bad, the car listed for $17,800 after there add on fees over 22,000, i'm finding out they all do this. april adams sends me e-mails that i can't reply to. another person the day after i said no deal, asks for my vin# to put together a package offer,i send it to him and never get the offer. there are hundreds of cars like this for sale, you have to be better than this.

This place did the old bait and switch game. After calling me several times I was able to make my appointment with them after getting there they told me the car was in the shop and was going to be taken off there web site. Which is a lie. Waste of my time

I found nothing negative whatsoever about this dealer nor any of the staff we dealt with. We purchased this car and absolutely love it. Tori is an exceptional, vital part of the team at Greenacres. When I upgrade my truck in a couple of years, she will be my first call. So often when dealing with online purchases lies will be sold to the consumer. Everything was as advertised. Phenomenal service from the detailing of the vehicle to the floor manager who was very professional. Thanks guys. I mean it. Thanks for not wasting any of my valuable time.

If you are looking for a dealership that doesn't return phone calls and doesn't accept wire transfers...you've found it! We offered to pay their asking price for an advertised 4Runner, in full (no financing) via wire transfer, Amex or whatever other method they suggested. Nothing. Radio Silence. Don't waste your time trying to reach them, especially if you are from out of town and cannot physically go there. Very poor business manners.

Terrible people! They're like Sharks ready to devour you.... the advertising price is a bait! They will add 7 to 9 thousands of dollars once you show up. These secret, hidden fees is unethical! They need to be clear and transparent with online prices. People time is valuable! I don't have time to play games.

When I went in for the test drive, the car was sold the night before. I was very disappointed because I called that morning to confirm. Another sales person should me several other vehicles, but they weren't in my price range. They did call to follow up with me regarding my experience.

The people were so amazing, well worth the two and a half hour drive. They kept open communication with us about the car we was interested in. When we went to view the car they were spot on when it came to their description of the car. The car was really clean inside out and under the hood. Before we was able to see the car they offered us something to drink while we waited for them to bring the car around. The salesman Ackeim was not pushy or all up in our business, he was really pleasant to deal with and helpful, The sales floor manager was really friendly and upbeat, and the pre-owned sales manager was very helpful. They were a great group of men to deal with and they were honest and true to their word!!! Great place, amazing people, sweet rides!!!

This dealership have alot of scammer working there!! I saw a 2013 IS250 I inquired about the vehicle, then I saw a Honda Civic which was a little less so I decided to take a look at the honda, but the honda interior I didn't like so much so I was told that the had other vehicles while looking at the stock I saw the 2013 Lexus IS250 the same one i had inquired about, it look really good drives good as well!! I decided to do the deal, I did not need any financing because I was already pre approve with my bank Capital One. While going over the numbers the vehicle was $13,500 that was the listed price, they claim the give discounts for first responders but they claimed it was already included which was a lie plus they added in $1999 for reconditioning fee long story short , i walk away from the deal then I was convinced by the GM to return and he would reduce the fee to $599 but they still charge me over $1200 i was in a hurry for work so I never noticed the fee until Capital One called

Went to see vehicle twice. Each time there was a mechanical issue. To add to the inconvenience, the dealership charges a $995 dealer fee. i.e.: the $6000 vehicle came out to a $10,000 vehicle and still had mechanical issues that they couldn't fix.

A complete waste of time, the quoted price on the website bore no resemblance to the MUCH higher (by over $4k) ultimate price offered to me. The salesmen were shameless. This is why car dealers have lousy reputations. Stay away!

Greenacres nissan is the best , they have a good staff, they so polite and helpful and they they always there to negociate with you to close the deal, and they always do their best to help you find a good lender so you can get a better rate and the best warranty. And also they always open to answer any questions you may have. So i really love them because they so kind and always try to make you go home with a car. So i can say they sre the best dealer in palm beach county.

Honest error. Vehicle was initially advertised as a manual 6 speed, this was prior to photos being uploaded. Once photos were displayed, and it was apparent the vehicle was an auto, I informed dealer of the error however, the dealer did initially contact me with a pleasant email.

They are awful!! Be careful of this place! A friend drove me 2 1/2 hours to Greenacres Nissan In the pouring rain. They assured me the specific car I wanted was there. When I arrived it was completely not the car I was looking for. It was the wrong color and a manual. I was looking for automatic. Bewildered, I test drove it anyway. The breaks obviously where no good and was totally pulling to the left They told me the car I wanted was in Georgia! I asked them about this car I figured it could be shipped down to Florida. The sales rep I was speaking to went to Frank to see how much they could buy the Georgia car for so they would know a purchase price for me. However, Frank came out and told me it already had been sold! Disappointed and shocked I continued to speak with Frank who did nothing but disparage and upset me! I was on a three- week high looking for a vehicle and felt nothing but good until I spoke to Frank!! It was a horrible experience at Greenacres Nisson!!!!
