any repair fees, of course, I did not see that, and none of the five people that I spoke to mention it to me after I asked about fees. So when we go to negotiate, they tell me the price of the car is 26,000. If they would've told me that before I would never would've had an inspection that cost me $200 because that is way out of my price range. This is the ultimate slimy sneaky bait and switch. Beyond disappointed.

Said they have a vehicle for $1601.00, I verified the vehicle was there and for sale. but called before I drove for an hour from my home and they told me it didn't pass inspection and they can't sell it. Good thing I didn't drive an hour to find out.

Terrible experience .. I sent a message to verify that the vehicle was available, which they responded that yes and we arranged an appointment for more information, when I arrived at the site after driving for almost an hour they told me that the vehicle had been sold 40 minutes ago .. they tried to sell me another one for much more value, when I told the seller that I was not interested in another one that I had gone for which I had inquired about, they told me that the car was available ... they brought it and when I asked for a test drive they told me that it could not be there, I understand that they use an advertisement with a car with a great price and when you arrive at the place they tell you that they are no longer able to sell you another one ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING

Awfull Thought I had bought the car, gave 1000 down waiting for the car to be fixed, the next day they called saying that the car could not be fixed!!! Was just the rear door had a problem, what dealership mechanic can’t fix a car? They gave me no explanation that was plausible , just excuses! They can careless about human being but money, on top of that they charge you an amount of almost a 1000 us for luxury and another fee of around 900 for loyalty,!, what does that mean? No thanks, a lot of choices in the market , no need to be treated like they treated me!

Listed price was $13k and the final OTD price was over $19k. When asked about all the extra fees, the sales manager kept asking if I was expecting the dealership to pay my taxes.

Shady. Just shady. Service/detailing departments were both behind by over 20 cars. The car we came to test drive was on their lot for four days, when we arrived at the dealership we asked for a woman named Lacey, who was not there. In the meantime, the other salesmen cleared a table for us and found a salesman for us, who sat down and after introducing himself, said that he had no clue what we were here for and nobody told him anything at all; we later found out that Lacey worked in the internet department, still never saw her. By the third time we were told someone would bring the car out for a test drive, we were put with the third or fourth salesman to drive. Nobody asked for my or my mothers drivers licensees, or insurance. We get in and start the test drive, the check engine light is on and they have no clue what's wrong with it, not to mention the car was absolutely filthy, and had the previous owner's belongings in it. The car didn't even feel safe to drive. DO NOT GO!!!

Terrible. After being hounded for days to come view a car after reaching out for basic info, I arrive and find out after sitting for 30 minutes that the car I came to see was continently sold that morning. I understand the car market is insane but I had received a call that morning confirming that I was coming. They then tried selling me a car $10k over the one I was trying to see. The process of buying a vehicle has been draining because of dealers like this!

My experience with Kia Orlando north was great overall. I believe that I had a fair deal with them and the car is in excellent condition. The sales agent was very patient with me and the finance person who finalized the deal was very easy to work with. I would not have any problem to recommend them to my friends and family members.

All the reviews are 100% on point. One of the worst dealerships I have ever been too. Made an appointment to get a trade in value and look at a truck. Once I got there they told me they couldn’t give me a trade in value and the truck I came went to look at was taken home by the maintenance manager. Reached back out a couple days later to see if I could get my value and the guy who looked at my trade acted like he never looked at my car. The issue is from the top down. I sent the general manager about my experience and he also failed to responded. Terrible service, unprofessional, and used cars are all beat up. Buy here, pay here dealers have nice used cars without all the ding, damages and issues with there used cars.

I had a very good experience at Greenway Kia North. I came to check out a 2005 Camry. Ricardo was my sales representative and he was very professional and knowledgeable of their inventory. Ricardo explained the process and gave me my options on a purchase. I would definitely return to Greenway Kia North to purchase a vehicle.

I call this dealer and had an appointment to come see the car, I got there first of all they started showing me other vehicles, I had to point out the one I came for, they had my daughter test drive it and as we sat down to negotiate the seller got up and disappeared for a few minutes to come back and tell me that they couldn’t sell the car because it had no title. I drove about 2 hours to get there, I was so disappointed. This was the most horrible experience for me and more so for my daughter because it was her first time buying a car and was so elicited about this particular one. Please don’t drive all the way to this dealership if you don’t know for sure they have the car you need. Because they will get you there and try to sell you something else. Horrible horrible horrible !!!!

Horrible experience they responded right away. Drove all the way there around 40 miles one way just for the salesperson assigned to me to disappear with a “personal situation” excuse then some kid comes out and tries to say the vehicle I came to see was being serviced elsewhere. I’m livid at this point. He states I have another one to show you and they will give me a great deal. I only was interested in a F150. So of course common sense would say he is going to show me a Truck. Then these soulless sales people try to sell me a GMC Canyon SUV. With all the butter on a turd they could put. Even if it’s still a turd. Lol a garbage suv that has tons of electrical problems. Total Bait and Switch. Buyer Beware.

Horrible experience as a potential out of town buyer. Couldn't get anyone to tell me numbers over the phone so I could bring a check from my bank for the price of the truck. They only seemed interested in doing business if you were financing through them. They wouldn't even hold the vehicle for the duration of the 5 hour trip that I was willing to make to buy the vehicle. After this experience, I began reading the negative reviews for this dealership and it all made sense. It was like I was reading about my experience over and over again. Stay away

The dealer was very helpful. The experience was very pleasant. I had to bring the title for my old car that I traded in to them the next day. I mentioned to them that the car hesitated when stepping on the gas from a standing start. Above 20 MPH the problem went away. If I stepped on gas easier until 20 MPH the problem didn't happen. They said since the car was solod as is with no warranty they couldn't do anything about it.

Very unprofessional. Typical car salesman tricks. Gabi called me to confirm the car was available. I mentioned to her I was going to be traveling 1 hour to get the car. I mentioned to her the pictures they had in the website showed it to be very dirty. Then I talked to her manager, Steven, which also guarantee the vehicle was going to be ready when I arrived. When we arrived around 5pm they assign us a sales rep that wasnt aware of my conversations with Gabi and Steven. So he walked us to the can and guess what? It was still dirty inside out with the same garbage that was in the picture. When we started walking around the car we found the rear passenger door had been hit hard. Detail that wasnt mentioned or in the pictures. The sales rep takes us inside to see if he can make a deal. While waiting another manager, Cesar, comes out to sweet talk us and put a million excuses why he rather not sell us the car. Gives of other options. When I went to see it it wasnt in the lot. 0 stars

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!I spoke with someone named Marissa. She was very nice and she helped me out over the phone and through email. When I arrived to Longwood (I drove 2 hours to get there) Marissa introduced me to another person and I remember his name but it wasn't American. He allowed us to test drive it. The car drove smooth just needed a new battery. I got excited about that particular Kia. We went inside to finalize the transaction only to find that the online price was different from the store price. Marissa did not inform me of that. On top of that they wanted us to finance through them when I already had a bank to finance it. He left to go talk to his manager than comes back 15 mins later to tell me the car has already been SOLD the night before. Please read your reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

We came to an agreed price for the new car and on my trade in. When to the finance person all documents was sign I was given the key to the car and my plates were place on the new car, I was told to wait a couple of minutes for the second key, after waiting over half a hour another gentleman came as ask me to follow him which I did, he took me into a office and then told me they cannot sell me the car for the price we had agreed on. He also indicated that I did not take any of the add on (*warranty or service) I have been buying new cars for the past 45 years and have never had any thing like this happen

Everybody I spoke with over the phone was wonderful and extremely accommodating. I was coming from a long distance and they made sure that the car was still available before I left to see the car. They actually care about your time which is difficult to find in dealers today.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Advertised price was deceptive. Difficult getting questions answered throughout the process. Then, when we were finally close to closing the deal, sold the car from out from under me and tried to steer me towards a more expensive model. Lesson Learned.

Just a email, stating to me that I should come in to see them. No internet or email communications. I prefer to save time and at least discuss my options and narrow facts down a bit, prior to driving an hour, for maybe nothing. They have several Kia's that I am interested in...but we will see if they are hungry for a potential sale by contacting me further and discussing details and options.

i was interested in this car, i was working out the details and the sales guy when Ghost.. then came back saying the car was sold the night before ( as I was talkking to him ) wasted my time.. will NOT consider in the future.. Will tell my circle NOT to do business with them

We had several conversations and emails back and forth and I finally received an out the door price which was $%2,000 over the sale price. Same tactic so many dealers use to get you in their showroom by lowballing and then feed you all kinds of reasons why the price is 35% over asking price including state regulations they say has to added to the price of the auto (In this case, dealer and transportation fees over $1200) They emailed a discounted price of $2400 which gave it the $5494 ad price, then added $2000 back to that sale price. I would never do business with them.

I contacted them and they gave me an appointment to come and purchase the car. Spent the whole morning to get there. When I arrived they told me they had sold the car. They were not truthful to me.

Even though there was no sale made. These guys were extremely nice and helpful. Only thing I would would change is that we were told to bring in a check for an amount to take care of a down payment, and the deal could be made. But it didn't happen. But hopefully we'll be able to do some business at a later date.

Great listed price, high hidden dealer fees of $799 and no flex on price or fees. Was told it would be against the law for them to not charge a dealer fee, even though other dealerships have no fee????? Will not be doing business with them!

Talked to Dorothy found out about $1000 dealer tack on fee which she said was normal...read another e-mail(automatic?) from co-worker at which I replied something to the effect if they dropped their ridiculous dealer fee I would reconsider buying the no frills car that has been sitting on their lot for months. I received a letter back from Dorothy NOT the person I addressed in the email stating she read my email and went on & on defending their position for the 'ridiculously' high dealer fee. Well, in the end I bought a car from another dealer without a ridiculously high dealer fee and received more off of sticker price.

Had a great experience. I was contacted through Car Guru by John. He answered all of my questions in a straightforward manner. I set up an appointment, and arrived a little early. John came over and introduced me to Mani who showed me the truck I came to see. Numbers took about 15 to 20 minutes, and we agreed on terms. Overall one of my best carbuying experiences. If I designed the way I would want the process to go, this was it. Thanks guys for the great experience.

Great experience. Adam, and Erik made this a great experience. I went in scared, and they put me at ease. They showed me the Outlander and let me drive it. I fell in love with it. I was ready for hell as I came back in, but it went pretty easy. They showed me their online price and a fair value for my trade. Probably only took an hour to get in and out after I decided on an Outlander (I was flip flopping between 2 colors, sorry for driving you guys nuts!). Throughout no one pressured me to make a decision, even when I kept gong back and forth between the 2 Outlanders for almost 2 hours. I don't think I will ever go to another car dealer again.

Car had been misadvertised at having 5,500 miles on it but really had 55,000 miles on it! The car was nice but I told them to adjust the price accordingly. No response at all. Buyers beware.

We apologize for the error.  When we initially input the vehicle into our computer, one digit was not entered, causing the clerical error.  Upon being made aware of the problem, we immediately corrected it, and now advertise the correct miles on CarGurus and every other site.  When the pricing was created, we did price it knowing the correct miles on the vehicle so there was no adjustment to be made to the price.

When I made it to the dealership everything seemed great. My car salesman gave me the impression that he would be there to assist me in finding a vehicle but, I was very wrong. Manny was playing with his phone the whole duration of the test drive, made patronising comments pertaining to the price of the car, and then argued with my boyfriend! Customer service was very lacking at that establishment. I will NEVER send a soul to that dealership to purchase a car!

Would of love to got the SUV, but they would not check the engine lights for me and the emissions check light. If they would iof check it and I knew what money I would have to put into the SUV, I might of still brought it.

The internet sales manager was very pushy and rude. I did express my concern with the used car sales manager and he assured me that he would speak with the individual but I have never been spoken to like that before when trying to purchase anything.

Big waste of time. They never sent more pictures like I requested and the picture in the ad was terrible. My biggest complaint is that I was looking for a 6 speed, the car was listed as a 6 speed but when I drove over an hour to get there the car was an automatic.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the second time around with them. They NEVER call back. They do everything they can not to show the car fax. Forget trying to negotiate to a reasonable price that is anywhere close to the national average.

Had a teribble experience the first date of contact the car was listed at $5995.00 that was on Sunday Monday they raised price to $6414.00 said that they ran it thru thier service department. Refered to listed price on car gurus they agreed to that price I drove 375 miles with cash in hand ready to buy they lowered the price to $4999 while in route. While time I was in contact with internet sales manager. Got a text a hour before arriving car was in test drive and I needed to hury. Got to lot the car looked nothing like the pictures posted chipped paint, spoiler was very loose. Took test drive and the car was over heating. Got back made offer was told no that was as low as they would go. Left for 15 minutes to talk it over called said we would take the car would be back in 10 minutes. Was informed that the car had sold the night before and they took a personal check and the funds cleared. Would not recommend dealership to any one and though the internet sales manager did a good job communicating with me, I fill it was a scam as the car is still on the lot and not sold. It was a experince that no one who tells the dealership they are driving way out of the way to go thru. We did find a car down the road in better condition at a lower cost. The dealer fee for the car we were looking at was over a thousand and Kia Orlando North. DO NOT GO To OR USE KIA ORLANDO NORTH!!!!!

I went there I they Email to me one week before and they tell me that the car was avaliable. .. went I got there after 1 hour diving they told me that the car was sold and one week later the Kia west email that they have the car ....I feel they was playing ... changing the dealer size.....

Dealer called and when I said I had a to wait a few weeks he followed up in a few weeks. Did not buy yet but will consider them when ready. Seem like an honest and responsive dealer.
