They were wonderful when it came to the car we had picked out. Even though we couldn't get financed (due to no fault of theirs), they were still friendly and offered to fix a minor problem on the car before we bought it no would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were hands down the friendliest car guys we've delt with. We did the test drive, had the price nailed down, drove off the lot within an hour (including a run to the bank down the road). Cargurus had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The car we bought was exactly as listed. The dealership was just icing on the cake. Thanks guys!!

Does not hold up to customer service standards after you complete the purchase. We had lights go off. Paid to tow it to them. They kept it 4 days and claimed they could not find anything wrong. Got it home and the light started going off. Sent them a video of yhe light and the codes from an auto shop. They are not willing to fix the problem. As we have spent time with the car, we have come across many "old deal hacks" of covering up issues. To go into detail of the issues would take a long time. But I do not mind sharing my experience with anyone who wants to do business with them. Not even worth 1 star

The staff was friendly and helpful with answering my questions about the vehicle. They were patient when I needed additional time for the bank to approved my payments at the time of purchase. They replaced the front windshield wipers that were dried out after the sale without being asked, which is greatly appreciated. Shortly after buying it the TPMS light came on and the front headlight bulb went out. The tire pressure exceeded the vehicle's required PSI, so that wasn't the source of the problem. I was informed by a tire specialist that all four sensors needed to be replaced, which required additional money after my purchase. This can unexpectedly happen with a used vehicle, and there's no way for me to know if the TPMS light was reset prior to my test drive or if they had no prior knowledge. Either way, it's not the end of the world. Thanks to Green Ride Inc for a smooth buying experience.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Car drove fine during test drive. About 30 minutes on the way home, the transmission started to act up. When I called, they wanted to pay for a USED transmission but didn’t wanna pay to have it put in. Not even a week of having the car the window switches and seat switches all stopped working. Was also told it had a clean tennessee title which ended up being an indiana title. Also had previous flood damage and had been in an accident and I was never told about that information before I bought it. Don’t waste your time. Stay away from these scammers!

My experience with Green Ride Inc. was absolutely incredible. We are a young married couple and this was our first big purchase and it went wonderfully. We bought the car and drove it home and it started to run a little weak and I was heart broken and frustrated. So I called the team at Green Ride and they apologized immediately and sent their mechanic to me and my wife and had identified the problem by the end of the day.They didn’t even charge me and my wife gas money, and we live over an hour from the dealership. The engine needed more work than they could do out of their shop, so the next day they sent a tow truck to us (completely free of charge) and had our car completely fixed and running great by the end of the week and my wife and I have an incredible car that runs great. They didn’t charge us an extra penny for all of the trouble. I would recommend Green Ride to anyone looking.

Dealer was dishonest about the car's state. Would not explain discrepancies with the car and CarFax report. Attempted to pass the car off through Craigslist as a Private sale. Stay away.

The salesman was deceiving and didn't give me the time of day. He was not very helpful. The car we looked at had MULTIPLE issues that were not shown in the pictures and issues with the engine, which were NOT mentioned. Would not go here again

I visited this dealership in person. After locating the vehicle and perused the rest of their inventory, I had to search out someone to help me. There was no one in the office at all. When I finally found an employee and told him that I was interested in that particular car, he retrieved the key for me, handed me the key and then walked away. I tried to test drive the vehicle but it stalled out as soon as I put it in reverse (it is an automatic) and I also did not feel like the photos accurately depicted the vehicle. I returned the keys and told the guy what happened, he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and went about his business. I definitely will not consider any other vehicle from this dealer nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

After thoroughly going over this review speaking with all employees, and watching our video feed. First of all this customer came after business hours. We are open Monday through Saturday 9 am to 6 pm and Sundays 9 am to 4 pm. We understand that many people have 9-5 jobs, and have a hard time getting here during the week within the allotted time. We leave our gate open so that customers can at least walk around, and look at our units after hours. Dealer did not contact me, so I went down there myself. This car was very dirty on the inside and also had cigarette burns in the seat. The car also had to be boosted prior to starting, which should have been the first red flag that the car hasn't been kept very well. I go out on the test drive and get up to 80mph and the car starts shaking! I quickly returned the car to the dealer and left. Maybe other cars are better, but don't waste your time on this one.

We apologize for your experience here at Green Ride, Ms Hill please don't forget that car you were looking was 6 years old "USED" and over 100K miles.
We keep up with all emails that we receive. Gallatin Pike speed limit is 40 mph, and the closest highway (Briley or Elington) is only 55 mph so there is no way this customer could drive 80 mph anywhere around here. This is simply untrue . Our normal test drive is usually about 10 minutes long, and not very far from the lot. We appreciate any feedback bad or good, however this customer is being dishonest. This review was  unnecessary.

Friendly staff, they just weren't around for a while when I arrived to look at the vehicle, making the experience pretty frustrating. Cars were mostly not kept clean and several had issues right there on the lot, like flat tires and leaks.

We are a low pressure independent dealership, and like to give our customers their space so that no one feels like they are being pressured into making a big decision such as purchasing a used car. We do not sell dirty cars, or cars with flat tires. If a car isnt clean it is simply because it has not been detailed yet. We do not always know if a car has a bad tire until it has sat for a while, but be assured it will be taken care of. We want all of our customers to be happy with their car buying experience, and sincerely apologize that you felt that way.

The reason for this is so that our customers can see what the vehicle was priced at originally. Our website has the accurate up to date vehicle price and shows when a vehicle has been reduced.

I was in Afghanistan and returning home in 5 days. I wanted to purchase the Volkswagen Beetle for my daughter that just graduated HS and is going away to join the Air Force. I sent an email to them saying that I would pay a holding fee. They responded with come in any time to test drive, nothing else. They then sold the vehicle. Very poor and horrible customer service!

The email that we received on May 28th 2015 was only an inquiry. The customer did not ask for any information regarding putting a hold on this vehicle. When we receive emails from our customers we always read them so that we can respond promptly, and answer all questions that our customers may have. Asked for additional pictures of a car they had for sale, they said they would send me some since I'm from a different state, but I NEVER received them!! I clearly seen damage on the front of the car and she said there was no damage. That why I wanted close up pictures before I drove from another state!! I asked if I could use a cc to hold it so I could come look at it. They said a non refundable $200 is the only way they would do it. The lady was very short with me, rude, and acted as I was wasting her time! I was going to buy a car that week, and I did! But not from them!!

I am very sorry that we did not get back to you with the additional pictures.When we list a car on our website we try to put as many pictures as possible. If a customer asks us to put a vehicle on hold then we remove it from sale. The deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to purchase the vehicle, however the deposit goes towards the purchase price of the car.

The car I went to see was in bad shape, not at all as advertised. I test drove a different car and they was no air conditioning. I it blew hot air, so compressor problems is my guess. The owner seemed rude and annoyed when asked to fix it, and was pumping from in as I left to try fooling people I suppose.they are not people off ever buy a car from.

I arrived at the dealership after looking at a car through cargurus, the dealer was very rude and would not even walk over to the car to help me inspect it. Condition of cars was poor quality. It is understood that these are used cars but when several basic items such as air-conditioning doesn't work, windows don't roll down and sun roof doesn't function it shouldn't even be on the lot.

I actually ended up buying a Cadillac DeVille from greenride inc. In Inglewood. They were fantastic and knowledgeable and I got a good deal. See Holly or Dale. Also, I had a problem with the ac and they fixed it very quickly, as promised when I bought it. I highly recommend this dealership.

everyone there is a liar and JERK. the men and women. ALL LIE. i overheard them telling a man not to start a car,,the sales person came back in and asked "why dont we want him to start it? like really,," and the Owner or whatever said he didnt want him to rev it at first,,which changed to the check engine light was on,,we bought a vehicle there,and they purposely disconnect the battery so the check engine light resets. you cant tell it has a code until it runs a full drive cycle,and by then its too late..we are finding more and more things wrong..this place is HORRIBLE. do not go there, every car is higher end/nice LOOKING but they are all crap. the employees are rude.

Dont go there. Their prices are cheap for a reason. All their cars have been in accident and fixed just enough for the outside to look good. I test drove a car there and took it to a mechanic just to find so many electrical problems with the car.
