I had been searching for a new car for about 4 weeks now and had narrowed it down to a few select vehicles. I spent nearly an entire day texting this dealership and told the salesman that I intened to buy the vehicle, as long as the test drive went well and then deciding to drive the hour to the dealership. My finances are unconventional and can be rather tricky if you dont know what youre doing. Despite my being pre-approved and having the check in-hand, I was told that it's not MY income and I wouldn't be able to get the loan by myself, because as I "have no income." I knew this wasnt the least bit true, as I've bought a few cars before, solely using the exact same income source and it was never any problem to receive financing. When I told the guy this, he said condescendingly, "I know what I'm doing," insinuated that I don't understand my own income. I tried to scheduled the test drive and never got another reply. So, I called him on his BS and he disappeared...nice, my guy...

They advertised a car they didn’t have. Salesperson Emailed and said the car was available four times but when I called they wanted me to order a 2022 Corvette at a much higher price then advertised. They sold and resold the Corvette at a much higher price and avoided MSRP. Bait and switch at this dealership.

I have no idea what you're referring to sir. We have sold all of our allocations for three years. We tell every customer just that. We also never charge over window sticker. Please take your lies to another site. If a Vette pops up on the site that is because we don't pre-bill them. The only people playing games here are the ones who hide behind phony reviews.

Total scam! They never officially had the corvette. They just listed it to troll people in so they can solicit you getting on their waiting list for the C8 corvette. When I was contacted by their initial contact they told me the car was available. i inquired if it was indeed available at that price and she told me the final price would be calculated at purchase. I again asked if there was a market adjustment and she told me she would have a member of their sales team contact me to get the details. I then received an email stating that all of their C8's were sold out, and they wanted to know if I wanted to get on their waiting list for a new C8.

Again, we don't advertise Corvettes for sale. If we have one that gets canceled and still comes in it will hit the website. They are all sold within minutes but can't come off the site until paid for. this isn't a hard idea to follow.

Thought we had an agreement on price. Got there and during final negotiations they raised the cost of new vehicle by $1500. If that wasn't bad enough they low balled us on our trade by thousands. I drove 100 miles each way for this abuse. Never again!

First the dealer lied about the vehicle saying it was actually a Holden but I knew from the start it wasn’t. Second, the vehicle had a scratch but said they were going to send the car to the shop to get fixed the next day so, I said I’d wait to purchase the vehicle when it gets back from the shop (but they were trying to get me to pay for the damage). Third, they sold the car to someone else when it was supposed be “in the shop” 2 days later. LIARS...

These people raised the price on this Avalanche from its original price on car gurus. You can see that today. I did get a call and I emailed them with an inquiry as to why they raised their price. I was told because they did work on it. What a joke. I showed them a couple of Avalanches one being a year at a lower price (same miles and I snap I phone pics so nobody can say "Oh no you did not!" and all I got was theirs had more equipment and it's worth more. Well they still have it! So I just moved on. I have read some other reviews and compared some of their car prices and I believe they are too high. Believe me I shop long and hard before I buy. And while they were closer which was more convenient and the reason I was interested it just wasn't worth it. I found a 2008 LTZ top of the line with less mileage for 15 grand and it was immaculate. The dealer called and said sorry it was already sold and "we can get you one like it for that price if you can wait". not bad.

I would love to say this doesn't happen but it does a lot with dealers. Because the world is so fast now we have to get vehicles up right away. We think giving people the chance to buy them cheaper and do some of the work themselves is a good option. I apologize it wasn't right for you. While it is true not every vehicle on the lot is cheaper than another one you might find I do wish you well and hope you find the vehicle you're looking for.

Green Chevy was great. Worked with me over 2 days to make this purchase, staying very late both days. They let me drive multiple cars and compromised on price when I found a couple small things with the car. Overall they were awesome, Mike was my salesman and he was a really nice guy. No pressure sales

Green Chevrolet listed a CR-V as having 64K miles, but when I called they told me the dashboard had been replaced (mysteriously) a year before, and there was a title change in 2016 which listed the previous mileage as 137K!! Also they listed the seats as leather, and they are not. I would not buy an ice-cream bar from Green.

Very pushy sales people, and when I mentioned it to one of them they said "that's just me," regarding their approach. I mentioned that I had pre-approval, and they told me I still needed to put money down there. My business won't be with this dealership.

They contacted me 4 days after I requested information so not as fast as I would have liked. I made an offer for the car but they wouldn't budge on the price by more than $500 even though I'm out of state and didn't have a trade in. I would have paid cash. Other than that they were very nice. I did not get the car.
