They told me to come in the car was priced that 9000. They said they will take 8500. When I got there. They said it was already stolen. I got home. They start sending me messages about they had another vehicle. Ask him to send pictures they sent me the same vehicle. The price changed $14,888

Very attentive and did everything they could do to make the deal. Unfortunately I didn't do my research first and realize my trade in wasn't worth enough, so the sale didn't happen but I can't say enough good about the customer service I received, I'll drive the 2 hours again when I can

Great scheduling process. Ryan Haynes provided excellent sales services. Only drawback was delay in vehicle prep. Because of this, it took an additional 2 hours of waiting for detailing

Waited a month and half for the title to come in. Staff rarely contacted me to follow up on where things stood with out a nudge from me first. Based on my experience I would not do business with this dealer again.

The salesman was very helpful, went above and beyond to help with all the things I was looking for in this particular vehicle, plus sent pictures, but there was too much history on the car but I will keep this dealership in mind if I see that you have the vehicle I’m looking for, thank you for your help

They accepted my deposit to hold a vehicle that we loved but somehow managed to still sell that vehicle to another family the next day. Apparently our salesman doesnt show loyalty to his/her customers

Dealer. quick to respond. Car not as advertised.Disorganized office. I made an appointment and no one was available. Then the lady was clueless about the car. The car smelled of second hand smoke and when started, the tire light was on, and the check engine light was on and solid. The drivers seat had burn holes. Front passenger side bumper may need to be mailed on so it doesn't fall off. I don't think the car was ready to show even though I had an appointment. However Im willing to give this dealership a second chance as they were quite busy

The dealer was very interested in having me come up to drive the car, but couldn't tell me what the price of the car was. It's an hour drive, so with no price it wasn't worth my time. I called back a few days later and they told me the car wasn't on the lot yet. But yet they wanted me to come and test drive it. To date, 10 days later, there is still no price on the car, and now I see they have another one, same model, different year, listed. Again, no price.

My experience at Honda City was fantastic! I didn't feel pressured into a purchase and the salesman Ray was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. Highly recommend Honda City!!

Was contacted by Denise about the 16 Tacoma. She was very positive and accommodating. Unfortunately I came down with the flu and want able to make a deal on the truck. Denise kept me apprised of all the developments and had been well I would have gotten a great truck and a grood deal im sure. Denise did a great job just to stay in touch I was impressed

These people, (Katie, Charlie, & Brad) were amazing and very accomodating. I explained I had to fly in from the Florida Keys and withiut hesitatiin said they would happily pick me up. Jeep was exactly as described, I couldnt be happier. This is my third Jeep ive owned and this group didnt pressure anything. Thanks!

We had a great experience with Rob at Honda City and did end up purchasing a different car here. He was great. He didn't pressure us into a purchase or give us a hard time when we switched which car we wanted. He got the vehicle ready quickly and was friendly the entire time. I would definitely go back.
